Costa Rica The Palms

Wonderful resort. The staff was outstanding. The resort is beautiful and directly on the beach. It never felt crowded. The day trips arranged through the resort were wonderful and Carlos and Manuel were the best. I definitely want to come back again.

Perfection in Playa flamingo

I highly recommend staying in this condo. Playa flamingo is a great town and not as busy as places like Tamarindo. This condo is fantastic and was perfect for our family with two teenagers. The condo is beautiful with a stunning view and has all of the amenities that you could possibly need. As a mom, I appreciated the full-size washer and dryer, which is sometimes difficult to find outside of the US in rentals. This unit is also spotless with many nice touches to make guests feel welcome. We enjoyed watching the sunset from the deck as well as the beach in front of the condo, which is basically steps away. With the many amenities (gym, two pools, kayaks, paddle boards, etc), delivery food via concierge and the pool bar, it feels like staying in a hotel, but you have so much more space in the condo to stay comfortably with a family. Also, the Palms complex is not very big —maybe 30 to 40 units so it’s not crowded and the beach in front of the condo was basically empty except for a few people.The Concierge at the Palms will handle all dinner and activity reservations and are very responsive. Again, highly recommend staying in this beautiful condo.

Outstanding Location

You just can’t beat staying right on beautiful Playa Flamingo. The villa is very nice, with lots of space and very comfortable beds.The property is gorgeous and extremely well maintained with an amazing staff that is always looking to help.I’m curious what the future will bring to the plays Flamingo area as the marina becomes more active, but as lo by as we come to the area we will look to stay at the Palms.

Paradise

This was our second time to stay at the Palms and it exceeded our expecations. This unit was extremely well appointed and the owner was extremely helpful and available if needed. The concierge service provided made reservations, excursions, car rental, and ordering food for delivery extremely easy. The grounds, service people, and all affiliated with The Palms were friendly. I think my wife put it well when she said The Palms is subtle luxury.We had an amazing vacation and I give this my highest recommendation.

The Palms-Awesome!

We had an incredible stay at The Palms!! Despite all the rain ( very unusual for December) we were able to do all of the activities we booked! The concierge’s were amazing and helped us book many last minute activities. If you like massages, they were the best! This is one of the best beaches we have ever been at and we would definitely recommend. Our family of 4 had a great stay.

Great Stay at the Palms

This was our second time as a family at this complex in Playa Flamingo—The Palms. We really enjoy this area. The property has its own beach area that's not very busy, but you also have access to a pool and bar area. There is a cleaning service that comes several times during your stay. As advertised, our villa looked like the others and was very clean, and had all of the conveniences we could ask for. Very good communication with the host.

We had the best time. We really enjoyed our stay. We love the Palms and this unit in particular was very nice. The staff and the home owners were very friendly and easy to work with. I can't wait to come back!

Wonderful Stay!

From the time I booked Villa 14 to the time we left the property, everything was handled quickly and without issue. The villa is wonderful and is exactly as pictured. The owner, Heather, is very responsive and the staff at the property could not have been nicer. I would definitely stay at this property and villa if I go back.

Perfect Family Vacation

From the minute we booked, the owner reached out and we were welcomed and taken care of. The unit was immaculate and perfectly stocked, and the property was gorgeous. We felt incredibly safe and all of the staff were overly helpful. The location was perfect to take our golf cart to the Marina, around town, and access to many restaurants. We cannot wait to go back again!

This place was 5 star from start to finish. The host, rental property company and concierge are all the most helpful and accommodating team enabling you to enjoy your stay. We had the most relaxing time. The townhome is superb, the location is on a beautiful soft sand beach with gentle waves. Big enough waves for boogie boards but not quite surfing (during our stay mid-Feb). The property provides towels, water equipment and massages on site in addition to the 2 pools and the poolside bar. The staff is the most friendly and welcoming. Everyone went out of their way to get us what we needed and responded in a speedy manner. This was luxury and relaxation at its finest. You can watch sunset from the pool every night. The restaurants around town are good but a little pricey for the value. Having a golf cart was enjoyable for us to explore off property. We brought an 8mo old and she had a blast in the pool and the ocean, all a short walk from the place. Golf cart had seat belts for us to bring our car seat. Home was clean and comfortable. Highly recommend Heathers place! Thank you Heather we will be back

Awesome stay at Palms Villa 14

The Palms is a lovely community on beautiful Playa Flamingo, Costa Rica, and this Villa, which is adjacent to the adult pool and faces NW (VRBO won’t allow me to state the Villa number) is perfectly situated to make the most of this stunning property. King beds in both the primary and second bedroom were comfortable, and furnishings were in good repair and up-to-date. My communications with the property owner were handled promptly and satisfactorily. Highly recommend this Villa!

The Palms is Paradise!

We just returned from a week long stay at The Palms (villa 14). The villa is nicely appointed, and the views are amazing. Concierge was helpful with reservations, taxis, etc. It's the perfect place for 2 couples or a family of 4-5. There's a beach restaurant (Coco Loco) that will deliver and if you rent a golf cart, there are convenience stores that have most anything you will need. The Palms has 24-hr security with a gated entrance that is manned at all times. Playa Flamingo is a beautiful beach, and we took advantage of the beachside massages offered ($60 for 1 hour). If you're looking for a beautiful, quiet get-away, you can't go wrong here!

Playa Flamingo

My wife and I and our 2 young boys had a fabulous time at Playa Flamingo. The condo was nicer than we had expected. It is large and well furnished. Bathrooms are luxury. Beds super comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised that there was housekeeping on demand and the staff at the Palms is outstanding. There is fresh towels everyday. They go out of their way to make you comfortable on the property. My rental car had a small leak in one of the tires which they noticed. They filled it up with their air hose twice on our trip. So nice of them. The pools are great. The beach is great. The waves are great. Highly recommend the Palms especially unit 14! AK

5 star Beachfront Property!

We stayed at a few places while in Costa Rica and this one was at the top of the list. Communication with Heather was fantastic throughout. Check in was seamless. The villa itself is well appointed with all the little things you could ask for. Nice touches like local coffee and milk for cafe con leche in the morning :) Costa Rica has limited beachfront properties and having one of the most beautiful beaches at your doorstep is a HUGE plus. Concierge was 5 star service from an amazing poolside bar (yum), boogie boards and kayaks to use and 24/7 access for booking tours and transportation and answering even the smallest questions. Don’t hesitate… if this place is on your list just book it.
