One of the most distinguished, highly reviewed and best maintained property in the Tailwinds condo. This condo overlooking the St. Joe River sits only four blocks from downtown St. Joseph and Silver Beach. Conveniently located within walking distance to all of the amazing shops and restaurants in St. Joseph. Directly next door you can stroll right over to Clementines or Tavern on the River, both offer waterfront dining.

Saint Joseph is a family friendly city with dozens of restaurants and shops conveniently located right downtown. Coffee shops, Ice Cream and outdoor dining are highlights of the town. Each weekend in the summer the city hosts Art, Craft, Farmers Markets and more right on the bluff.

Relax in the freshly decorated and renovated condo while enjoying 4 TV's. The space offers an open concept for gathering with friends and family. The three bedrooms are spread out and offer you private space as well. Each bedroom has a new queen-sized bed to relax, as well as new carpet. If you want your own adventure or fishing experience, Pier 1000 offer charters and rentals. Harbor Shores Golf Club is a Jack Nicklaus PGA course less than a mile away.
The condo is driving distance to numerous wineries and breweries. If you are a gambler or like to enjoy the casinos you are only 30 minutes from FourWinds Casino in South Bend, IN., and less than an hour from FireKeepers in Battle Creek, MI.

The location was great. The condo itself had three nice bedrooms. It was clean and had the amenities that we needed. Very nice layout. Very easy to book, get into, and we had no issues while there. We would recommend and/or stay again!

I have always said that St Joe’s is my happy place, and I walked in to see a pillow saying that! We found everything clean, accommodating, and most enjoyable. Maybe our lone complaint is that the frying pans were missing Teflon coating and not desirable to use. Otherwise, our stay was great and hope to come again!

The condo is not sanitized as advertised. Air filter caused 2 of the 3 ppl in my group breathing or sinus issues. Looks like its not been replaced in a very very long time. We replaced it. In the master bathroom, there was feces on the wall by the toilet paper roll. Completely unacceptable. Additionally, the stand up shower was covered in mildew/mold.The kitchen was dirty. The counters and stove were grimy, I had to clean them myself. Dishes in cabinets were dirty, each one had to be washed to ease our mind since everything was gross. The kitchen cabinets had smears and grime all by the handles.The master bedroom had a pee stain on the bedding. Every rooms bedding was dirty. All blankets left on top of each bed were dirty and unable to be used. The view from the unkempt balcony is a small sliver of a St Joseph river canal/channel. Your biggest balcony view is the rooftops of a few buildings and the side of marina with little to no action. Location was an easy drive to a few beaches but not an easy walk. Appears a lot of party people rent these condos. Be prepared to hear hooting and hollering throughout the night and into early morning. The building is supposed to be secured by coded doors but a side door was constantly being propped open allowing anyone to enter. The parking is a nightmare. Very slim spots and very little maneuver room.

Had a great time. FYI: The bedroom closest to the washer and dryer closet door fell off when my wife went to open it. She did not get hurt but the door should be anchored more securely. I left it against the wall next to the window. again, we had a very enjoyable stay and were very pleased with how nice the condo was.Sincerely,Keith

Condo was walking distance from downtown which was amazing. Place had everything we need including an extra beach chair which came in super convenient. Check in and communication was easy and quick responses! I would for sure book there again!

Great place. Clean. We were able to watch multiple firework displays from the balcony. Secure garage is a bonus. Would stay again.

Loved this location and condo!

We had six adults, and this condo was perfect. We walked everywhere in town, which was so convenient. We walked to the beach, Silver Beach Pizza, shopping, brunch, etc. We visited four wineries, all within 25 minutes of the condo. We love how clean the condo was, and how it was decorated. We spent the day Saturday watching college football in the living room, and it was perfect for us. We hope to stay here again.

Comfortable & Walkable

Condo had everything we needed. Location allowed for pleasant walks to downtown, bluff and beach if traveling light. The photos on the listing do depict some obstruction of the waterfront view, but it was more significant than we expected with two commercial buildings blocking the water view from most of the indoor areas in the condo. We did enjoy the balcony but a couple of more chairs and a side table would make it more useable.

We loved the location that was easily accessible to everything in St. Joe’s. The condo is spacious with plenty of room and comfortable beds as well as everything no we needed for our stay. Would definitely stay again. Thank you!

Good...not great.

The condo was clean and smelled good. Nice decor and updated.The kitchen is not super stocked. There are no oven mits, dish towels, dish drying mat or garbage bags. Also, the condo is next to a petro company so lots of big petro trucks rolling out each morning which are quite loud. The garage was a nice bonus but they are not kidding when its said its tight. If another car is next to you, its super tough.

Birthday Celebration

Stayed in August 2024. This place holds 6 adults very comfortably! Great location for walking downtown to the shops. A little bit of a hike to the beach. Would definitely drive to the beach if staying for the day but very easy to walk down and enjoy. Highly recommend this simple quiet condo!

Amazing stay!

This place was such a find! Extremely spacious apartment with every amenity you could want! The kitchen was well stocked, there were tons of beach toys that kept my busy 5 year old wildly entertained and plenty of bath towels of different sizes. We were super close to town (maybe about a 15 minute walk) and the area seemed very safe and above all quiet. The garage parking spot was also a huge bonus! We will definitely be back!!
