Fantastic House with Indoor Pool!

Come visit one of the most unique houses around! There are many amazing things about this house and property, making it the perfect location for families and friends to come together. You can enjoy the 5 acres filled with oak trees or enjoy the large patio with BBQ and lounge seating. Relax in one of the newly remodeled and stylishly decorated bedrooms. Or try out the game room and enjoy a game of ping pong or pool.

But the truly unique feature that will make your stay one of the most memorable yet is the INDOOR pool in the center of the house! With a large baja shelf and a deep end to play in, everyone can enjoy some time in the water no matter the time of year or what the weather may be. The option to heat the pool just makes it even better as you can control how warm you want the water to be! And don't forget to try the LED pool light and all the colors it offers as well as the fountain that streams down from above. All combined to make memories you won't soon forget! And with a removable pool fence, you can rest easy knowing when the fence is up, the pool is safe for children of all ages no matter the time of day or night.

The house also boasts a large kitchen with 13 foot island, two dishwashers, side by side fridge/freezer and 6 burner range. With lots of cabinet and countertop space and fully stocked with dishes, cookware and everything you'd need to prepare meals, it's the dream kitchen for any group.

With the whole house being newly remodeled, each bedroom feels like the lap of luxury as you enjoy the new furniture, bedding and décor.

The house is placed in the perfect location for a getaway. At the end of a court there is no traffic and you can just enjoy nature and have a great time with your group. You're surrounded by nature but only 20 minutes from anything you need. As well as enjoying many of the attractions close by.

Beautiful and unique property, almost perfect

PROS: Beautiful and unique property in a peaceful setting with stunning canyon views. Modern and inviting remodeled interior, large interior pool with lots of towels provided. Plenty of communal space and games. 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms on the main level. Downstairs has trundle beds and a bathroom. HUGE kitchen!! Comfortable beds, great body wash! CONS: Front door lock didn’t work as it needed new batteries. The Host did respond timely to help us access the property. Gas stove didn’t work. Host had to have someone come replace the house propane tank but we couldn’t cook that night as we had planned. Inside was clean, HOWEVER, there were TONS of cobwebs in the windows overlooking the pool, which was very off putting. The kitchen was amazing but I was disappointed there were no wine glasses. The were ants on the kitchen counter so ant traps or/and ant treatment is needed. Most of the pool is deep. I’d say about the first 1/4th is 3 ft to 5ft, then drops off (con for me). The glass patio door handle is coming off. The slider in the main bedroom doesn’t lock because lock is misaligned. Exterior decks and seating areas were covered with cobwebs and leaves. Leaves are to be expected because of the trees on the property but the cobwebs showed the spaces hadn’t been cleaned in a while. The outdoor grill was too dirty to use. Should be throughly cleaned and the grill plates replaced. OVERALL, still a fantastic property that we would love to stay in again.Host was nice.

Great for Reunions

Our entire group loved the property and enjoyed our stay here. There was plenty of space for everyone to roam, sit and chat, play games, etc. The pool was a hit and loved by everyone. The waterfall was cool but really loud when it was on. With the pool in the middle, the sounds just bounce off the walls, making it hard for conversation. For that reason, we didn't leave it on for too long. The kitchen was nice, too! Plenty of counter, cooking, and refrigerator space. We cooked all our meals during our stay so this was a big plus! Prior to our arrival, we didn't receive any emails or other messages about check-in, wifi, house rules, checkout procedures, etc. Had those had been provided, it would've facilitated a smoother transition for our stay. Not too big a hassle, though, as the hosts were very responsive and responded right away, even after 10PM! Again, great property! Will definitely keep this place in mind for future gatherings. Unique property, good for groups

Our group of 5 families (including kids 2-5) had a great time overall at this unique property overall. It’s not exactly maintained in the best of shape but is great for entertaining a large group including kids. Highlights - huge kitchen with tons of counter space; tons of fridge and freezer space - Main floor bathrooms are renovated and very nice - Great communal spaces with pool, pool table/ping pong, living area, dining etc - Kid safe with a basement door gate, pool fence etc - The hosts were not very responsive prior to the trip (as noted in other reviews) but were very responsive via text once checked in and allowed us to check in early which was HUGE and made up for all the little things below Lowlights - The pool is heated 78-83 - day 1 was comfortable, day 2 was starting to feel a little chilly and by day 3 it was cold. Would be great to maintain it a little higher and/or reheat each day - Various little things - not great WiFi, dining chair broken, living room TV didn’t work, skee ball machine didn’t work, sink handle fell off - The outdoors area is not maintained - all lawn furniture was covered with leaves and dirt so we didn’t really use it - Mattresses other than basement are a little soft and blankets are super thin Other tips - Bring your sponge, shampoo/conditioner, wine bottle opener, crocs or flip flops for adults and kids to avoid slipping - There is a pack n play available (we didn’t know) - Red Hawk Casino is 15 min away and has a nice kids center

Fun overall, but needs improvement..

First, I want to mention that Sergey & Clara were very helpful during the trip. Responded quickly during the trip and were helpful every time I reached out. After the trip, I informed them of my issues and were very receptive to the feedback to better improve the property. Communication prior to my stay was lacking. Took over a week for a response.. Made me nervous at times, but the trip pulled through accordingly. Like another guest mentioned, I didn't receive check in instructions until the morning of the trip. Like at 9/10am, which is a bit late, considering that my out of state guests were already on the way. But during the trip, they responded back SO quickly every single time. Super helpful and reassuring. The property is fairly remote... Looked like it was in the middle of a farm with hills. So if you can get to the property during the day time, that would be better. There's no street lights and you'll be driving up narrow roads. I arrived right at sunset and had no idea where I even parked my car cuz I couldn't see. We all had to readjust our parking the next morning when the sun came out. A few guests drove into neighbors houses and driveways. The neighbors didn't like that.. During my stay, the power outlets on the kitchen island didn't work. I mentioned to Sergey and they were willing to come by and fix it, but we just used other working outlets. Some of the bedrooms had REALLY soft mattresses and pillows. A little TOO soft. Based on a vote between our group, the basement had the best mattresses and everyone who slept in that room had lovely sleep. Most of the main bedrooms had "too soft" mattresses and pillows. No complains from the master bedroom. I didn't realize this until I was packing, but there are extra blankets in the cabinets for those who get cold! The pool is a great idea, its what made us book the property. But the reality of having a heated pool in the living room is all of the condensation in the home. We woke up to wet walls and wet belongings. Tips: - Bring extra paper towels and toilet paper. I think there's only 1 extra roll of paper towels. - Plan on bringing a pot brush, sponge and dish soap (unless the owners are providing moving forward). We had such an issue keeping the kitchen clean without the properly supplies. The sponge was not good quality and neither was the soap. Left the pots and dishes oily. - Bring disposable utensils. There's not enough for 16 people to be fed 3x daily.

Wonderful experience!

Our family stayed at this property with two other families with children. Even though we had a pretty large group, the place still felt very spacious. The indoor pool was a huge hit- clean, well maintained, perfect temperature, and entertaining! The whole house was clean, organized, and just as what the photos portrayed. The hosts were very responsible and responsive. They were quick in answering all our questions before and during our trip. This is an amazing house for groups traveling with kids!

Family get away

Great house for large family. Kids and adults had fun in the indoor pool, playing ping pong, etc. Floors do get water, so be careful. Has a good number of plates but needs more silverware. Also bring shampoo.

Great Place for Family

The owner is very responsive. Our family loves this place. The indoor pool is a plus to have visibility of our young ones while make a feast for the family. We will continue to come here for our annual family trip.

GREAT REUNION HOUSE!

We had such a wonderful time for our FAMILY REUNION! The swimming pool was AWESOME! Also the Log House was so convenient being next door to the main REUNION HOUSE. Everyone had a great time! Clara was very friendly and always available for any questions. We've posted the house on FB and already got a few people who are interested in reserving the Pool House for vacation. Wish there was body wash and shampoo so after the pool you could clean up. I have never rented a place and not had some. Floor was way to slippery my friend fell hard just walking. Would love love to rent again but to dangers.

Beautiful Home for an Indoor Getaway

We had a fun stay here. The home is located up a few steep drives. The pool welcomes you as soon as you open the door. I love the concept of having the pool in the center of the home but some things to consider are that it gets very slippery all around so beware if you have toddlers or small children. They do provide squeegees and floor mats that help a bit with the wet floors, but we had multiple slips and falls from both children and adults. A few negative things I have to note was that our sheets had some stains on them, the wifi connection wasn't the best, and the lights would flicker when the air came on. Just a heads up to future renters, the hosts provided the check-in instructions on the morning of check-in. Most places I have rented would send it days or even a week in advance so it made me a little anxious when I didn't receive the check-in instructions. When I reached out a couple days before, they said they would send it shortly but never did. I followed up the next day and didn't receive a reply or acknowledgment, so I was a little nervous. They did send it the morning of check-in day. Some positives: there were some extra blankets, which was nice because it was cold and rainy the first night we arrived, in which having an indoor pool is awesome! We saw deer outside almost every day we were there so it was very cool to be out in nature but still in a nice comfortable home. Our mattress was very soft and comfortable. The view from the kitchen is pretty. You can see the hills past the trees. We loved the huge windows/sliding doors by the game area. There are many activities to do around the home. It is a great place to stay in and have fun with friends and family. We were never bored! Overall, it is a great home and a really fun time with lots of activities like boardgames, pool, ping pong, swimming, and even skeeball in the basement. I would say the home is more appropriate for all adults or grown children and not young toddlers.

The perfect party house!

This was the perfect place to host our family and friends during spring break while catching a couple of daughters college lacrosse games. We made a 15ft. Charcuterie board across the island in the kitchen and it was a huge hit.

Amazing Getaway!

From start to finish Sergey and Clara were so responsive! This home is gorgeous and clean. It is located in a quiet secluded area surrounded by nature. Nothing beats an indoor pool especially one that is so clean and well maintained. The kids enjoyed the pool with the waterfall! Also lots of activities with the pool table, tennis table, ski ball, and multiple TVs. We are definitely coming back! Hands down best home that we have ever stayed in! Thank you so much for hosting us!

All time Favorite!!!!!

Walking into this place was exceptionally beautiful!!! The kitchen was big, with huge refrigerator space, and counter space. The rooms/bathroom were cleaned and pretty roomy. I fell in love with the pool and the waterfall. Me and my families enjoyed this place and had such a fun time. The owners were so friendly and accommodated us for an early check-in too. Will definitely book again.

Great location for full relaxation

I and a few friends go on a weekend getaway every year, and this year I ran into cool pictures of the swimming pool in this beautiful house and said we have to rent it. It was great decision. Clean, comfortable, lots of beds , newly appointed kitchen and restrooms and did i say clean?? Pool waterfall works easy. Beautiful. Owners very friendly and accommodating and caring. Location is very quiet and nice. Thanks again for sharing your cool house ;)

Amazing property with an indoor pool and Waterfall!

This property was one of the most unique and fun stays we’ve had! Who needs a living room when you can have an indoor heated pool with a waterfall instead? It was clean, had a great kitchen to cook in, a grill, and even had a pool table/ping pong table. The pictures are completely accurate. So many people asked for a link to this property after seeing our pictures and videos. Do it for the gram! If you have young children, the area around the pool can be slippery so just make sure they walk or have water shoes or flip flops so they don’t slip. Thanks for the wonderful stay!

Great Place for Family

The host was very responsive to all our questions and concerns. Our whole family had a great time and really enjoy the place. The best thing was to hang out in the kitchen while watching the kiddos in the pool. Next time, we need to bring more stuff to BBQ, so we can enjoy large patio with BBQ and lounge seating area in the front of the house. The house was very beautiful, and the waterfall was a plus. Plenty of space and bathrooms for everyone. We will definitely rent this place again.

Fantastic Stay

We had a great time in Coloma/Placerville and Clara & Sergey’s beautiful property made it a truly special experience! We were 4 adults and 6 children. This rental was extremely unique—wonderful indoor pool complete with overhead fountain and awesome lighting. Our kids loved the water fountain nearby, despite being just steps away from the kitchen! Clara & Sergey were very responsive to the few questions we had (arrival letter was cery thorough). Best part about this property was its location in a quiet/serene neighborhood. We took our early morning cappuccinos on the rear deck as turkeys and quail scurried beneath us. House was well-appointed. Exceptional appliances for large parties. Wish we had time to stoke up the barbecue grill….next visit. Thank you for a wonderful stay!!!
