Nestled in a private oasis in Kauai, this beach resort features air conditioning and a hot tub to make your stay extra comfortable. Among the best luxury vacation villas on the island, this rental property offers beautifully manicured landscapes is just a 5 minute walk to Poipu beach. Consisting of 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a spacious loft and 2 balconies, our highly sought after villa is located between the enchanting Poipu and Shipwreck Beaches. This newly remodeled vacation rental has all the luxuries you would expect in a nice boutique hotel: It has two floors and can sleep up to 10 people. As with all of our units, it comes with a washer and a dryer for fresh, clean towels and clothes daily.

This luxury Kauai vacation rental is also equipped with air conditioning for your comfort. There is a lovely peekaboo view of the ocean from the front lanai where you can sit and enjoy your morning coffee and watch the sunset in the evening. 



Enjoy the heated pool, tennis courts and gorgeous views from one of the many hiking spots around the grounds of Poipu Kai on the South Shore. The lush grounds reflect the true nature of Kauai, where vegetation is at its best. Impeccably landscaped, they feature a green belt that leads to the beach in under five minutes and opens up to beautiful Poipu Park.

Nearby Brennecke’s Beach is great for body boarding and Poipu Beach is known for its snorkeling. Poipu Kai’s green belt also leads to the stunning Shipwreck Beach, a popular surf spot. Our Kauai, Hawaii rental villa is an outdoor lover’s paradise!

Perfect place to stay! I came for a conference at the Grand Hyatt and is was central to walk there & also a close walk to the beach! We loved all the beach amenities! Great space for our group of 10!

Our family of 7 loved our stay. Corey is an awesome property manager. The place is beautiful and the kitchen is huge. There is a sneek peek of the ocean from the balcony. Just lovely!

Wonderful stay here!!

We had the best stay at this property! House was well stocked with beach gear(including a wagon which was super helpful), kitchen supplies, towels, etc. The beds were very comfortable and there was plenty of space. All communication was fantastic. Highly recommend staying here! Mahalo!

Family vacation

We had an excellent experience renting this condo. It was clean upon arrival and was so well stocked with both kitchen supplies as well as beach supplies such as chairs, snorkels and even an umbrella and wagon! It made our stay so much easier. Booking was easy and all individuals involved responded to questions quickly and were so helpful.

Very comfortable and relaxing stay by the beach

We had a very comfortable and relaxing stay. The property managers communication before arriving to the property was very informative and clear. The property offered a close walk to the beach and the provision of beach supplies was an added bonus! The beds were all very comfortable and the property was very clean and well decorated. The number of bathrooms was also a bonus for a larger group of friends. We highly recommend this booking!

Great Location

We really enjoyed our stay, the condo was beautiful and very clean. Great layout and very comfortable. Easy walk to the beach, restaurants and shopping center. Complex was very nice and quiet. Our only challenge was at our check in we received excellent directions but unfortunately they were to the wrong condo. We were able to get a hold of a local contact who got it straightened out. After that, we had a fantastic vacation.

Great place to stay with family!

Loved our condo! Great location, within walking distance to two beautiful beaches. Highly recommend walking to Poipu beach to see the turtles lounging on the beach at sunset! There was a wagon that we could load up the 4 beach chairs, a boogey board, and towels, to easily walk to the beach. Check in and check out a breeze. Small pool we had access to was nice, as was the hot tub. People were friendly. Washer and dryer made packing light easy. We brought our 3 adult children and one fiance. All had a fabulous time. Plenty of space for all.

Best Kauai Experience

Our condo was very nice and accommodated our entire family of 9 very easily. Corey, the property manager was very responsive to any questions we had before our arrival as well as helping us with a minor issue on the first day. Can’t speak highly enough about him. The cherry on top would have been an ocean view, but it was less than a 5 minute walk to Poipu Beach and the grounds along the way are very beautiful. We highly recommend this condo.

Exactly as described! Great property!

This condo was excellent. The furniture, appliances, utensils, and tableware were high quality. The linens were also excellent and comfortable. Even the beach gear was of high quality and easy to pack to the sand. Our group of 9 (4 adults, 5 kids 10-15 y/o) slept comfortably. The condo was spotless when we arrived. The grounds were maintained daily (and quietly). The walk to Poipu beach was easy and comfortable on a beautiful paved walkway. The community pool was clean and not too crowded.We called the property manager with one small access issue on arrival and our problem was solved within 30 seconds. Communications prior to our arrival and at check out were clear and timely. Great support!We would stay in this condo again for a future visit to Poipu. Most important, it was EXACTLY as described—zero Surprises. We highly recommend it!

Great for an adult family plus 3 grandkids

This condo suited our family well. We were a group of 7 adults and 3 kids (7,4&1). 3 full bathrooms with showers is always a plus. We requested management to bring a pack and play and booster/height chair, they accommodated with no issue! Corey was our property manager and he did a great job. Very responsive to text message. He sent us videos for check in which were super helpful. The unit had a nice open concept we liked, including an open well stocked kitchen. The location was great. Easy walking distance from the ocean, as well and the hot tub and pool. Also the condo had a handful of beach chairs, boogie boards, and sand toys which is very nice. We would recommend this condo to any family of 7 plus 3 kids

Everything we could ask for

The condo was everything we expected and more! We usually rent a house but tried something different and weren’t disappointed. Every detail was well thought out and there wasn’t anything we felt was missing. Plenty towels, boogie boards, beach chairs and umbrellas! Kitchen was stocked with all essential and more,(baking sheets, blender, toaster oven, rice cooker). I was even pleasantly surprised to have a set of beautiful ceramic coated nonstick pans (usually we get scratched teflon). Amazing sub zero fridge and range was awesome to cook on for almost every meal. Beautiful high ceilings made the condo feel very spacious. Ac throughout worked very well (the best we have had in 10 years!). This is a must to cool off after time in the heat and it remains fairly hot during the night. One of my favorite features that I don’t think was mentioned is you get a peakaboo view of the ocean from the main deck! Drinking coffee in the morning and watching the sunset in the evening from the deck every day was definitely one of the highlights! The other being that it’s only a short walk to our favorite beach, brenneckes (for jumping big waves and boogie boarding!). Our party of 7 made the daily walk twice daily and only ventured off to other beaches a handful of times! It is uphill so may not be for everyone but worked great for us and our teens. Customer service was great, an issue with a coffee maker was fixed within an hour with a brand new one!! Would definitely return to this condo agai

Amazing experience

This property was recently renovated to a high standard, and it really makes a huge difference. Great location and really appreciated the beach equipment left for use and the well stocked kitchen. Probably one of the best properties on the island for the price

Incredible Host Great Property

Our stay was incredible!! The property was perfect. We could walk to the beach every morning to catch sunrise as well as some food! Rico was on it. His replies were always quick and helpful!! I would highly recommend this property!

Nice property close to Poipu Beach

Nice roomy condo with plenty of amenities for our family of 7. Condo is a very short walk to Poipu Beach Park and easy drives to other locations, including Waimea Canyon and Princeville. Plenty of nearby restaurants and shops. Great, responsive communications with property with easy check-in. We really enjoyed our stay.

Felt like home

Such a well organized and full kitchen we felt like we were at home and not in a vacation rental. It was very easy to connect with those in charge of the rental to ask questions and they were very quick to respond.
