Beautiful Key Colony Beach duplex located on 7th St. Featuring a 3 bed 2 bath spacious 1440 sq ft living space and brand new private pool! Complimentary Cabana club membership with beach access, ice machine to load a cooler, bait freezer, deep water T-dock for boats that might need a little extra length. Enjoy this family friendly neighborhood with a playground, golf course, tennis, and dog park right across the street! Sit out back under the tiki hut and watch the game on the outdoor TV before heading out on the water for a day of boating, fishing, snorkeling, diving, or lobstering. Property has a roof top deck with gorgeous views which is great for sunbathing or having a couple drinks in the evening after a day on the water!

7th Street and Key Colony Beach is like no other place in the Keys. Charming and historic Keys history and 200ft. wide clear canal with the only location that has a walkable waterside boardwalk that spans the entire canal. A boaters dream location just a short ride to both Atlantic and Gulfside access from Vaca Cut to all the best Reefs, Snorkeling, Diving, Fishing and Gulfstream. T-dock that can accommodate boats over 30 feet with a 12K lift. Close to numerous ramps and more than enough room for a 30" trailer and parking. Always a treat to just sit on the dock and watch the Manatees visit and all the local fish feeding in the canal.

Staying in the quaint City of Key Colony offers walking and biking to some of the best Waterfront Restaurants, Bars and Live Music. Including Sparky's (Featured on Diner's Drive In's and Dive's), Havana Jacks, Island fish company, and Key Colony Inn. Some of the best Fishing Charter Captain's right across from house. Walk to Sunset Park for amazing little beach and sunset views. Minutes away from Grocery Stores and all Marathon has to offer.

Property was immaculate, nice pool, fully furnished, needed absolutely nothing but your personal items. Host Anita kept in constant communicationand was very accommodating. Listing showed a hot tub, but there is not. But that didn't matter to us. We would definitely stay there again.

We loved everything about this vacation rental. The house is decorated beautifully, and the outside area is a dream. We have a boat, so the lift was a definite plus. It was so much fun feeding the tarpon and jack our filleted fish scraps each evening from the seawall. Also had a few manatee friends and a couple nurse sharks show up as well! We had breakfast out by the pool several mornings, and coffee out there every day while enjoying the sunrise. The shady field and dog park across the street was very handy, as we brought our furry family member along, as well! Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful Key Colony home!

Fantastic place, perfect for our family trip! The boys loved fishing from the dock, as well as kayaking out to hunt their “Cuda”. The adults and kids all loved taking a cooling dip in the pool after a hot day on the boat. The rooftop deck was a great way to start the day with coffee, and finish it with the sunset and a cold cocktail. And the dog park across the street was so helpful for our little furry friend. Loved this listing and look forward to booking again!

Keys paradise

The property was even better than advertised. Very clean and well stocked. Lots of amenities and a great space that was welcoming and very comfortable. Location cant be beat. Great views and great neighbors. Spent a lot of time on the roof deck. May be our best trip ever.

Home away from home!

Our time in Key Colony was amazing once again!! Anita’s home was perfect for us! We loved being right across from the dog park and bocce courts! Although the weather wasn’t the best for the pool, we were able to use it because it’s heated. We enjoyed watching the resident manatee and all the other wildlife in the area and did a little fishing off the dock.The home itself was just as pictured and very clean! We had everything we needed to prepare any meal we wanted! It was definitely nice having cable tv so I didn’t have to get a subscription for live television to watch the football games! The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were spacious! We enjoyed our time so much we’ve already booked for next year!!

Paradise point fun!

We loved the location! The home was clean and well appointed with plenty of room. Kitchen and living area was perfect and roomy for our family. The pool was great and loved being able to walk down the boardwalk along the back to our other family rental homes. Sun deck is great for reading and just relaxing. Our only personal downside was the master suite bed was extremely soft and not very supportive. Owner and property manager were great and very responsive. We cooked most nights but there are some great restaurants nearby as well. Awesome place to bring your boat and chill with friend and family. This place is a must for a week getaway anytime of year .

Comfortable and lovely accommodations

The house is spacious, nicely appointed and clean. The outdoor area has a perfect mix of shade and sun available. Tony was very easy to work with and answered any question within an hour or less of texting him. The neighborhood had plenty of activities to keep us busy and Key Colony does a really nice job of keeping the community friendly and well maintained.

Amazing stay

Our group of 7 had a great time. The property was clean and spacious and the location was fantastic. We rented bikes, used the cabana club, went to the beach, used the golf range and traveled to key west and key largo for excursions. Everyone in our group had a wonderful time. I highly recommend Anita's place.

Unit was immaculate in great Keys location. Very responsive host, comfortable furnishings and kitchen was very well outfitted. Great vacation spot for our family of 6!

Key Colony is the ultimate family friendly neighborhood but also perfect for avid boaters and fishermen. We've stayed all over the Florida Keys but always find ourselves coming back here to Marathon.
