Enjoy a peaceful "Pura Vida" experience at this centrally-located place in Playa Flamingo with a spectacular view overlooking the new Flamingo Marina and Potrero Bay. Watch the sail boats and fishing charters pass by every morning at sunrise and return every evening at sunset.

Casa Besito contains all the conveniences you expect and then some. This spacious 2 bedroom 2 bath condo was recently remodeled to provide ultra-modern conveniences throughout. The kitchen, equipped with gas cooking opens to a very comfortable living room with awesome views of Potrero Bay and the mountains beyond.

Plenty of space for family & friends to relax after a day of exploring, fishing, zip-lining or taking in the warm sunshine on the amazing beaches. A very short walk to several excellent restaurants (Hazel's, Angelina's, Surf Box, Marie's, Coco Loco, and many more), shops, a grocery store, and the Margaritaville Hotel. Walk to the magnificent Playa Flamingo for beach relaxation or Flamingo Marina for access to sportfishing, diving, and snorkeling tours. Or stop over at Playa Flamingo to see Donald with Los Piratas De Flamingo Tours for many tour options.

Head on over to the Costa Rica Sailing Center to rent sailboats, kayaks, and SUP's or just relax and enjoy some great food and entertainment at Heminway's. Be sure to stay for the sunset bonfire. You will not be disappointed.

Amazing stay!

We absolutely loved it here! The view is amazing and we took advantage of the pool and beach. Everything is clean and well kept. Traveling with two teen girls, they also loved it. Ray was great at answering questions though we did not have any issues. We stayed for a week combining relaxation and adventure. We highly recommend this condo!

Beyond wonderful

Not only was Ray amazing with answering questions (for months) leading up to our trip, but he was available to help us and guide us even after his arrival. The view of this condo is beyond gorgeous (the pictures don’t do it justice). We were 5 minutes from the Flamingo Marina, 3 minutes from a market, and close to multiple beaches to enjoy. There was always staff around and you feel safe 24/7. We will absolutely be staying here on our trips going forward.

What a View!

We loved Ray's Casa. The view was amazing, the kitchen was well-appointed, and we enjoyed the close proximity to Playa Flamingo. The little beach just down the steps was a great place to snorkel, too.

We would definitely stay here again

Much better in person than in pictures. The view from the property is breathtaking. Clean, updated property in a convenient location. Within waking distance from the Flamingo marina and minutes from the beautiful flamingo beach. Near Las Catalinas and Tamarindo.

Great location, beautiful views

Perfect location. Close to flamingo marina and playa flamingo. Don’t need a car. View was spectacular from deck. Almost private beach down some stairs. Really clean. Owner was very accommodating and responsive.

Could not have been a better stay!

Just an incredible experience. The view! The location! A great host! We had a fabulous time Ray! This is BY FAR the best area to stay in Cost Rica. The pool was kept clean daily. The beds were comfortable. Everything was A Book it now. You won't regret it.

Amazing view and beautiful unit

The unit, location and view are perfect. We did not want to leave after four nights there. The owner was very helpful and super responsive. My condo has everything one could need on vacation. The view and the sound of the ocean were beyond relaxing. The nearby food options were plentiful and delicious. Mostly we had a lot of fun enjoying the nearby beaches. I hope we can make it back there again.

Ray is the owner and he was fabulously communicative. We had a minor water issue and he handled it beaitifully. The location of condo is perfect. The pool is cleaned every morning. I will be back!

Paradise found

What a fantastic find! We loved this area and wished we were staying longer. Coffee on the balcony each morning, margaritas in the evening. Pool area was well kept. Condo was immaculate and well-stocked. Stairs to a small beach area. Only suggestion would be to provide a map to Playa Flamingo with the listing. Google Maps took us from one washed out road to another, though probably better during the dry season. Longer way around was easily navigable.

Great place to chill and relax

The condo was in a perfect location with a beautiful view of Potrero Bay, easy access to the beach, loads of restaurants to choose from (The 5 Somewhere Bar at the Margaritaville Resort was our favorite - the local wildlife loves it too!). We grabbed breakfast and lunch stuff from a small grocery store nearby as the condo has a fully functional kitchen to take advantage of. The beds were very comfortable, the A/C works well and boy the view from the balcony enjoying a coffee (or wine in the evening) was exceptional. Ray was great to deal with and very quick to get back to us if we had any issues.

Great week. Amazing view.

From check in to check out our stay was seamless. The view out the back windows grab you the moment you walk in. The view is spectacular. The balcony is a great place to watch the sunrise with your morning coffee, overlooking the bay and across to the mountains/hills. The condo was exactly as described and was spotless upon our arrival. Ray was super attentive, checking in on us a few times throughout our stay. We had a minor issue with the TV and Ray responded within minutes of us reaching out. Condo is very well equipped, from the kitchen to the laundry and even chairs and toys for the beach. I would recommend a golf cart or a car as the condo is up a hill. I 100% would recommend Ray and his condo for a great stay. If we find ourselves in the Flamingo area again we will definitely be contacting Ray.

Amazing Views and Beautiful Condo

This was a beautifully updated condo with amazing views of Potrero Bay and the marina. It was fun to watch the boats come and go throughout the day. There are many good beaches in the area. The small one down the hill from the condo is good and not too many people there. Flamingo Beach is walking distance if you're able-bodied (about a 10-minute walk) and is a large and popular beach. The condo is on the 3rd floor (no elevator) in a gated community with security on site. It has everything we needed for a wonderful stay including a closet with beach chairs, beach towels, a cooler, and some toys. Ray was a wonderful host and was very responsive to all of my inquiries. He even sent us some wonderful information on the area with general information, recommended restaurants and activities which we very much appreciated since this was our first trip to Costa Rica. We never used the pool but it is beautiful. I would highly recommend staying at Ray's place if you get a chance to visit this beautiful country!

Updated condo with gorgeous views of Potrero bay

My wife and I recently stayed in this condo for 5 nights. It is very nicely updated with great wooden-look tile floors, nice countertops and cabinets, modern appliances, and awesome walk-in showers in both baths (In fact, I'm hoping to get my wife to let me redo our master bath in the style of the 2nd bath in this condo!). The kitchen was well equipped, and the only ding was that the frying pans were pretty worn - but that's probably because many guests don't know how to cook on a gas cooktop. The living room furniture (including a recliner!) was comfortable, and the room had a nice-sized TV. The patio was nicely done with two ceiling fans, good lighting, a table for 4 for dining, and two comfortable chairs and footstools to watch sunrises or rain rolling across the bay - very worthy pursuits that resulted in some fantastic memories and photographs. And the complex (about 27 total condos as best I could tell) has a nice, clean pool and several loungers available. Check-in was painless and the owner, Ray, was very easy to communicate with before and during our stay. Really a nice place, only about 7-10 minutes to everything in Potrero.
