HERMOSO GOLFO DELANTERO DE 3 DORMITORIOS 2 BAÑOS UNIDAD EN EL PISO 20 DEL RESORT

Esta unidad tiene 3 dormitorios y 2 baños completos. El maestro tiene una cama king con bañera grande y ducha separada y tocador con lavamanos doble. Las otras dos habitaciones tienen camas Queen. El rincón de la litera tiene literas de tamaño doble y hay un sofá cama doble en la sala de estar. ¡Uno de los pocos resorts frente a la playa que permiten mascotas!

Grand Panama tiene dos piscinas grandes (una frente al golfo y una en la azotea), dos jacuzzis y una piscina para niños. Hay un lado del golfo TIKI Bar y en la piscina de la azotea. Hay una vista increíble de la arena y las aguas color esmeralda del Golfo de México y es impresionante desde el balcón.

Esta unidad está en el piso 20. Grand Panama también tiene un garaje de estacionamiento de 5 pisos debajo de la torre 2 al otro lado de la calle y una cubierta de estacionamiento de desbordamiento de dos pisos, así como muchos lugares de estacionamiento a nivel del suelo entre las cubiertas. También hay una gran área de estacionamiento de desbordamiento detrás del complejo para estacionamiento excesivo durante los momentos de mayor actividad, así como espacio para estacionar remolques y botes. Hay más estacionamientos que cualquier complejo en PCB.

La entrada principal de Grand Panama está en Front Beach Road. También hay una carretera desde la parte trasera del complejo que te lleva a Middle Beach Road. Esto hace una gran diferencia durante la temporada alta. No tiene que salir a Front Beach Road a menos que lo desee para evitar la mayor congestión del tráfico.

Grand Panama tiene una ubicación céntrica. Estás a 4 millas de Pier Park pero a solo 2-3 millas de Wal-Mart y Publix. También hay un dólar en general a una milla de distancia. Estás a solo media milla del muelle del condado, que es un gran lugar para caminar y

Great pet friendly vacation spot

Stay a total of 5 nights, condo is clean and spacious in a great location. We love that it’s pet friendly, couldn’t leave our Bruno behind. Easy check in process. Will book again in the future.

The View

It was a very pleasant place to stay. The view is the best we have ever had at PCB. The wait for the elevator was minimal. If you want to take your furbaby with you then this IS the place to stay.

Our stay at Grand Panama was awesome. Everything was clean and ready when we got there. The AC had issues but Leah got us some fans and everything stayed pretty comfortable. Everyone had a great time for our first stay at that resort. Usually we stay at edgewater but we were very impressed with Grand Panama

Nice location

Enjoyed the condo. Fantastic views. It was clean. In a good location. Very windy on the balcony. Cooler weather did not help. Furniture looks like it had been replaced n last year or two. Except couch and recliner chair which were very small and uncomfortable. Needs a bigger more comfortable couch. Had newer dishes and utensils. Everything you need for a kitchen. Was missing the hair dryer. No biggie we just bought one. This condo building is well kept and in a great location. Enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful condo...sunsets beyond amazing!

This condo was just as expected, clean, nicely decorated, roomy and had the utensils, cookware etc. to make meals. Loved that they allowed Dolly, my 5 lb. Yorkie. The view was outstanding! The sunsets from the balcony are absolutely amazing!! I booked through See Ya at the Beach and they were fantastic! A special thanks to Lisa who was so quick to answer texts and was beyond helpful! I received superior customer service that surpassed my expectation. I would not hesitate to book with them.

Perfect Family Getaway

I searched for months for the perfect place for our family to stay on our annual family vacation. I am extremely pleased that I decided on this condo! Enjoyed property. Beautiful view. Parking is tight- no turn arounds. Harder for larger cars. They do charge for second car as parking is hard but I did manage to find something each time . Security is always visible, even late at night. Wish they would enforced the hot tub as much as the arm bands -too many little bitty people in there. Too crowded to bother. Unfortunately that is mostly a parenting issue . Wish unit came with two beach chairs each day. As far as the unit there were plenty of places to sit as far as eating . Rooms were nice as well. I would certainly stay again. If you don’t mind the elevator wait the view once you get to the 20th floor is worth it.

Terrific location and place

Quiet condo building, mostly residents. Very close walk to lors and lots of restaurants and stores. Short drive to great beaches, and activities. Place is well maintained and comfortable with all the beach & snorkel gear (excellent condition & quality) you need included. We stayed 10 days, and got quite used to the traffic in this town, but be aware its there...

Very good family time at a convenience location

Very good family time, we will consider renting it again, but at a different time. It was very expensive for the July 28- August 4th. The next week was advertised as 1/2 of the price. The condo was fairly cleaned and well maintained, but the exterior hallways, front entry door in the tower 1 was very dirty and poor maintained. Wonderful ocean view. Although we were on the 20th floor, three elevators worked perfectly fine, very short waiting time. As many have said on other reviews there are very few parking spaces, only two spots available per condo. There is a very inexpensive public parking lot but it is inconvenient to walk or have someone to give ride to it.
