This two-bedroom condo, with all the conveniences of a dishwasher, washer, and dryer in the unit, is located in an oceanfront complex with private beach access. Come and relax on the beach, and enjoy your stay at the home you have dreamed of with a remodeled and redone kitchen and bathroom. The complex has a heated pool, clubhouse, tennis, shuffleboard, horseshoes, bocce ball, grilling area, and private beach access. This ground-floor unit is centrally located in famous Cocoa Beach near shopping, nightlife, and attractions, making this the perfect vacation for you and your family.
The condo is furnished with a king-size bed, two twin beds, and an oversized couch in the living room that could be used as a sleeping place for an additional guest.

The guest couldn't figure out the thermostat: we changed the batteries and it worked great. We have a new a/c unit. There are no mechanical issues in the condo.

Perfect location, clean and well equiped

Its our second stay at the diplomate and this unit was perfect!!! Clean, everything we needed and so near to the beach. The beds were very conftable and the kitchen had everything. We will return for sure!

Great location!

We absolutely loved our stay at this property! Everything you need for the beach is there. They had boards, towels, chairs and umbrellas, plus beach toys for small children. Also the kitchen had most everything you need. I like that there were dry condiments left from previous people there so we did not need to buy our own there. Bring extra bath towels and wash cloths if you can. We had issues with the cable. We could not get it to work in the master bedroom, but finally got it to work in the family room. Hair dryer is provided. We loved the pool and beach access. The residents were super nice and helpful. Julia responded quickly with any issues that we had. So much to do around this property and food choices were excellent! We would come back !

Rude owner

First look at dirty front door looking like it wouldn't take much effort to force it off hinges. Bad 1st impression. Bath & bedroom linens were dingy & worn. Place in need of a GOOD cleaning. Carpets are nasty. Lockbox was a problem opening & closing it when I left. Owner told me to leave key under door mat. It was literally falling apart when I picked mat up. When I shared the time & frustration I had with the lockbox & suggested she get a more user friendly lockbox, realtor type (had very small pins too close together), she said if I could read & follow directions I shouldn't have problem. Claimed she is a realtor. Avoid.

The guest was difficult to handle. She complained about almost everything including the lockbox. I asked my cleaning lady to help. She responded that she didn't have any problem with the lockbox. Our guests usually compliment our housekeeping team. We couldn't satisfy this guest who claims to be a realtor. I never heard of a realtor who cannot open a standard lockbox. If you need any help with the lockbox, just text us directly.

This is a great location close to everything Cocoa Beach has to offer.
There are two supermarkets nearby, plenty of restaurants to choose from, coffee shops, famous Ron Jon and Cocoa Beach Pier.

It is so wonderful to be so close to the beach: you don't need to worry about finding a parking or hauling your beach gears. The private beach access is with a few steps from the condo.
