7505 Mariner Rd. in Egg Harbor, WI is a 1.2 acre shore-front estate on a quiet road of beautiful upscale homes. This house has 7 bedrooms, each with their own private bathroom plus the 3rd floor game room has a sleeper sofa.

Unique architectural features and accents including an open loft area above the great room with a dry bar that serves the terrace where you can enjoy spectacular sunsets. The third floor has a separate bedroom with a bay view and a large play area. The property is perfect for large families. Located just two miles from the town center.

Perfect home for vacationing families

We have 7 adults and 6 kids under 10 in our family. Staying at this home allows us to all be together under one roof. There’s space to fix meals, play games, do crafts with the kids or just relax or read. It is also a very quiet neighborhood. It’s perfect for large families or groups.

Fun Girl’s Trip

We stayed at this beautiful home four nights. The property is great. It’s well stocked and all furniture, dishes, glassware and accessories are high end and very comfortable. We also used the carriage house above the garage which was very comfortable. We did have an issue with the gas fire pit. Carter tried to help us solve the issue, but to no avail which was a disappointment. We’d also recommend that some of the sheets be replaced. Everything was very clean, but we discovered a few stains.

Perfect setting for family reunion

We rented the house to have our family, from different parts of the world, come together prior to our wedding in Egg Harbor. The home is spacious and allows for everyone to have the necessary privacy. The house was very clean. Check-in and checkout was uncomplicated. I highly recommend this property.

Snowbird friends get together

5 couples that winter in Marco Island met up together for 3 nights in Egg Harbor. It was an absolute blast. The property is amazing and the hosts had everything in order. Only down side was some cold and windy weather which limited use of the backyard and pickle ball court! I highly recommend this beautiful property!

Grandma's Birthday week

We celebrated my mother's 83rd birthday in style. She loves Door County . We were able to celebrate being with her, enjoy the beautiful Kitchen and have our owns space, yet the kids were able to swim right off the pier and play games. It was truly magical. Thank you for the attention to detail and making it feel like home for a week.... we already booked next year.

Beautiful home for family bacation

Our family of 7 adults and 6 kids (under 9) have vacationed here for the last several years. The home has plenty of room for all of us and the outdoor area is perfect for relaxing with a good book, playing with the kids, and watching daily sunsets over the bay. It is located in Egg Harbor within driving distance to all Door County has to offer. We’ve already booked for next year.

Door County gem on the water

Better than the pictures, beautifully constructed and lots of space. Easily accommodated 7 adults and 6 young children. Beach is not swimmable but the dock allows access to water sports. Close to town and everything Door County has to offer. We will be back.

Wonderful Stay at Egg Harbor House

Optimal location with stunning view of Lake Michigan. From arrival to departure it was clear that this home was designed, appointed and maintained with the thought of providing guests with the ultimate Door County experience. Every space, from the kitchen, bedrooms, baths and coach house was clean and comfortable. While we were unable to take advantage of water sports and swimming due to our mid October arrival, we did take advantage of the outdoor basketball and pickleball courts, and indoor pool and game tables. This home provides more than ample welcoming space for large gatherings of good friends and family.

Our family loved this house!

Spacious and well appointed, this house has all the amenities one could wish for as well as an ideal location in Door County. The property itself offers kayaking, swimming off the dock, pickleball, a firepit, a fully stocked chef’s kitchen, blissful reading on the covered porch, stunning views of Green Bay, and spectacular sunsets. It is also a perfect jumping-off point for the myriad activities the peninsula has to offer, such as restaurants, shopping, tours, ziplining, and golf. The drive-in movie theatre is classic Americana! Our 3-generation family had a wonderful week at 7505 Mariner Drive and would happily return in the future.

Another fabulous visit!

Our extended family has spent the 4th of July week at this amazing home several times. So many bedrooms and bathrooms, we are all comfortable. Making family meals together, watching sunsets on the awesome new dock, s'mores around the fire pit... it was a magical week for three generations. We thought the house was pretty perfect, but the upgrades since our last visit were much appreciated. The wet bar, the dock, the sport court... even the extra luggage racks were so appreciated. We will be back!

A Perfect Family Get-Away

Our family of 14 (with 6 kids under 8) spent a week in this lovely home. Its location is beautiful along the bay and there is plenty of room for all of us to spend time together making meals, watching the sunsets, reading, and playing in the yard. While it is an easy drive to any of the villages in Door County, its location is peaceful and quiet. We will definitely return.

Wonderful Friend Weekend in Door County

11 friends just wrapped up our long weekend in Door County. We absolutely loved this house. The home is beautiful with a great view of Green Bay. The furniture, decor, bedding, etc. is all top-of-the-line. The kitchen is well stocked. The bedrooms with attached baths are all very large and comfy. Carter was great to work with. He was always responsive to every question we had. We'd definitely rent this property again.
