Thank you for your feedback. I apologize that your stay with us fell short of expectations. We here at Southern strive to make every guest's stay as pleasant as possible. We do see you reported that the door handle on the front door was detached, and you were not able to exit the unit. We also show that the property manager came by and found that there was nothing wrong with the handle and made sure the door was able to be opened and closed before leaving. Upon further review, we show that due to your feedback on the furniture, we offered to have our house keeping team come back out to the unit to address the cleanliness issues. Regarding the verification policies, we do require a Rental Agreement on all reservations and Driver's License on file for our last-minute bookings. I hope you can provide us the opportunity to regain your patronage with Southern Vacation Rentals. We look forward to hosting you again in the future here on the Gulf Coast.
