The house is comfortable, enjoy the 4 televisions ( 03 televisions with cable and one with ruku also) that my property has, in your rest time you can take advantage of the pool table and also the football table,, the property has 4 bedrooms, one has a queen bed, two twins, and one double, and 1 bathroom, the beach It is 7 minutes driving, if you do not want to drive, in summer there is a school one block that provides the service to take it and bring it free, the house has all the appliances, so you can feel in the comfort of your home, we provide , shampoo, conditioner, liquid soap, soap for the washing machine, and for the dishwasher, toilet paper, towels, and beach towels, sheets, coffee, powdered milk, sugar, tea and condiments for cooking, just bring your toothbrush and their clothes, the neighborhood is very quiet, the neighbors are very friendly, the house has 5 parking spaces, the property has air conditioning, nice grill and the accessories to grill, maximum 08 people, if you are more the 8 people may you need to paid extra fees.

The kitchen was equipped very well fridge was turned up to cold froze our food and the grass was not mowed. Otherwise it was very satisfactory thanks for hospitality

Maria was the most Amazing Host ever. She helped me out in every way possible for my one night stay. The house was very clean and all the beds are so comfy. Stain on couch but no big deal at all. I was just extremely comfortable and it felt like home. I wish we had more time in the house. Although it was 10 of us we made the one bathroom situation easy. The house literally had everything you could possibly think of. My only recommendation is to get a portable AC unit for the garage where the pool table is. I would book this house a million times over. Maria I thank you from the bottom of my heart for everything!! You are such a sweet, amazing host and I wish you the best. Keep in touch.

This property has potential but we didnt get that experience. There was no Wifi, no working televisions and the yard was completely unkept. The property is dark at night and with an unkept yard gives very scary vibes. My children were scared to stay there and no wifi or tv didnt help. I was so disappointed with this stay.

Easy check in

There were multiple roaches that were immediately visible upon entering the unit. We did not stay there and had to book a local hotel last minute. The owner communicated that I would receive a full refund. I have documentation of this conversation as well. Aside from that the owner was nice, and check in was convenient and simple. Once they take care of the infestation there will be no issues with this unit and it should get 5 stars.

Hampton Stay

House was clean. But the grass in the yard was very tall. There were only 2 washcloths and 10 people for our stay so we had to go buy washcloths. No washing detergent. We were excited for the pool table but the pool sticks had the ends on them worn down so we weren’t able to play. But the house is very spacious and looks like it had been remodeled very nicely. The neighborhood is very quiet and in a good location. I would recommend posting guests to bring their own towels and such.

I stayed here for my birthday to hang out with friends and we loved it. The host was super sweet and very accommodating. Even let us stay later and check in early.

Cockroaches

Cute house but definitely needs an exterminator! When I turned on the oven to make breakfast, for the kids cockroaches crawled out from behind it! They were under the trashcan! I sent photos to the VRBO, but they wanted me to look through the house for more cockroaches to take photos of!! I was more concerned with getting our suitcases out of the house before we picked up any unwanted friends. These were not palmetto bugs. These were indoor house cockroaches! And I have photos of the one i was able to catch and kill. So gross. So so gross.

This was in a good location for the coliseum, it is just a worn down property but the beds were comfy and it was perfect to chill and hang out. Something’s were a little dated and chipping but overall fine. Maria is so nice and answered my questions so quickly. The neighborhood is pretty dark though

Great for last minute plans

Great for last minutes plans. The property owner was very nice and easy to communicate with and very nice. Wished there was at least two bathrooms, but we made it work. The grass could've been cut in the back yard since we had to walk to the game room from the house. I would highly recommend this for a couple or a small family who just want to get away. Easy to get to the beack. The neighborhood was very quite.

Nice, straightforward stay for a family with young kids

We have a lot of kids, including a toddler and a baby. This property provided exactly what we needed for our weekend beach vacation: a clean home conveniently located close to the beach, groceries and church. We spent a day at Buckroe Beach (only 10 minutes away) and loved it. The beach is private, clean and offers easy, free parking. FYI - some run-down homes are located close to this rental; but that did not matter much because we did not spend much time there. Great crash pad.

Nice home with multiple options.

The house itself was nice, spacious with multiple rooms and large living/dining room. Located in an area with much to do in the surrounding areas. About an hour from Richmond, 45 from Jamestown/Williamsburg, 20 from Norfolk. Leaves you with many opportunities to do stuff. Enjoyed the stay

Friendly host, clean home

The home was easy to find and very clean! I was a bit nervous as the hostess waited until the day of check in … about 2 hours before we could check in to co tact is with the passcodes etc…. That being said we enjoyed the home! Very clean and Maria was friendly once we touched base!

First VRBO experience

The house was awesome and very conveniently located to the beach! If you are feeling adventurous, it’s a bit of a walk but also a five minute drive. Neighborhood is nice and quiet. Was a fantastic place for my group of friends to get together, grill and catch up.

it was nice on the inside but there was only 2 rolls of toilet paper, no soap in the bathroom and it said there was coffee but there were no kcups.

Convenient and comfortable

Our group of 8 stayed at Maria's house for a weekend event at the Hampton Coliseum. The house was huge and felt very spacious even with so many people. Everyone had a comfortable place to sleep and space to park their car. The drive to the Coliseum was only 15 minutes and everything was super clean and fresh! Beautiful space and Maria was helpful and responsive to all my questions. Thanks for letting us stay! We plan to stay there again for another event soon!
