Welcome to our charming & cozy lakehouse escape with a beautiful lake view from three different decks to enjoy. This 6-bed, 4-bath home sleeps up to 10 people. Whether you're seeking a peaceful getaway, a family adventure, or a space to gather and reconnect with family or friends our space promises a memorable stay surrounded by beautiful views and endless activities.

Perched on the shores of Lake Mary, our lakehouse boasts panoramic views that change with the seasons, from vibrant summer sunsets to the peaceful blanket of snow in winter. The property features a private pier, a private boathouse, fire-pit, three different levels of decks, a hot-tub and activities like fishing, canoeing, paddle boarding, and assistance with private boat rental.

Our lakehouse comfortably accommodates groups of all sizes, with 5 bedrooms and 12 beds inside, plus a boathouse with a pull out bed and bathroom and direct view of the lake for a maximum of 15 guests.

For those who love adventure, the surrounding area offers a plethora of options. Explore Lake Geneva, nearby hiking trails, or water activities on the lake. During the colder months, enjoy skiing or snowboarding at Wilmot Mountain, ice fishing, snowshoeing, or ice skating on the frozen lake. No matter the time of year, our lakehouse provides a sanctuary for relaxation and fun.

Our lakehouse suits groups with 5 bedrooms, 12 beds, plus a boathouse suite with private bed/bath and lake view. Total capacity: 15. Nearby, explore Lake Geneva, trails, or water activities. In winter, ski at Wilmot Mountain, ice fish, or skate. Any season, find sanctuary and joy at our lakehouse.

The home and property was immaculate and the beds were super comfy. The view is spectacular from each of the 3 outdoor gathering areas! Mario responded instantly and communication couldn’t have been better. Highly recommend this beautiful home.

Perfect Getaway

Overall the house was amazing, right on the water! Was a relaxing getaway weekend by the lake with family and friends. Only ran into a few issues while we were there:- When we arrived all the doors were unlocked and we were at the house the entire time until Saturday night when we were out in Lake Geneva. Unfortunately it was the middle of the night when we realized the passcode for the door didn’t work and were locked out for a bit.- The pier does not have a ladder and there is lots of tall seaweed so you’ll have to swim out quite a bit to clear it.Other than that, Mario was very responsive and the house was great!

Great and cozy stay!

The property (specifically the waterfront and outdoor space) is amazing! With three separate deck areas, we were able to enjoy a ton of time outside! The indoor area was clean - and hosts left a kind note upon check in. Mario was very responsive before and during our stay. Would 100% stay again!

Girls Trip

We had 6 ladies there for a girls weekend. It was off season so we did not get to use the outdoor amenities very much, but they would be great in the summer. Enjoyed our weekend there in April too.

Relaxing visit to the lake

Mario and Katie have a beautiful home with all the bells and whistles. We enjoyed the home, the hot tub, multiple patios, the lake and the low key vibe. The introduction to Luke at Luke's Float and Boat for our pontoon was a great add! Enjoy your time at the lake!

Perfect lakefront getaway

Pictures do not do this property justice. Beautiful lakefront property that outdid expectations. Every thing is top notch. Would highly recommend for a little relaxing vacation. Best views of the lake are on this trip level deck.

My family came in from London and California. Just an hour and a half from Chicago the Cozy Lake house was the most perfect place for us to have 3 fun filled days in the water and around the fire pit. We loved being able to barbaque and cook. Plenty of space, great communication with owner. We loved all the levels and decks because everyone had a place to sit in solitude. The hot tub was great too! We definitely would love to go back.

Family time on the lake!

We had such an incredible stay at Lakeshore Hill. There was plenty of room to spread out and we took advantage of all of the outdoor seating and toys for the lake! Mario and Katie were superb hosts. I can't recommend them and the house enough.

We can't wait to come back!

Already planning on coming here after our wedding for a little mini moon with friends and family. We loved it! Just be prepared for a workout with the steep driveway :) Would give it 6/5 stars if I could.

Highly recommended beautiful lake house

We spent three wonderful days at that place, savoring every moment of the stunning lake views. The hot tub was a delightful bonus, and most of our group relished the outdoor spa even in the freezing cold night. The house is clean, the kitchen is well-equipped, and the patios are incredibly spacious. We plan to return in the summer to relish outdoor activities, if possible. Mario is helpful and easy to communicate with. We're grateful for him providing such a fantastic house. 5-star!

Simply Amazing!!

Amazing place and great hospitality! The house is gorgeous with great view and amenities such as jacuzzies inside and outside; kayaks; paddleboards and fishing equipment. Very clean and organized house. Plenty rooms for big groups of people to sleep in and still have their own space and privacy. The owners are very nice, reasonable and flexible people. If you want to get away and have fun, this is definitely the place you will enjoy yourself. Definitely recommend! Will be back soon!
