Welcome to our downtown luxury home! This home has everything a large group needs. With three stories this home has plenty of space for everyone! The main floor is an open concept with a living room with TV and kitchen, and a half bath. On the second floor you'll find the master suite, two other bedrooms, two full bathrooms as well as a laundry room. All bedrooms have smart tv's! The third floor is a large bonus room with tv, foosball table, bar, dining area and half-bath!

We enjoyed all the amenities. Kitchen was well stocked and beds were comfortable and had plentiful linens and blankets. The teenagers and also some adults enjoyed fooseball table. All had a good time celebrating our Christmas with family from Chicago and Florida. Beautiful view of Nashville skyline. Thanks

Amazing property & location

This was a great property - clean, nice neighborhood, nicely decorated, comfortable, good amenities, and convenient to everything we wanted to do. All was easy breezy with our stay from check-in to check out. Especially liked the third floor space. Definitely recommend!

Great place to stay

A lovely house in a great little area. House was spotless and well stocked. We had 10 of us but it didn’t feel crowded. Instructions were super clear and expectations were met. Easy to get to local attractions. All in all a great place to stay, we would return and I highly recommend.

Perfect Spot for a couples weekend

The house was a perfect spot for 6 friends (3 couples) to make Nashville memories! We loved. That we could quickly walk to the Farmers Market as well as several bars. When we were ready to head to Broadway, it was a quick Uber ride to downtown. The bonus third floor was a perfect place to Unwind and play some games! Beautiful property!

Great location for a Small Group and Gathering!

Myself and my sisters loved this 3 bedroom (plus 3rd floor bonus hangout zone with sleeping area) and 4 bathroom (2 full baths & 2 1/2 baths - one on every floor) house. The first floor open concept kitchen/dining/living has everything you need for a group. We really enjoyed the front porch where we would sit and have coffee every morning. The location is good because it is a short taxi ride or uber trip to many attractions. Highly recommend!

3 Couples, Great House Nov 2024

The house was perfect for us. Loved that all the bedrooms were on the same floor. Wives got ready while Husbands spent time on their own floor. Bedrooms could use a mirror in them and perhaps a bit more storage for clothing. The house was very clean and communication with the owner was very timely.

Perfect fit for our family!

So grateful to have found this home for our mom’s 70th birthday getaway! Everything was as described and then some. The little details - being well-supplied from coffee k-cups to toiletries - to the more significant aspects like off-street parking and a quiet neighborhood made a big difference. Super responsive host as well. Plus, the house itself was both charming and fun. Highly recommend.

Rude & Expensive

We had a scheduling mishap that was unfortunate for the owner and ourselves. We went above and behond to resolve it and make it right. The owner was rude and uncouth to say the least though during that process with threats of placing our items on the porch and ultimately charging us an additional 100 on top of the 1500 price tag to stay in the place 1 night. Might sleep 10, but the shower goes cold after 1 shower and the beds are hard and uncomfortable. Beautiful , clean place in a decent location. If you want you do your buisness with kind reasonable person though I would suggest going elsewhere.

Hi Dustin, I’m really disappointed that you are not owning up to making a mistake in booking and are placing the blame on me, the homeowner and super host. You booked the house for one night and drove several hours out of the city when you were supposed to have checked out. It is not my fault that you assumed you booked it for multiple nights and did not book the home properly. I had another guest arriving and my cleaner had to wait several hours for you to return and remove your items from the home. You were also very difficult to get ahold of and unresponsive. I’m sorry that you do not know how short term rentals work, but I am an excellent host with an excellent property and reputation.

Great property. All bedrooms were comfortable. Kitchen was fully loaded. Even included some things we forget like shaving cream and q-tips. It's conveniently located but it is right on the border of a rough neighborhood.

Perfect girls getaway

This home was perfect for our girls trip. We instantly fell in love with the detail in decoration. This house is also very close to the farmers market which allowed us to walk there for breakfast pastries one morning. Great stay!
