Not as expected at all

The owner does not send check in and out info. I had to text him and he replied “just text me 30 minutes before your here”. Any other vrbo I’ve ever had sends out the info through email the day before. The neighborhood is trashy, even the outside of the house. I’d assume that’s why there wasn’t any pics on the website. There was old trash from previous guest, dirty drawers, sheets didn’t seem clean at all, no wash rags, and one roll of toilet paper for 11 girls. Not as clean as the pictures show. We wasn’t even there 24 hours and we washed towels and it made the toilet overflow all in the kitchen and dining room. Oh and we couldn’t take showers either because that makes the toilets overflow. The owner did send a plumber about 4 hours after but we had to deal with that all day with getting it fixed and getting the house cleaned. The pool was not like the picture, it wasn’t clean at all. We paid 3400 from Friday-Monday and I would of rather saved my money and booked a hotel for cheaper. I do not recommend!

Great place but too pricy for the stay

The inside of the house was very nice, but the pool area and the surroundings were still dirty when we arrived. We even found a dead bird next to the pool upon arrival. What really upset me was that the host said he had been cleaning the house all day, prior to us arriving at the property. However when we arrived, the pool was full of palm tree debris, leaves, and other elements. There was still trash laying around on the side of the house as well. So bottom line, I’m not sure if the house was actually fully clean or just the inside of the house. If I’m going to be paying $1000 a night, I expect the pool to at least be cleaned. I contacted the host about the dead bird, the trash, and the pool being dirty and he said he would sent someone to clean but never did. We had to buy tools to clean the pool because the host never sent anyone. There was also a broken chair on the computer desk that was not mentioned on the description which caused me to fall. Everything else was alright and ready to go but it’s my last time staying their.

Fun stay!

Check in process was so quick and easy! Great pool and lots of room in this house! Not a bad ride to the strip, 10-12 minutes max! Lots of sleeping and good sized rooms, would definitely book again! Thanks Meir!

Not to my standard!

Knowing that this property only had ONE previous review prior to our visit, we knew we were was risking it. The square footage of the property is large. The property had a ping-pong table, and a pool table, which were good. Upon our arrival, temperature was 115 degrees, we were ready and excited to jump into the outdoor pool. NOT!!! The pool seemed to have neglected for several days. Spent over an hour trying to clean the pool out. The property has neighboring trees that have needles and debris flying all over the place, which end up in the backyard and pool. Message the property owner, one evening of unable to use the pool. Day two, Property owner indicated pool guy was coming over. The evening was about to come around again, 5:00pm messaged property owner on the status of the pool guy. He had to call a second pool guy to come out, which he did. Finally we were able to use the pool after the pool guy was done, 7:30pm. Not shaming the property owner, but the pictures do wonders. This property needs work. Upon arrival, drove up to a very old and dated two car garage. The main entry had this retaining log in the middle of the walkway that must have just falling/broken off from being a retaining log. The properties A/C worked well the property was clean, thankfully since it was so hot! The property was spacious, lots of doors, but the layout was a little odd on the second floor. Property seemed to have been split into a duplex type. Found a second kitchenette area on the second floor. There was a stairwell that lead from the side exterior of the property. The check in process was not the easiest. Property owner seemed to want to have control. “Text me 30 minutes before you arrive.” Check un was 4:00pm, we didn’t arrive until 7:00pm. You would think he would automate things and automatically send you the code to access the lock to gain access, at 3:30pm. Property was not to my standard. Needs a lot of work, especially when renting it for nearly $400/night. $200/night might be considerable. Good luck!
