The home was very clean and spacious. It was great for hosting our group! The kitchen has a huge island and had everything we needed. The location was perfect, close to wineries and downtown st joes. Coffee and breakfast in the morning outside on the patio while watching the river was the perfect start to our morning. We can’t wait to come back!

Very relaxing and quiet! Clean and new! They thought of everything from kids toys and beach towels to seasoning for grilling out!! Property owners super nice to work with too!We really loved making memories here for our annual Michigan trip!

Absolutely amazing. Completely made our stay that much more incredible. We love MI and have stayed at numerous different locations and this is by far our favorite. The location, the amenities, all of the little details. Down to the automatic recliner on the couch! My kids loved this little surprise! We will be back!

I can't say enough good things about this property. Super clean, kitchen has everything needed to cook meals and there is plenty of room for everyone to relax. Rented this property to stay with my parents because it was about 20 mins away from where my son was getting married. The location is close to everything you need but is in a location that is quiet. Me and my Mom enjoyed sitting on the porch chatting, while my Dad and husband sat on the bank of the river fishing. I couldn't have picked a better property to enjoy time with my family.

Perfect Getaway!

We had a wonderful stay at this house! It was beautiful inside and out and in a very quiet neighborhood right along the St. Joe River. Lots of birds too! Beds were very comfortable and you had all the amenities at your fingertips for cooking. Nice hot tub to rest in after a day of shopping! We would definitely come back. Thank you!

Secluded paradise

I will start from the smooth checkin and easy directions from Chicago. Host is very responsive and will give you best local suggestion for whatever you need! House itself not only fully equiped, but we had one family member with disability, and the house is one level with very well equiped showers to host persons with disabilities. Location is perfectly secluded, very calm with amazing river views, sunsets were stunning!!! Thanks a lot, we definatelly will be back and soon!!!

Family Weekend

The house was comfortable and clean. Kitchen was well quite well stocked. It could benefit from adding potholders and small tongs. Bathrooms had lots of towels and the heated floors were lovely. We could have used more toilet paper for our stay. Additionally, a table in the large open space would be very helpfil. Overall, the place fit our needs well. Outdoor spaces are very nice

Lovely little spot on the river

My family was in town for a funeral, so made our arrangements very last minute. This home was such a nice oasis. Very clean and updated. It would be nice to have some complimentary toiletries such as shampoo/ conditioner and soap. My sons neglected to bring theirs so we had to run to the store. A Keurig coffee maker would be great as well. A lovely stay.

Definitely will be back!

The home is actually much bigger in person then it is in the pictures the living room/kitchen/dining room were huge the pictures do not do it justice.. the drive to the city is like 17 mins from the house but it was not a big deal for us at all… we took our kids to the beech everyday and spent the majority of the day in the city and at night we would come home cook and enjoy the perfect back yard! Thank you for having us and for being so accommodating to my family and young children

Riverfront Rental

The home was very nice, clean and recently renovated, and had most everything we needed (supplies, utensils, etc.). The only thing that was missing from the kitchen was an oven mitt! There was no dining table inside or out, which was disappointing since we like to play cards and games. I think the living room could be rearranged to accommodate a table since there’s plenty of room. It was a very comfortable and relaxing space. The hot tub was a nice extra that we enjoyed. We were traveling with my 95 year old mom so having everything on one level was ideal. To the host: Thank you for sharing your home with us!
