Very nice apartment of 80m2, tastefully furnished, can accommodate up to 11 travelers.
With its 3 bedrooms, 2 shower rooms, fully equipped kitchen and air conditioning, you would enjoy confortable stay.
Facing the Luxembourg parc, located on the left bank, close to the banks of the Seine river, famous bookstalls, Notre Dame, Ile Saint-Louis, the location is ideal for families.
In terms of leisure and shopping you would not be outdone with the variety of restaurants, typically Parisian coffee shops, as the famous Cafe de Flore, and the number of stores, Rue de Rennes and Bd Saint-Germain.

Great location but much to be desired. There was a terrible smell in one of the bathrooms and in the kitchen. The throws at the end of the beds looked dirty, there was only 1 kitchen towel, one shower did not drain properly and the coffee carafe was broken. We let the host know about the coffee maker and the smell but nothing was done to correct the issues.

Great location
My family of 8 (my two young daughters, husband, my parents, and two adult brothers) all fit comfortably. The building was cool, the flat was well furnished and clean. There are two bathrooms. The showers had great water pressure. The location was excellent. Close to a great park, shops, restaurants, metro and buses. The one drawback is the bed mattresses are getting older and lumpy. Also if you want to cook in the kitchen it only had one pot. We mostly ate at restaurants so it didn’t bother us much.

Dirty and cold
Location was good, plenty of restaurants nearby. Previous reviews about the cleanliness, plumbing issues, and broken things were no joke. We spent our first evening in Paris cleaning and handwashing dishes. There were crumbs and coffee grounds all over the floors and in the rug, mold and mildew in the showers, handprints all over the mirrors, a couch was busted (you can see that they had tried to glue it back together), the showers do not drain properly, the dishwasher looked disgusting so we didn’t want to use it, and to top it all off the heat was not working. We informed the host about the heat not working and someone was supposed to come by to fix it and no one ever showed up.

Great Location, Dirty Flat, Elevator Inop
This flat is in a terrific location, could be 4-5 star. We arrived to construction in stairwell—everything coated in drywall dust and debris. Permeated entryway to flat, management was unaware and made no efforts. Elevator was out, had to drag 7 suitcases up 3 flights of stairs. Previous cleaners left a pile of dirty sheets in back bedroom. One of the doorknobs to bathroom was broken, pulled right off door.
Overall, seems like management was unaware of the issues with our flat, however, no accommodations made whatsoever. I DO NOT recommend staying here—-could have booked a few nice rooms in hotels and had a much better experience. Not worth the extra effort and pains.

Great location property needs attention
Pros: Very easy to find and in the center of many restaurants and activities. Metro and bus pick ups extremely close as well as the TGV station. The home itself was very adequate for our family of four giving each child a separate room to stay in.
Cons: there were/are a lot of maintenance issues in the home ranging from sagging floors to showers that won’t drain. One bed had a broken leg that they fixed and also one bathroom had a broken threshold piece that they fixed. One shower is missing a door so water gets on the floor and there are no fans in the bathroom so the moisture is damaging the cabinets. One of the futons in the living area was completely broken and falling apart. The managing company was responsive but these should have been addressed prior. We did not find out we had to go to the managing office until we got to where the flat was which was not convenient. Knowing this prior would have saved us an hour of running around in a new city. There is a 200 cleaning fee which is normal but then you have to sign a contract saying you will do all dishes and empty all trash or receive another bill for it for up to 700 euros.
Overall nice place that just needs a few hours of attention by the managing company and a maintenance team.
