Bookings go from Saturday to Saturday. Open floor plan. A 3 sided fireplace breaks up the living room, kitchen and dining area with large windows looking out at the lake. There are
2 living areas, both areas have 2 couches and large flat screen TV’s. 5 bedrooms 3 bathrooms sleeps 10 people with space to add an air mattress or 2 if needed. Private dock and newly remodeled upper sundeck includes a slip for your own boat (or a boat is available for an additional fee ). Swim right off the deep water dock with stairs and swim ladder for easy in and out of beautiful clean clear water. Outlet to charge your EV. Ample parking and room to park boat trailer. Other perks provided are kayaks and stand up paddle board (limited size options for life vests provided). Upper sundeck is a great spot for enjoying the day on the lake and an excellent place to chill out and stargaze at the end of a perfect day. Kids will also love the large water trampoline and Adirondack style play House in the backyard. Enjoy our 3 season porch or outdoor deck attached to house and Outdoor cooking area., a wii gaming system and board games also available for guests. Here you will be close to the action of downtown lake George, the LG outlets for shopping or just far enough away to enjoy sunbathing, swimming and other water activities in a quiet bay. Neighborhood is picturesque LG for morning walks or anytime of day for that matter. We do have a google home doorbell camera and google nest thermostat. A 20ft open bow boat available for an additional fee to guests with a valid NY boaters license. Boat will come with water toys such as a tube and tow rope and water skis. As well as floatation safety devices for max number of passengers.

Great location and home. We would normally stay at The Sagamore but decided this time to rent a home on Vrbo. Great decision! Dawn was a great host, she provided anything we needed and left us alone to enjoy our vacation. Home is in a great location, the Cleverdale store is minutes away for anything you need for your stay. Can’t wait till next summer.

Wonderful Multi-Generation Family Vacation

The house was absolutely lovely with all of the comforts of home-and then some! The view of the lake is breathtaking. Our youngest was 3, our oldest guest was 83 and there was something special for eceryone to enjoy. Dawn was an excellent host, she is so accommodating and easily reachable by phone for any concerns.

Great location and house for our whole family!

We loved staying at Dawn and Jody's lakeside house. The neighborhood is really beautiful and the lakefront access cannot be beat. We took advantage of the dock, deck and water toys. We also loved using the blackstone grill, there was never a need to cook inside. Our two families, with kids ages 10-16 were very happy all week! Dawn and Jody had excellent communication and were very accomdating.

Great week on the lake

We loved our week at this house. The owners, Dawn and Jody, are great. They met us as we checked-in and were very responsive to anything we needed during the week. The house is super comfortable. Lots of room. Great backyard with a firepit (perfect for cookouts and s'mores) and the lake front dock and deck are amazing. We will be back.

First family vacation

We arrived at check in time Dawn one of the owners was there waiting with a spotless house. She showed us everything had the porch all decorated for the 4th of July for us. We rented there boat which was a blast, we could ask for better host! Jodie is her husband he was beyond nice, they were there in minutes if we needed anything at all! We will be going back and by the way lake George is gorgeous ♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️

Assembly Point Lake George

We had a great week. The house was perfect for our group and the location was great. We launched our boat at Million Dollar Beach, which is a short boat ride to the property. The boat dock and sun deck were across the street from the house. There was light traffic, but it was never a problem. Nice to walk around Assembly Point. Our hosts, Dawn and Jody, were very nice and accessible if you needed them. Very responsive.

Great memories

e had an amazing stay at this beautiful home! From the moment we arrived, we were warmly greeted by the hosts, who took the time to show us all the amenities and features of the house. The view of the lake was absolutely stunning, and we loved spending our mornings and evenings taking it all in. The house itself was immaculate—very clean and well-maintained, which made our stay incredibly comfortable. It’s evident that the hosts take great pride in their property. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend this home for anyone looking to enjoy a perfect getaway by the lake!

perfect location

Lovely home, perfect for my family of 10. Short drive to town and many restaurants. However, they had an excellent Blackstone grill that enticed us to cook at home often. The dock offered us the opportunity to bring our boat. The fishing, water skiing, and knee-boarding gave us hours of entertainment. We would have booked our 2024 vacation there right now but we will be out of the country next summer so as soon as the 2025 weeks open up we will reserve again with Dawn and Jody.

Perfect vacation!

Dawn and Jody were great hosts and just a call away. The house was clean and as advertised. The dock was amazing; the kids had so much fun fishing with poles provided by our hosts. They caught fish after fish! Jody was very helpful with water toys and inflatables for the kids. The kayaks, SUP, and trampoline were all so much fun! The house is situated just 10-15min away from the downtown area and in such a nice community. The kitchen was well stocked and plenty of seating for our extended family group. We would definitely book this property again without hesitation!

LG stay

Overpriced. Washer dryer was broken microwave was broken with backup microwave being outdated and inefficient. Several light bulbs missing. Spices consisted of salt and pepper although mentioned in amenities. Kitchen with items in disarray. Wonderful location nice host but I would not return to this property.

Beautiful location only

There were too many items all over the house that were personal belongings of owner. They also were on property alot. Windows did not open to allow air in house. Dogs allowed then told they had to stay off yellow couch. No real cable TV but recorded service. Asked to water flowers by owner. Many other items with issues.

Stanley I’m sorry you found the home not to your liking. . There is real cable TV in the smart TV I mentioned to just go to the spectrum app. I know the windows are an issue but rest assured they are on order but Covid has made getting any materials difficult and a long wait. Only the upstairs windows do not recluse properly. The windows on the main floor can be opened and closed with no issues. I’m also sorry you found it unreasonable to ask that the dogs remain off the light yellow furniture we don’t allow are own dogs in that one room. They are welcome in all others rooms and areas of the house I also don’t charge extra for dogs and most SRT’s don’t allow dogs . I wish you had mentioned all these things during your stay and I would most definitely have accommodated you. I will do my best to correct all your dislikes. as for being on the property We own and maintain our property ourselves so occasionally we have to be there but we do our best not to disturb our guests.

Harris bay is a large bay but it is a quiet bay out of the way of the busy boat traffic of the main part of the lake. It is close to LG village by either boat or car. There is a large back yard, a deck on the house and a large dock with upper sun deck
