This unit has sleeping arrangements that can accomodate your whole family--with a King Bed, a Queen Bed, and two (2) fold-out Queen Bed sleeper sofas. There is lots to do and see on Pensacola Beach, including shops, restaurants, fishing, watersports, and one of the most spectacular beaches in the world literally right across the street from this unit. Behind the property, enjoy sunsets, fishing from the the boat dock, or a swim in the intercoastal waterway. The property has free, gated and private off-street parking and a weight room/fitness facility for guest use. Additionally, this property is right next to the free, hop-on, hop-off Island Trolley service that runs spring through fall and takes visitors all over Pensacola Beach! Enjoy these additional amenities with this particular unit: Gas BBQ on your balcony, Beach Towels, Beach Chairs, and Beach toys provided, housecoats provided for your use, full size washer and dryer, upgraded kitchen with Island and stools, and high speed internet.

Beach Vacation

The owner of the property Jeff was very easy to communicate with. His condo is beautiful and perfectly located to the beach. We will definitely stay here again in the future!

Great Beach condo!!

Our family had a fantastic week in Pensacola! This condo is in a great location, close to the beach, the pool and the bay! It was clean and had everything we needed. It was great for our kids and easily accessible for my parents, who have some trouble walking. The owner was very helpful and friendly, we would definitely stay here again!

Great Stay

This condo was excellent. Really close to everything on Pensacola Beach, but far enough away from the busy area. Jeff communicated all the pertinent information in a timely manner. We really enjoyed our visit. This was our first time staying in Pensacola Beach, but definitely won’t be our last. Thanks Jeff for everything.

Great Find!

First time staying at a condo and the experience was awesome! Jeff was very responsive and the unit was very spacious. I didn't know what to expect (as pictures have proven to be deceiving), but it was even better in person. Local residents/staff were very friendly. The beach was only a short 5-10 minute walk from the condo, but they have a nice pool right down stairs. I would definitely recommend staying here for a beautiful and economical stay on the beach!

No water view

Easy access to property and unit. Well appointed with items you may need to enjoy recreation as well as preparing meals. Plenty of room for those of us who stayed. Sleeper sofa could have been more comfortable for sitting (did not use for sleeping). Balcony was nice with constant breeze. Pool and surrounding area was nice but could have been better with some type of shade.

Beautiful Condo!

The condo was beautiful and clean, even better than the pictures. The beach chairs, toys and towels were very nice to use. Jeff was wonderful to work with and responded very quickly to any questions. I would definitely stay here again!

Excellent condo close to beach

We had an excellent experience. Communication with Jeff before, during and after was easy and clear. The condo was very clean and comfortable with plenty of room for our group and would suit a family well also. Close to the pool and clubhouse as well as tennis courts. Beach towels were provided which was a very nice touch, as was a grill, although we didn't use it, some sand and water toys and beach chairs. Kitchen was well appointed and a basket of pamphlets and informational material about the area was provided as well. The condos are nice and quiet and the people we met there friendly. We initially had hoped to utilize Uber and the trolley and avoid using a car, but we found that at this time Uber and Lyft were not always available. We figured probably due to Covid or perhaps because the bridge was out of commission for several months and recently reopened. Others we talked to said normally in the past there was no issue with getting one so we assume it is a situational thing. On day 2 we elected to go ahead and rent a car for getting around during the day as it is a bit of a walk to the boardwalk area. The trolley runs from 4p to midnight during high season about every 20 minutes and is Free! The trolley was awesome and was our mode of transport in the evenings and the drivers were friendly and informative. It was our first time to PCB but we would definitely come back and stay at Jeff's place again. Thanks Jeff for a great vacation!

Nothing short of excellent!

Excellent host (Jeff), clean condo, close to the beach and bay, and a really nice pool. :) We plan on coming back every year if possible! We loved our stay and had the best time!

Wonderful

Jeff worked so well with us as far as getting us all of the access codes we needed to get into the condo before we arrived. The condo was very nice and comfortable to stay in. We loved the balcony and being able to sit out there in the evenings. You could hear the ocean waves at night when all the traffic had died down. It was peaceful. We would definitely stay here again

My wife Sally and I love the beach and sharing this amazing beautiful location with guests from around the world--(when we're not staying here ourselves)! Pensacola is a place that has a little bit of everything for everyone--from historic locations and museums, to incredible swimming, snorkeling, and offshore fishing, to incredible restaurants featuring fresh Gulf of Mexico Seafood. Be sure to check out downtown Pensacola and Palafox street--shopping, restaurants, excellent bars and nightclubs. Then, on Tuesdays and Wednesdays--look to the sky to your Northwest and watch the world famous US Navy Blue Angels do their weekly practice. This unit is right in the middle of the action--yet distanced enough to allow for peace and quiet and relaxation in beautiful, emerald green waters.
