With a picturesque view of the 18th hole of the Raven golf course and sitting on a small lake just outside our backdoor perfect for fishing.  Our home is in a quiet cul-de-sac and is just a short golf cart ride to the Beach along with the shops, dinning, and entertainment at the Village of Baytowne Wharf and Grand Boulevard. 

You can get a first hand tour of this Beautiful resort with over 2,000 acres that our family fell in love with by enjoying a ride with your family on one of our 5 beach cruiser bikes along the sidewalks that are throughout the resort, and leading to the Beach. If you are in the mood there is an on-site miniature golf course and two other community pools along with our subdivision pool and hottub! When you decide to head to the beach we provide you with 6 Beach chairs, a cooler, and an assortment of beach toys you can pack onto the golf carts and enjoy your day at the ocean. Sandestin has a private tunnel for golf carts, bikes, and pedestrians that goes under Hwy 98 (4 lane hwy on way to beach) so you never have to worry about crossing any major roads on your way to the beach.

Our Beautifully decorated Beach themed cottage is waiting for you and your family to arrive and enjoy your time together. A fully stocked kitchen provides everything you'll need to eat at home and the outside grill allows for some Great bar-b-que! The family room offers a new sleeper sofa and 2 chairs broke in just right to relax and enjoy the tube or family time. The 1st floor master bedroom and bath offers a king-sized bed and TV and the bathroom offers a shower and oversized tub. The master also offers the picturesque view of the lake and 18th of the Raven and has a door leading to the back porch to enjoy this view first hand. The 2nd bedroom on the 1st floor offers a 2nd king-sized bed and TV and utilizes the 1st floor hallway bathroom and shower. The 2nd floor loft and bathroom offers 2 full beds, twin bunkbeds with a trundle along with a TV and a bathtub/shower combo.

**Parking allows for 2 cars on the driveway. There are 2 small overflow parking lots a short walk by the pool/clubhouse in our subdivision as well on a first come first serve basis.
