Beach Colony East #6D, located in Perdido Key, FL, is a three-bedroom, three-bathroom condo that sleeps up to eight guests comfortably. Located on the sixth floor and the west end, this condo offers a private balcony with some captivating Gulf views. You'll also receive access to some great resort amenities to further enhance your stay.

Once you step inside you will realize what makes this space such a great location. The comfortable living room offers a great place to gather around a large Smart TV, which is the perfect place to satisfy your streaming needs. There are two different dining tables, both which have seating for four. The well-equipped kitchen makes meal prep easy and is a space that the chef in your group will love. When it is time to turn in for the night each of the three bedrooms offers a space for rest and relaxation.

Beach Colony East Resort offers a great location and a wide array of amenities to make your vacation stay a delight. Take a swim in the outdoor or indoor pool or have some friendly competition on the tennis courts. When you aren't in relaxation mode and are ready to keep up with your workout there is also a fitness center on site. When you aren't enjoy the complex there are also some great activities nearby including restaurants, shopping options and more!

Fabulous February Fun

Spectacular view with splendid accommodations. Relaxed home-like atmosphere with all the amenities needed. Convenient to restaurants, shopping and of course walking the beach. Already looking forward to a repeat stay.

Beautiful location!

This condo was beautiful! Located on the beach with spectacular views. It was spacious for our family of 5 and very clean. Pool was really nice as well. Will definitely come back.

Spacious with a great view

Condo was spacious for 2 adults and 3 teenagers. We enjoyed the view from the balcony which avoided the heat from the morning sun.

Can’t wait to return!

We had a wonderful stay. The condo was clean and well equipped with everything that we needed. The view was fabulous! Only wish we could have stayed longer than a week. The only complaint is that the dryer did not dry clothes very well but it would not keep me from staying there again.

Great Place to Stay

Everything was perfect except the elevator code worked about half the time. Very often it would take us to a random floor first, then it would take the code and go to our correct floor.

Perdido 2023

Great stay! We had a blast and enjoyed every second and the room the balcony the property. The only thing that we noticed was some odd smells in the walk-in showers. But we think that was the sulfur potentially in the water. We found one bug that was questionable at the end of our stay. But weren’t sure if that came in off the beach.

Good stay

We had a few issues. Shower head was broken in the master bathroom and so was the toilet handle. The toilet in the other bathroom was also broken. The dryer also had issues drying our clothes. All issues were fixed immediately. I would recommend this condo

Good Overall

We’ve stayed in this area multiple times, for reference. This condo is nice overall, but in need of updates. Others are more modern for the same price. This one is just dated a bit. Showers weren’t the cleanest, we chose to just clean them ourselves. We did notify the property manager that the dryer wasn’t working. Other reviewers also note this ongoing issue. To their credit, they did send a repairman the same day. They cleaned the vent, but it didn’t resolve the issue. It takes clothes 3-4 cycles to dry. The location is perfect. Great beach location and convenient. However, we will likely choose to stay elsewhere.

Good and bad

First 3 days were great, comdo we paid for was beautiful and immaculate in 6D. 3rd day our condo flooded from 2 floors up, entirely flooded our room. We were the ones to originally notify the office. We had to be moved and were given 12D. It was hot, living room fan was broken, showers were peeling and not as nice as what we paid for. Furniture was very uncomfortable on balcony. We voiced our concerns and was ignored and we were told they discounted that room for us. Which was not true. We should’ve been compensated for it. It ruined a birthday celebration because we had to spend 2 hours moving and drying our things that got wet from the flooded room. Seems only thing they cared about was getting our money. Location was good, beach was nice.
