Work trip, stayed for 4 months and had company come and go. The condo had everything we needed, even a crock pot and an air fryer. Housed as many as 7 with more than enough room. The balcony is huge and the ocean breeze keeps it comfortable & bug free. Bonus to be able to walk across the street to the grocery store.

10 Star view

The condo was as described, it was roomy, worked well for our family celebration for my husband’s 88 birthday. The condo was well maintained, clean, and the host was fast to respond to a couple of minor problems. The best part is the big windows that give you a spectacular view of the ocean for the sunrise, and then in the evening to see the sunset over the Indian River Lagoon AMAZING. I have pictures of the sunset that are spectacular and worthy of framing.

Beautiful home away from home

This property is just as advertised. We had everything we ended to have a great vacation. The kitchen was very well stocked, we had plenty of sheets and towels. We had plenty of room for 6 of us to spread out and have our own space. We spent our mornings on the patio having our coffee, and enjoying the views. Thank you Debbie for sharing your home with us. The Perfect Vacation Condo and Experience

Everything was just as good or better than the pictures displayed. The views are spectacular. Debbie and Jeff were very responsive to all our questions and any need we had was met quickly. Everything we needed was there. The condo was equipped with it all, sunscreen, sand toys, beach chairs, beach towels, kayaks, beach wagon, bug spray, plenty of seating inside and out. Great views of the Beach, Ocean, banana River, Sunrises and Sunsets. Very quiet community, and well maintained. Showers on the beach access. Nice swimming pool, with loungers and Gas Grill. Nice area to walk your dog. Beach was not crowded, definitely kid friendly. Kennedy Space Center was a great family trip and renting a boat at “Cocoa Beach Jet Skies and Boat Rental” was a great place to rent a Pontoon Boat and was affordable. It was really hard to leave after our month was over, and we are booked for 2 months next year. Best Beach Condo we’ve ever stayed at.

It could have been one of the greatest experiences, but it wasn't

I do not believe I should be writing this review. Vrbo has caused the host and our family a very bitter experience. Attorneys, credit card issuer, and supposedly the police have been involved. All this because (i) Vrbo lacks the response capabilities that hosts and guests need when issues seemingly easy to resolve arise and (ii) the host's hastiness. In short, I still haven't received in full the refund that the host agreed to because having to short our stay (with the host's consent) or the proportional refund on taxes paid to Vrbo. The host has accused us of fraud because Vrbo debited money from her bank account after we filed a dispute with our credit card *before* she eventually decided to refund us partially for the shortened stay. Even though we have timely informed in written our credit card issuer about the partial refunds done by the host and Vrbo to us, the host believes we are requesting duplicate refunds, both from our credit card and from her. It has been a nightmare. Now to the apartment: If you are not bringing a dog and are willing to deal with one or two Florida cockroaches, rent this place. You won't regret it. It is just as advertised. However, if you have a dog, be aware the condo association has weight restrictions that seem to be applied on a case-by-case basis that made me feel really uncomfortable. I asked Vrbo not to post the host's review (which was written in the midst of this disaster with likely animosity) or my review, but they didn't reply.

A Shore Thing!!!

From the moment we stepped into the condo, we were blown away! I have been fortunate to spend every Summer in Cocoa Beach growing up. This was the first time we did our month vacation without my parents and we were looking for a new place that had all the elements of Cocoa Beach we know and love and a few added bonuses. Debbie and Jeff's place did more than deliver! To be able to watch the sunrise - and then the sunset - was such a special treat! The veranda was more than spacious, it was like an extra living space and thanks to the south veranda roof, it could be used all day long! The floor to ceiling doors on the West and South Side of the condo made you feel like you were at the beach all day long. Even when we had to work, we still felt we were on holiday. The rooms were beautifully decorated and the kitchen is nicely updated. You were close enough to the pier to enjoy a visit but far enough way to enjoy a spacious beach! We had such a great time that we booked next year before we left for home! We cannot wait to come back! Thank you Debbie and Jeff for opening your home and providing your Oasis to us! This place is a SHORE thing!!

What you see is what you get!

Unit was exactly as depicted in the VRBO pictures. The unit was stocked with everything my wife and I could have needed. Bath towels, Beach towels, spices, sun tan lotions. Thank you for a wonderful vacation.

Extended Stay for Work

I booked an extended stay for a work assignment in the area, and was lucky enough to bring my wife who worked from home/remote, and toddler. We had a great time, the unit more than met our needs. We didn't use the TV much but the internet was sufficient to meet our remote work needs. And we especially enjoyed giving our toddler a ton of new experiences on the beach, pool, and neighboring park.

A lovely place to spend a winter month

The condo is beautiful and well appointed. The living area is bright and comfortable and everything is very clean. We had everything we needed for a 5-week stay. The large balcony made it extra special. Views of the beach, sunrises, river, and sunsets are spectacular. We invited family to come for a few days and they loved the condo and area. It is convenient to amenities, restaurants and activities. We saw 3 rocket launches from only 5 miles away, and they are amazing! The driveway even has its own stoplight which is very convenient in an area with quite a bit of traffic. We would definitely stay here again if it weren’t already booked for next January :( Kudos to the owners for this fantastic experience.

Great Condo For Family of 6

My family of 6 enjoyed our stay. The condo is situated in the southwest penthouse unit of the building, with a huge balcony that gives views of both the ocean and the river. The pool was heated and warm. We enjoyed a lot of time at the beach and pool and frequented many of the restaurants in the area. I worked remotely during the stay, and the internet was more than adequate to accommodate that. I recommend this unit to anyone looking for a long term stay in an ocean unit that can accommodate a family.

Cocoa Beach Condo

Very comfortable, up to date spacious condo, on the top floor of a very well maintained building. Awesome views from 7th floor wrap around balcony facing south and west, with an unobstructed view of the ocean on the east and river on the west. Great views of the sunrise in the morning, and sunset in the late afternoon. Large heated pool. Friendly and efficient maintenance and office staff. Condo is nicely located within easy walking distance of two major grocery stores, pharmacies, the pier, Ron Jon's and the library. No need for a car if you happen to be flying in. We had an awesome 6 week vacation, and look forward to returning again. Cheryl & Roland

An enjoyable 3 months

Great location on the beach, walking distance to bars, restaurants, grocery store, etc., very spacious layout, fully supplied kitchen, comfortable bed, extra large balcony with a view of ocean and river for both sunrises and sunsets, plus many more positives with this rental. We were very lucky to find a place like this and we’d recommend for any length of stay. Bonus...we got to watch 3 late night/early morning launches from the beach in front of the condo without having to drive to another location in the wee hours...check the launch schedule regularly.

Didnt Want To Leave!

Absolutely stunning property with views that only enhanced an amazing weekend. Debbie and Jeff were the perfect hosts, even allowing us to use their paddleboard so my 70 year old grandmother could knock something off her bucketlist! We didn't even drive anywhere...the pool is in your backyard, you can walk to the beach and we even walked across the street to get take-out Chinese. Couch was super comfy and lots of room for our group of 7 women to stretch our legs and relax. Cozy but not too small. We truly loved it! I tried to book another weekend upon leaving and was told its booked a year out, not surprising!

Updated, Beautiful property with panoramic views of ocean and river for sunrises and sunsets

Right from the start, Debbie and Jeff make one feel like they have stepped into a luxury vacation rental right out of HGTV. Every detail was taken care of from wine glasses to board games accessible for the children. I have stayed at many hotels in this area and nothing is better than this property. We had a family of six stay here comfortably. Also, we entertained a large group for the holidays. The close proximity to all the restaurants and grocery store make this stay so relaxing and effortless. We can't wait to return to this property. If I had to choose the best part it would be the panoramic views of the ocean from the wrap around deck. This morning I watched the sunrise with my coffee. Peaceful, relaxing, 5 star treatment from the owners.

All the comforts of home in Cocoa Beach

Nicely updated, clean and comfortable top floor condo with an amazing view of Beach and river. Walking distance to anywhere you need to go in Cocoa Beach. Very spacious layout with large bedrooms and ample closet and storage space. Awesome sunrises and sunsets from your living room or balcony. Huge heated pool. Nice gas BBQ and picnic area. Very secure building. Thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of our stay. Looking forward to coming back. Cheryl @ Roland

Fantastic Remodeled Condo with Amazing Views and a Great Value

We so enjoyed our time at Debbie and Jeff's condo. The views were amazing with a great beach view in the morning and catch gorgeous sunsets across the intracoastal from the other side of the wraparound porch. I love being able to spread out with my family and this condo gave us that opportunity. With 3 bedrooms it gave us space to break off and be alone when we wanted but the "family space" was fantastic. The couch, oh the couch...I'm pretty sure that we got pics of each member passing out on this super comfy couch. The dining room table was a focal point not only our nightly meals but "game nights...aka (Battles)" with board games that are there. We enjoyed cooking (everything but food that we needed was there) almost nightly and their kitchen. We loved enjoying coffee on the balcony in the morning and some wine out there at night. Twice during our stay we used the natural gas grill located down near the pool. The kids swam while I cooked and could keep an eye on them. The private access to the beach was great and not over crowded like some areas of Cocoa Beach. The rate was great too for the space and amenities you get. Heck, a one bedroom suite at the Hilton (which is almost next door) was more than this 3 bedroom, 2 bath Penthouse condo. It was a no brainer. The location is great. We walked one day to the Pier which is just under 2 miles away to the North. The unit is located directly across the street (we walked over twice) from a Publix so that was convenient. We will definitely be coming back again. If there is one thing that could have put the cherry on the cake for this stay would have been if there was a launch while we were here. I'm certain the views would be incredible. Thanks again to Jeff and Debbie!

Jeff and I bought this condo to one day retire as we also love the beachside. We personally remodeled to have all the modern luxuries with a comfort of home. Currently residing in Orlando with our 4 children, we are always just a text away from answers or assistance to make your stay most enjoyable.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

We chose this home for our own personal vacations because of the Central location biking distance to everything. We loved the VIEW, the lights of the city at night across the river, and the open floorplan. Completely remodeled in 2017, the condo has surprisingly large bedrooms, walk in master closet, and tons of natural light. With sliding glass doors around 50% of all the walls in the main living spaces, you will always see the beach AND the river. We even have the office desk set in the perfect location to work and RELAX!.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

The VIEW from the river to the beach, sunrises to sunsets and the top floor all make this property the perfect choice. The balcony is large and since you do not have the roof above, you can gaze at the star gaze at night. Elevator is a few steps from our unit and the exterior to the parking lot for convenience. Being an end unit, it is PRIVATE and secluded from other neighbor noise.
