Lakeside cottage has the largest kitchen and living room at U.P. Sunrise Cottages resort. 3 bedrooms, 1 bath. King bedroom and dining room have a view of Farmer Lake and walkout to deck.

Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and pantry. Linens and towels. Central A/C. Fast Wi-Fi. Smart TV. Seasonal recreational activities include playground, aquapark, kayaks, SUPs, firepits, lawn games.

Requires a signed rental agreement and a $250 security deposit hold placed directly with property.

U.P. Sunrise Cottages consists of eight quiet, cozy, lakefront cottages on a spring fed lake in the heart of Michigan's Upper Peninsula. Our cottages vary in size and accommodations. The layout of this cottage is as follows:

Sleeping Arrangements:

Bedroom 1: King bed in a large room overlooking Farmers Lake.
Bedroom 2: twin over full bunk.
Bedroom 3: twin over full bunk.
There is also a futon in the living room.

The Bathroom has a double sink vanity and a tub/shower.

Campfire wood, fishing dock, charcoal grill.
Shared guest laundry.
Snowmobile and ATV enthusiasts: Ride less than a mile to Trail 8. Trailer parking available.

We are about an hour drive from Munising and the Pictured Rocks boat tours, 35 minutes from Marquette, and about 10 minutes from Gwinn, where there is a full grocery, two dollar stores, and several restaurants.

Watch the sun come up with a warm cup of coffee, relax while the kids play at the beach, and take advantage of the areas many attractions and local restaurants! We want you to feel right at home and have an amazing family vacation with us!
