Este es un hermoso, uno de un tipo condominio situado en la 6ª planta del edificio castillos de arena. Está muy bien amueblada, la cocina está totalmente equipada, un montón de toallas, sillas de playa y juguetes, muy limpio, con una sala de lavandería privada y una hermosa vista de la playa desde el balcón. Esto hará que se sienta como en casa en su escapada relajante! La primera planta del edificio se enfrenta a la puerta de la playa. El condominio puede encajar cómodamente hasta 4 personas y un bebé. Sólo unos pasos de los tribunales de playa, piscina comunitaria y pista. El gimnasio está al otro lado de la calle del edificio.

La sala de estar tiene muebles nuevos, junto con un televisor de pantalla plana y reproductor de DVD. Ambas habitaciones tienen televisores de pantalla plana. ¡Nuevo sistema de aire acondicionado, calentador de agua y horno!Los baños son amplios y contiene puertas de ducha de vidrio. El condominio también está cerca de muchas atracciones como los estudios Universal de Orlando, Disney mundo, mundo del mar, la línea de cruceros Disney, Centro espacial Kennedy, parques y museos cercanos.

Wonderful Getaway

Great location, very spacious condo. Easy beach access, refreshing pool. Condo has ice cold A/C! Big, fully equipped kitchen. Got some souvenirs from Ron Jon's. Played putt-putt. Delicious restaurants a short drive away. We enjoyed Coconuts On The Beach, Long Doggers, Ocean Side Pizza, and enjoyed crab legs at Florida's Seafood Bar & Grill. Saw 2 rocket launches. Watched an amazing drone show over the ocean!

Great space in a great place!

A very nice, casual relaxing space in a terrific location. Easy beach walks to food and entertainment. Easy swimming beach, nice for paddle board or starting surfing. Many restaurants close buy too. Pool and hot tub when you’re done at the beach. Great views from the balcony!

Musty, damp smell as soon as you walk in the door. The condo was well stocked and the owner easy to contact and seemed very nice but will not return. Very dated condo.

Place was very spacious. Well stocked with everything you need. Pool was beautiful and just a min walk to the beach. Owners very pleasant to work with. Hopefully we can rent next year.

Nice condo

The condo was so nice it had everything we would need for a perfect vacation! The beds were comfy and we enjoyed the view from the balcony. We actually saw the space x launch from Cape Canaveral! We loved all the extra blankets and towels! Wifi worked great! Thank you so much!

My Review

Property fit our needs. Very roomy with all necessary accommodations. Kitchen was outfitted nicely. Master bedroom very comfortable. Suggest that the key pad at entrance door be updated. Only negative , which was huge, was the replacement of the master bedroom window and the patio and adjacent condo stucco work. Loud and very intrusive. We were not aware that this work would occur until we arrived.

Great views of beach and rocket launches

Property is located across the street from a fitness center and has convenient access to Port Canaveral and many restaurants. The owner was very easy to work with and promptly resolved any problems. The pool is heated and the hot tub is a real plus. Our rental also included a garage.

Property was absolutely beautiful! I really loved our view!

The whole unit was beautifully decorated and very clean needs a little bit of updating though noticed some spots in the ceiling that were condensation kept beading up in master shower. A few light bulbs out and hand can opener needs to be thrown out because it doesn’t work. The pluses outweigh the minuses in this case the pantry has a lot of goodies and snacks and I even left some things behind for other guest there are plenty of sheets and blankets and pillowcases and towels for the beach plus there’s tons of play things for the kids and adults like to play on the beach this place came fully stocked with everything you could possibly need for a home away from home I truly enjoyed this stay and will likely try to book with the same individual again the whole experience was awesome I loved every minute of it felt truly blessed to be able to stay and have such an extraordinary time!

Great Place to Stay

This property is exactly as described. The owner was very responsive to every communication we had with them.We stayed here while visiting both the Magic Kingdom and the Space Center. We were looking for a quiet,family friendly location and this place was just that. The beach towels, toys, chairs and cooler were a big plus. The property is well maintained and the private beach entrance was much appreciated. The pool was lovely but a group of partying adults in the afternoon made it uncomfortable for us as a family with a young child. Not the fault of the owner, but obviously the management does not enforce the posted rules. We were visiting here for a week during hurricane Ian and lost power but the owner reached out to us several times to make sure we were doing ok. This unit is located on the sixth floor. There are shopping carts available for use on the first level to help get your groceries or other items up in the elevator, however, the unit is not close to the elevator. The elevator was out of order one day and obviously during the power outage we had to walk up the stairs. We wouldn't hesitate to return to this rental for a week or a month, it was quite nice. We especially enjoyed having morning coffee watching the ocean off the balcony and being able to go down to the beach often without having to walk very far. We believe the owner really does want you to enjoy your stay here.

Beautiful clean condo

This condo is very clean and beautiful. Decor is nice and tasteful. Bed is very comfortable. Ocean view location is excellent. Owner makes check in easy and has great communication. Kitchen was well stocked. There was plenty of towels. Beach towels and beach equipment was a plus. I would definitely recommend this beautiful condo to anyone looking to relax at cocoa beach. I will definitely return

This condo is very spacious and has an easy beach access. It is surrounded by a beautiful beach, nature, and city life. Plenty of delicious restaurants nearby.
This complex has lighted Tennis courts and a heated pool/ Jacuzzi. A short drive to Ron Jon famous Surf Shop. It is less than an hour away from World Disney World and Universal studios , Sterling Casino Cruise line, Disney Cruise Ships, A drive North of it is the Daytona Speedway and the beautiful historic St Augustine .
