Cool green walls and wall-to-wall tiling create a cool-as-a-cucumber atmosphere for your beach vacation! Take in fabulous views of the ocean from the furnished balcony (be warned, it looks like it goes on forever!). Inside, central air conditioning will help everyone stay comfortable. Each bedroom features a ceiling fan and flatscreen TV for personal comfort. A bunk nook is all set up for younger guests, and there's a full bathroom with a standalone shower nearby. There's plenty of places to sit in the living room including a sofa bed, and you can enjoy an informal meal at the breakfast bar when you want a change from the dining area. The full kitchen features granite countertops, a dishwasher, and a semi-open design so the conversations can keep going. The hallway's private washer/dryer will take care of everyone's swimsuits while you relax. During your stay, enjoy access to a shared pool, hot tub, and a fitness room.

Check out Pier Park, with a variety of shops and restaurants, less than one mile away! The Skywheel Panama City Beach offers wonderful views of the Gulf to guests brave enough to climb on. Families will love Shipwreck Island Waterpark (just over four miles from the condo) with its lazy river, water slides, and designated toddler area. Guests who brought their clubs will appreciate being just over four miles from the Holiday Golf Club. Zoo World Zoological Park offers opportunities to get up close and personal with animals just over eight miles from this condo.

THINGS TO KNOW
Reservations from March through October include beach service (two chairs and one umbrella).
Guest Registration is required for all guests. Guest registration includes parking passes and RFID wristbands. Failure to register will result in being denied check-in. Registration information will be provided in the confirmation email after booking.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles.
This rental is located on floor 21.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
