TIMELY CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
Check-in is at 5:00 p.m. and check-out is by 10:00 a.m. sharp. These times help our team ensure everything is clean and ready for each guest’s stay. Early check-ins or late check-outs are not available. Thank you for your understanding.

MAXIMUM GUEST COUNT
The home sleeps 20 comfortably, with a maximum of 30 people allowed on the property at any time. This includes all adults and children (excluding infants under 1), whether staying overnight or visiting for a short time. Please provide an accurate guest count when booking.

GUEST COUNT POLICY
Guest count must reflect the total number of people who will be on the property at any time. This helps us prepare the space properly and stay compliant with local rules.

WISCONSIN GUEST REGISTRATION REQUIREMENT
In compliance with state licensing regulations (ATCP 72.16), all adult guests age 18 or older are required to complete a guest registration form prior to check-in. A secure registration link will be provided.

CELEBRATIONS WELCOME, PARTIES NOT PERMITTED
We welcome birthdays, reunions, and other special gatherings. However, respectful behavior is expected at all times. It’s not about the size of the group—it’s about conduct.

QUIET HOURS
Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. and are strictly enforced to ensure restful nights for guests and neighbors.

NO INDOOR SMOKING
Smoking tobacco or marijuana indoors, including the pool room, is strictly prohibited. Smart smoke detectors will notify us of violations and trigger a $1,000 fee. Smoking is allowed outdoors only.

PETS ALLOWED
Up to 2 well-behaved dogs are welcome with a pet fee. Pets must be included in your reservation. Owners are fully responsible for any damage or cleaning caused by pets.

HOME MONITORING
To ensure safety and rule compliance, this property is equipped with:

FIREWORKS NOT ALLOWED
