Includes five kayaks, cornhole boards, pickleball paddles and balls! Includes Cabana Club with beach, pool, bar within walking distance! Our family purchased this beautiful home in March 2020, after having family in the Keys and visiting frequently for 25 plus years. We were on vacation in Key Colony Beach, saw an open house sign, and the rest is history! We have worked hard to create a fun and luxurious property with the true Keys vibe, that you will want to visit year after year. We had so much fun decorating and creating a welcoming home away from home, and put a lot of thought into what would create a wonderful experience for us as well as our guests. This is our happy place, and we hope it can be yours as well! Our home is surrounded by other full time owners, and we have the friendliest neighborhood, with the unique 7th Street boardwalk that allows you to socialize with others as much as you like during a waterside stroll. Our home doesn't feel like a rental, but rather a comfortable home with every amenity you need. We as the owners directly handle bookings, since we like to know our guests and make sure all questions are answered. We also have a management company that will be boots on the ground locally should you need anything during your stay. We hope that you will be our guest!

Our home is all one level, no stairs, with a large back area and tiki hut. Everything is new, clean and super comfortable. This home was completely renovated in 2020, taken to the studs, and completely redesigned to open concept living and modern amenities. We have 2 large king suites, and a third private bedroom with a twin bunk over full bed. There are no walk throughs, and this single family home is totally private with no shared spaces like a duplex.
