Newly remodeled 3 bed,1.5 bath home. Stunning ocean views from inside & out. Quiet corner lot with a path to a tranquil beach. Just down the beach from the Arecibo light house & the famous gem La Poza Del Obispo. New appliances, fully stocked kitchen, perfect for long stays. The beds are all very comfortable memory foam. Arecibo is centrally located to see it all. Near the Historic old center of Arecibo, the gastronomic center, La Cueva del Indio, La Planta, Cueva Ventana & many beautiful beaches. This is the upstairs unit, with a very large balcony and a hottub for night star gazing while listening to the waves. the downstairs is unoccupied.

Wes went above and beyond to make sure we had a pleasant vacation. The house was exceptionally clean and was perfect for us. The proximity to the la poza del obispo was great for our 7 year old. It's an easy walk down the beach or along the trail. Wes gave us plenty of recommendations for area restaurants and places to visit. He was willing to help in any way needed. We are grateful to him for making sure our trip was enjoyable. I highly recommend staying here. We hope to stay here again next year and visit more of the area.

Aricebo Puerto Rico Beach house

First off the beach house was stunning with a hot tub facing the ocean. But the icing on the cake was our host Wesley. He went above and beyond with all the details about the area from where to dine and where to have some fun. My kids had the time of their lives. Heck we all did. We will definitely be back again.

First time in Puerto Rico

We stayed here during our first visit to Puerto Rico and were really pleased. The property manager remained available prior to and during our stay, and was really helpful. The property itself was extremely homey, cozy and had a great beach vibe. Our favorite part was the proximity to the beach, and the beach was gorgeous. We loved how private the beach was, despite it being public. Thank you so much for your hospitality. If we ever stay in Aricebo again, we will look forward to staying here.

Amazing place to stay!

The house was perfect for our family. It was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed! It had beach towels, beach toys, snorkels, paddle boards…Wes thought of everything and was so easy to reach and very responsive. Would highly recommend and would for sure stay here again.

Wonderful accommodations

Property was clean and safe with double entry locked gates. All essentials were provided for including cold A/C in every room and hot water for the shower. Location was superb with great access to all of Puerto Rico and many adventurous attractions within only a few miles.

Everything was as stated. The home felt safe and we even had 2 cat visitors everyday….nice local cats. Everything worked inside the home.

It doesn't get better than this.

This house is the perfect place to relax and enjoy a beautiful part of Puerto Rico. The beach is steps away from your doorstep, quiet and peaceful with a cove just down a little way where you can swim safely if the waves get too rough. The house has everything that you will need. Well stocked kitchen with brand new appliances, dining areas both inside and outside, places to lounge in the sun or shade, a hot tub for soaking in to gaze at the nighttime stars. The beds are comfortable, and cozy. He even has games and beach items, every last detail is considered. Wes had great suggestions for things to do, and responded quickly every time I reached out with a question. This was a fantastic vacation, and one of the best beach places I have rented. Thank you Wes!

Christmas Family vacation in Arecibo.

This home is clean, comfortable and has everything you need to have a home away from home. The beach in front of the property is gorgeous and we were in a good central location to visit epic places like Crashboat beach and Old San Juan. We found very nice restaurants close by to have dinner on the water. We also found vendors along the highway for delicious emenadas and pork shoulder. A close drive to downtown Arecibo provides access to restaurants, shopping, supermarkets and a farmer’s market. There is also a local grocery and bakery within walking distance. We were very comfortable each evening as well and could enjoy the hot tub or just sitting on the deck looking at the stars. We are planning to return here as there is much more to see and explore. This was a great trip.

Absolutely AMAZING

Wes was extremely helpful every step of this process. He went above and beyond. Home was clean, child and baby friendly. Even extra step of buying grandson highchair and pack n play. The description is very accurate, able to walk to beach, even sea turtle nest roped off within homes beach area. This was an absolutely amazing experience for 3 generations in our family. Thank you Wes, you made this trip absolutely stress free

Great Place and Host

Wesley was extremely helpful and responsive the entire trip. His place was very spacious and comfortable for our family. Lots of nice touches such as cotton sheets, bathroom/shower toiletries and an air fryer in the kitchen and much more! Will definitely stay at his place again.

Wonderful House and Owner

We had the best time in Puerto Rico! The house worked great for our family of 4, but it could definitely house more. The beach was awesome! I can't say enough about Wesley, he is great with communication and super helpful. Thanks again!! We hope to be back soon.

Great house by the beach

The house was very well layed out, very well equipped and about a 100m walk to the beach. The kitchen had multiple appliances, though we really needed a manual to the microwave as it not like anyone that we have seen in the continental US, a brand new washer and dryer, multiple towels for both the beach and bath, snorkel equipment, beach umbrella and beach chairs to name a few. We enjoyed using the grill with some of the fresh local fish. Wesley was very responsive to all questions that we had before and during our trip.
