Come enjoy this spacious open concept home with your family! This house features a chefs kitchen with high end appliances. You will find everything you need to enjoy your stay including a fully stocked kitchen and all basic pantry items. The dining table seat 16 comfortably. Enjoy sitting by the fire or watching a movie on the 85" smart TV with surround sound. This home sits on a golf course and is in walking distance to the REC area and park/beach. There is a boat launch, tennis courts, basket ball and kids play area. *no AC , we use a whole house fan to cool off if needed.

A favorite!

We have family in LAW and have rented several houses over the years. This one might be one of our favorites. Good location, plenty of space, lots of amenities and lovely views. Would love to return!

Comfy and Great Location

Very Comfortable for adults and children. Great kitchen for more than one person prep and cooking. Refrigerator could be larger for how many it sleeps. Stocked with plenty of basic food and kitchen items. Beds and furniture are all very comfortable.Beautiful view of trees and golf course. Great location.

The best cabin!

We loved our recent stay at the cabin! Plenty of space for our family to sleep and hang out. The house was fully stocked with everything we needed and we loved the extra long dining table to play games at. The place is decorated so cute. The host was very responsive. We definitely will be booking again! Highly recommend!

Beautiful property

This is an annual gathering for our family but first time staying in this home. It was spacious and perfect for several young families! Thank you for allowing us to enjoy this wonderful place!

Our favorite place to stay in Chester

This place is perfect if you want quiet, luxury, and solitude in the forest. So many VRBOs and missing something essential - here everything not only works but is top quality! If that is not enough, it is stocked with a lot of the little things....coffee, spices, tupperware, and condiments. I will keep coming back (as long as the host will have me!)

A great stay!

Two families with 6 kids between us stayed for 3 nights. The house was very comfortable - the long table could seat us all, the couch, beds, pillows, etc were very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked - we did a lot of cooking and felt well supported. Jackie was communicative and flexible. The location is great. We explored Lassen, the National Forest, and Lake Almanor. We would definitely stay here again!

Great long weekend at the lake

This is the perfect spot for 2 or 3 families. We had a wonderful stay. The house was big and comfortable for our group of 4 adults and 6 kids. Our boys loved the bunk room. It was a super hot weekend and without A/C the upstairs was pretty warm in the afternoons, but downstairs stayed pretty cool. The driveway is steep, but we had plenty of room to turn around with a trailer at the bottom. We were able to fit 2 trucks, an SUV and a bass boat easily. The private boat ramp was perfect. It was very close and never crowded. We would stay here again. Thanks!

Great location, amazing quality

Lovely "cabin." we have stayed here 3 times in the last year and it never fails to please. Quiet location, comfortable beds, cozy, comfortable, beautiful. The kitchen is well stocked with appliances and kitchen tools. The owner is incredibly responsive and very accommodating. Highly recommend!

Great Space and Affordable!

Jackie is very responsive and has a gorgeous home. We were pleasantly surprised at the grandeur of the home and the heated floors. Made work in the snow just a little more comfortable.

Almanor Getaway

We really enjoyed our stay at this well stocked, comfortable home. We especially enjoyed the outdoor covered overhang for BBQ's and relaxing. The home is in a nice location overlooking the golf course. The only reason I didn't give it a 5 star all around review was we felt it could be cleaner.

Love this place !!!

This house has everything you need and is right on the golf course! The layout is custom and very accommodating - the kitchen is top notch and has everything you need, the 3 full bathrooms are super convenient and the patio area is lovely for morning coffee and watching the golfers play by. We would definitely stay here again! It was in the 90s when we stayed so the upstairs got quite warm without AC but the house fan helped.

Lovely updated home in great location!

Very nice updated home right on the golf course, and very close to the boat launch. It was perfect for our group (3 couples), since 3 of the bedrooms had adjoining bathrooms. The main living area was spacious and inviting, with a huge TV and great kitchen. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Great large property in Almanor West on the golf course

This house was great! My family has been coming up to Lake Almanor for 30+ years and it’s one of the best properties we’ve stayed at. The common area of the house is very large with high ceilings, plenty of seating (a great dining room table that can sit 16) and a large couch, windows to the beautiful golf course, and a nice outdoor patio right off the kitchen that was wonderful to spend mornings drinking coffee at. The house was very well stocked and everything was clean, my only comment was we had to wipe down the fridge and freezer before using. The location being on the golf course was also another huge perk. Lastly, 3 of the 4 bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms attached which make it super easy and great for when renting the house with multiple families. Would definitely rebook and hope to stay again next summer!

This home is beautiful and lots of room for a couple of families . The home had everything you could possibly need and down to the little things you sometimes forget . The Beds were very comfortable and we would definitely rent again
