Beachfront paradise offers amazing views of the Beach and Gulf. The private balcony is furnished with Polywood seating and table for dining. Or just relax and enjoy the breathtaking sunset views of the Gulf.

The living area features a Queen sofa sleeper and a new Samsung 55" UHD Smart TV with DirecTV and DVD for your viewing pleasure after a long day at the beach. The formal dining area has a farmhouse table and bench including a breakfast bar allowing everyone to enjoy meals together. The fully-equipped kitchen includes a full range of cookware and high-end furnishings with granite countertops, steel appliances, and custom tile accents.

The Gulf-front master with private balcony access offers a King bed, new 42" Samsung UHD Smart TV with DirecTV and private en suite bath. The Master Bath features a walk-in shower, separate deep tub, dual granite vanities and a closet spaces. The Guest Bedroom offers a Queen bed, great windows bringing in the Florida sunshine, new 42" Samsung UHD Smart TV and private access to the Guest Bath. In the hall alcove, you will find bunk beds so that this condo will comfortably accommodate up to six guests. The laundry center is located just off the hall access across from the Guest Bath. Your Guest Bath features a tub shower combination for ultimate convenience.

The Grand Panama Beach Resort is centrally located on the East end of Panama City Beach convenient to the best of area attractions. This distinguished condominium opened in 2007, built on 35 acres of dazzling beachfront property. The resort grounds feature impressive landscaping with beautiful gardens as well as an impressive list of amenities. Guests of all ages will appreciate the extras that grant all the comforts of home with added extravagance. From relaxing pool days to exciting beachfront activities, there is something for everyone to enjoy at Grand Panama Beach Resort!

Resort Passes are purchased via a link to your email sent from the owner - Onetime fee; $67 per resort pass. In addition, you will receive arm bands for the property.

We had the BEST time! The condo was perfect for us and we will be recommending it and hopefully returning next year! I felt like it was better than the pictures! The balcony was AMAZING! Anytime we ate at the condo, we ate on the balcony and our boys loved it! The large entry way is so nice to keep you beach/pool stuff and not track it through. It seems silly but the shoe rack as you walk in is such a nice extra!

Mark was a great host from the time of booking through the end of our stay. The unit was unique and cleaned pristinely. All of the listing's pictures and details matched the unit perfectly. The location was great for travel to any portion of the beach area. Additionally, the included beach chairs were one of our main and favorite reasons for booking. Our entire stay was exceptional from start to finish, and I will definitely consider booking this unit again!

We spent a week at the condo… great mix of pool and beach time. Area traffic was heavier on weekends/evenings, but overall very happy with the location and our Panama City Beach adventure. Owner supplied great, detailed info. regarding the logistics and accommodations. Very responsive. Extremely clean and comfortable. Only other disappointment was little/no recycling in the PCB area. Highly recommend this property!!!

A great stay for family

Mark went above and beyond to be accommodating for our dates and was very responsive. The condo was beautiful and decorated as my home away from home. The location was perfect as it was central to everything in PCB. We'll be back!!

Last Minute Getaway

Property was just as advertised. Beautiful view, clean, and the property manager communicated everything we needed to know. It was a list minute getaway and it worked out perfect as we had a front row seat to the beach fireworks. I would recommend this property to anyone and would definitely stay here again,

Family Vacation

Wow we had a wonderful time! We were visiting Panama City Beach for family vacation. Our condo was Perfect! Clean, spacious and our kids loved the bunk beds! The condo was our home away from home for the week. We loved how easy it was to get to the pool and when we wanted to go to the beach it was right there and not crowded. The property owner reached out before our trip and was easy to communicate with. Would definitely recommend this property!

Great stay

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. Communication with owner was great and he always responded to texts/phone calls with questions. That being said I believe they already had answers to all in the Condo in a book lol. But he was nice and Condo was clean. Also it was pouring rain last night when we got back from eating so the parking garage was a plus so we didn’t get soaked coming in.

Loved our stay

We had a great getaway to PCB and this condo made it even more better! Everything was so fresh and clean when we arrived and the condo looked just like the pictures! The condo was stocked with everything we needed for the week. The communication was great and fast with the host and he even checked in half way thru to ensure everything was going good. This was our 4th stay at Grand Panama and it was as perfect as always. Parking isnt a nightmare and the wait time for elevators are low which is super nice in a high rise in PCB. The pools were clean and the beach was beautiful! We loved our stay and will definitly try to stay here again for our next trip!

Perfect

Mark the owner was very helpful and always communicated back quickly. The condo was just as described and Mark went out of his way to make sure we had a perfect stay. We will try to book this condo for our yearly PCB trip from now on because it was perfect for us. Although it rained most of our trip this year, we enjoyed sitting out on the large balcony and eating dinner. Having to stay inside due to weather made us appreciative of the calming coastal beach vibe throughout the condo as well. Updated TVs, decor, bathrooms/shower tubs, farm house table, and balcony furnished was all a plus and that’s saying a lot because I’m picky! Our family made great memories here and we look forward to returning.

Wonderful!

Perfect location and very clean. The beach was beautiful, and we loved the added perk of the free rental chairs and umbrella. The owner, Mark, was very accommodating with great communication throughout. Loved our stay at his place! The one issue was with the parking. The primary garage across from the condo is very crowded in the evening. We found the overflow garage to be much less crowded and easier to maneuver in. There were also some spaces outside of both garages to the west. Just wanted to put that info out there because we were there during a busy holiday weekend!

There were no luggage carts and the lady checking us in shrugged her shoulders and said good luck. 2 of our other guest came about 950 pm, there was no one at desk and sign said back at 10. It didn't specify am or pm. They waited about 15 mins and were about to walk off. Security guard happened to walk up, he was unfriendly, telling them car would've been towed. Gave them temporary passses and said she the lady at 10am yo purcjase wrist bands and get parking pass. Once again no luggage carts, or parking except 2nd garage up top with only stairs to use. Very dark and excluded for 3 women. Kids playing in elevators pushing all the floors our whole 4 days, and we never saw a Security guard then. Our towels in both bathrooms of condo had been folded and put away still damp by housekeeping. We were unable to get a chair by pool the whole stay due to families taking them all and not even using them. We loved the location were just unhappy with a few little things.

PLEASE read the information I send before arrival. There are many helpful tips to minimize frustration at check-in. There is not a designated person that can track down these luggage carts and guests have a bad habit of not returning them. Always look on the first floor of building one (this is in my info). In addition, for checking in after-hours there is a phone number posted on the lobby window to call. They will give you a temporary pass (this is in my info). This summer is a record season for PCB. Everyone wants a summer vacation and cruising is not an option for most. Parking is challenging this time of year. If you feel uncomfortable in a secluded area, call the security number and they will escort you. FYI, many resorts are running out of parking and people are paying for offsite parking lots. If you observe something that needs the attention of security, call them. We spoke about the damp towels and I promptly provided that feedback to housekeeping. These were newly hired employees and this has been correct. On your text you stated “Not a big deal at all”. Hmmm, guess it was. To date I have had 11 guests since we purchased the condo and all of them complimented the cleaning. I will not tolerate bad cleaning. There are less lounge chairs around the pool due to Covid. (I believe this will be changing soon) If you love sitting around the pool, get there early (this in in my info). FYI, there is a second pool on the first floor of building 2. Glad you loved the location.

Wonderful Location

This location was in the perfect spot, right near the water and access to the beach was a breeze! The space was very clean and most things you would need (pots, pans, cups, silverware, and plates) were provided. Mark was very communicative and his instructions for check in/out were clear and very helpful. We loved our vacation and plan to stay again next year! Thank you!

We have owned and managed condos in Panama City Beach since 2012. We love the area, the beautiful white sandy beaches, the vibrancy, the variety of restaurants, and many fun attractions that it offers.
