THE BARRYMORE, City of Indio License # 22-00028063, is a newly renovated 3 bd 2 ba single level 1900 sq. ft. retreat situated in the Indian Palms Country Club just a few steps away from The Empire Polo Club in Indio, CA. This is a place to relax, reflect and get inspired, designed with a 'bohemian' peace of mind. Our hope is that you will escape and reset while enjoying amazing 180 degree sunsets, mountain & golf course views. Relax in the hot tub, take a dip in the modern salt water pool or warm-up by the cozy fire-pit.

My family had a nice stay. The owner's were easy to work with, the house was as described and had everything we needed for our two week stay. We would definitely stay there again!

Gem of a house

Great get away property in Southern California

We stayed a week at this lovely home in gated community while attending Indian Wells PNB tennis tournament. Home was spotless and as shown in pictures. Extremely will equipped kitchen and open concept made for easy meals and together time. Enjoyed the lovely pool and spa almost every day while admiring the beautiful mountains. Would highly recommend this home if you are wanting a true vacation house.

Awesome!

We had a great stay at the Barrymore. The kitchen is beautiful, and we ended up spending most of our time in the pool and hot tub. Owner/property manager communication is top notch, although everything was in such good shape we did not even need to contact them. None of us wanted to leave, and we would love to stay there again!

Terrific hosts and clean and comfortable house

Good beds, well stocked kitchen and a light filled great room. What's not to like? Since it was January we didn't try the pool but it sparkled.

Nice property

Pack your bags and go by the grocery store. Then sit back and enjoy. Well stocked with everything else you need. Communication with hosts could not be any easier and they were super responsive. Lots of great golf near by, TKB for lunch, Cliffhouse for dinner! 30 minutes or so to the airport or downtown Palm Springs. Would love to return.

Great Last Minute Find

We were so happy to find this lovely property for a last minute trip to Indio. The house is very cozy and clean with comfortable beds. Great water pressure in shower. Kitchen is huge. Furniture comfy and nice linens. Pool and spa were very nice. Loved location- close to so much. Quiet area too. Only thing to be mindful of is since on golf course yard lacks privacy and there is some construction at end of street. Neither bothered us. Would definitely recommend.

Paribas Open 2024

We came to watch the Paribas Open Tennis Tournament at Indian Wells. The Barrymore is a perfect location as it was a 10 minute drive to the tennis gardens. House is fabulous. Well organized kitchen and great layout of the house. The pool is gorgeous and we enjoyed sitting outside playing games. Follow the directions exactly for entering the gated property. We did not and had to have our license plates re-entered. Communication with the hosts was so easy anjd prompt. Would definitely stay here again. Thank your for a fabulous visit!

Great location and easy access to event spaces

Came to the desert to visit BMW Performance Center this week. Awesome hosts Suzanne & Hardy made the check-in process easy. House is super clean and appears to be recently remodeled with Bohemian Coachella decor. Kitchen amenities are well equipped. It was great hanging out at the beautiful pool with view of the golf course. I didn't have a chance to use the BBQ outside since there are plenty of great restaurants and bars within minutes of driving. Looking forward to revisit when the concerts are back in town since the Empire Polo Grounds is just 5 minutes drive away. Thanks again for hosting us.

Great house with amazing backyard.

I spent Spring Break at the Barrymore with my wife and 3 young kids. The house was exactly as described, everything was very clean and worked great. We ended the trip incredibly happy with our choice and would highly recommend this house. The pool is great, hot tub is awesome for the evenings, and the fire pit was a great addition in the evenings or early morning when it cooled off. Communication with the host was awesome, they were very responsive and helpful.

Newly renovated, clean, and roomy

This was a newly renovated house that was spacious, clean, and family friendly. The pool and jacuzzi were perfectly heated and perfect for our family with seniors and toddlers. I would definitely book again and the property owners had great communication with very useful information. They made the check in process seamless and easy. The house comes with everything a family would need like it is our own home. Highly recommended!!

Perfect place for a family to get away. Nice property owners. Fireplace inside and firepit outside were so very nice for relaxing. House backs up to a golf course, so it is very quite and feels like you are away from everyone.

Perfect Mother/Daughter Getaway

A friend and I took our teen girls to the desert for a last minute getaway at the end of the summer and The Barrymore was perfect! We never had to leave the house - the pool was great, we loved the safe neighborhood and golf course and mountain views from the pool and firepit. Our hosts were so helpful and responsive. We will be back!

Vacation Getaway Heaven

What a beautiful place! This house is located in the Indian Palms Country Club right on the golf course in Indio close to everything, Coachella, La Quinta, etc.. The club has golf, tennis courts and pickle ball which was fun and not crowded which was surprising. The house has its own brand new pool, jacuzzi and fire pit which we loved! There was no reason to leave the house as we had everything we wanted there, the rooms were nicely sized with two king beds and one queen and brand new bathrooms just recently remodeled. The whole house was super clean with all the amenities and just felt very comfortable. Would definitely come back again as the house and backyard were incredible and the hosts were super friendly and helpful. Definitely a keeper on our list we will be back again!
