Perfect place for a girls weekend!

The place was well represented…beautifully & comfortably decorated, wonderfully stocked and in a very walkable location to stores & restaurants in the Gulch. The hosts were very helpful with all of my questions and requests. Highly recommend!

Great Place!

Absolutely amazing place and easy $8 Uber to everything. Rooftop deck is fun and relaxing. Lots of stairs so be prepared just in case that’s and issue. We will stay there again next time!

Very large place with ample places to sleep for a large group. Rooftop deck was nice, and was easy access to the rest of Nashville.

Business Trip

The location was great with quiet, convenient access. The unit was laid out nicely with comfortable beds and pillows. The gas fire rocks on the top of the rooftop was a nice addition with beautiful views of downtown. We will be returning next trip.

Convenient and Cute!

We had a great time staying at the Gulch townhouse. It was within walking distance to many places and we had a lot of room in the common areas! Our group would have preferred not to have bunk beds but the rooftop deck totally made up for it! Highly recommend!

Guys trip

We had a great time the 4 days in Nashville! Great food, tons to do, and awesome nightlife. The house was walking distance to all in the Gulch, and a short 1.4 miles to the heart of Broadway. The rooftop was a great place to sit and enjoy the weather.

Great house

Thank you for letting us stay in your home. We had a great time! We stayed here as a family of six. There was a lot of space. We had enough towels. The kitchen had everything we needed. The roof top space was great. The location is very close to downtown Nashville, in the Edgehill neighborhood (not the Gulch). We would definitely stay again.

Nice property and location

We had a great girls trip staying here. Beautiful Condo a little dusty but not terrible. The beds were comfortable and nice space for 7 people. Rooftop had a great view of the city. There was a couple of times Uber/Lyft still didn’t understand drop off/pickup location that was given but we made it work. Thanks again!

Location Location Location

This property is so close to everything! Just a short walk from all the fun restaurants in The Gulch & a super quick Uber to Broadway. Our group of girlfriends felt safe walking to and from dinner. It was a gorgeous weekend in Nashville so we were able to utilize the rooftop, the views are amazing & made it hard to leave. The place is huge, (even bigger than pictures) comfortable beds & perfect for entertaining our group! I would 100% book again.

Never here again

The place was dirty and very outdated. There was coffee in the coffee machine, stove still had food between the burners. 5 out of the 7 smoke/Fire detectors were missing. There was No knifes in the draw. The bathroom towels looks like they were already used. The light bulbs over the kitchen island were burnt out. Some ceilings had Sheetrock showing.

DO NOT STAY HERE

I repeat- DO NOT BOOK! Let me start by saying, it was absolutely disgusting inside. There was BLOOD on the walls and carpet, no smoke alarm, and overall dirty sheets, toilets, and entire property. The location of their listing isn’t where the actual address is also. We had nothing but issues from the start with this rental. We have tried to resolve the issue with the property manager, Jacob, but he hasn’t helped at all. Not a single person from unwind luxury vacations has returned any of our calls to resolve the issue. We ended up leaving the location and booking a different stay. From someone who has stayed at many rentals that met expectations the last thing I want to do is write this review- but this place and company were both awful!

Super condo and great location

This condo is large and allows for everyone to have their own space. There were eight of us and it never seemed like we were crowded at all. Rooms have comfortable beds. The location was very handy, as we could walk everywhere day and night, and always felt safe. We had a car, and appreciated the garage to park in. Communication on checking in and out was very clear. The only reason why I did not rate this full stars is for a few reasons. The floor did not feel clean and there were dust bunnies. There were old stains on the couch. Some towels were folded nicely, but we found more towels and dishtowels in the dryer. The bottom dish rack of the dishwasher did not work. There was no corkscrew (we bought one and of course donated it to the condo) and the plastic wine glasses were cracked. The only knives for cutting fruit etc were serrated and we would have loved some sharp straight knives. Maybe other renters have not mentioned these points, so hopefully this helps the owner to achieve that 5 star rating. All in all. we loved the location and especially enjoyed the roof top patio. Beautiful views of the city! Thanks for having us!

This condo is way over priced for what you get

I felt this listing was misrepresented. For the cost and the exorbitant amount of fees, it is way overvalued. The location was good, and it was a decent condo. However, there was a decent amount of mold in the main shower, which was gross. There were cobwebs and dust throughout. It wasn't fresh. We barely had enough towels. The towels were cheap and thin. We had 3 wash cloths and 3 hand towels for 6 people. There also is not enough. parking. The garage could fit 2 cars, but we had 4 cars. and. there is NO PLACE to park them. There were curtains, but no blinds, so the sun comes in the morning, and it's bright. The thing is, it was expensive. We to pay 400.00/night per person AND IT WAS NOT WORTH IT! There. weren't any floor mats in the bathroom either. Too expensive for what it is. They also had an absurd check out time, 10am and wanted $40.00 extra per hour for late check out - which is frustrating because the place didn't even look clean so I know a cleaning crew wasn't about to rush in. Communication was also not easy. Overall, was not happy about this VRBO.

Good for Bachelorette > But Dusty

We had a great time at this property but it was not without hiccups. Would i recommend this place? To someone coming to party yes. Would i bring my family here? no. Needs to be better maintained. PROS: - LOCATION is great. 8 minute walk to Gulch shopping / food (Uncommon James, Kittenish, Milk + Honey) - Alarm and security guard patrolling on the weekend > we chatted with him and felt super safe (One of the bedrooms is on the floor level 2 flights away from everyone else so this helped us not feel spooked out about that) - Big master closet - Big open kitchen / living room to hangout - Garage parking spot - Comfy Beds: even the bunks - Upstairs patio space was LOVELY! CONS - DIRTY!! layer of dust on everything - You could tell this place is only spot cleaned - Couch is OLD and stains on it - Can tell this is Bachelorette central with tape marks off the wall > but made it perfect to use any decorations - We found a plate COVERED in dried spaghetti in the CLEAN dishes. that was a big issue for our group. We washed eerything ourselves after that - Had to supply our own paper towels - Ran out of garbage bags so could not even clean the space before we left > that is a supply that needs to be provided - Overhead lights were out in the upstairs master > only the mirrored lights were working - Wasp nests on the first floor balcony - The smoke detector batteries needed to be changed so the beep kept going off all one night

Girls Trip

Overall our stay was good. The condo is very pretty and well decorated, with a ton of space for 6 girls. The location was great and we were able to walk everywhere. The biggest disappointment was the cleanliness of the property. It seemed like everything was just surface level “clean”. We are pretty positive the floors were not washed at all. Adding a full length mirror would be beneficial.

Pleasant stay

We had minor issues with the cleanliness of the rental but overall communication with the property manager was perfect. He was very helpful and probably would be the main reason I would rent again. He was professional and helpful. Location is good and close to downtown.

Get a new cleaning company

Great location, great townhome....but you need a better cleanng crew! Dirty sheets found on the bunk beds, dirty dishes in the cabinets. and cobwebs in the corners. Also, the property is only 2 years old......we could not believe the number of marks on the walls. I feel sorry for the owners.

Great location to all everywhere you you to be in Nashville. Very clean, beds very comfortable and property very responsive. We had a few kinks, probably due to it being brand new construction, but Zach was great in responding to our needs very quickly. We enjoyed the property very much
