Sadly this place was pretty terrible. The worst thing was this place had roaches on the bottom floor. The very first day we walked downstairs where my daughter would be sleeping where there were two twin beds. The mattresses were sitting on the floor. No bed frame. I went to use the bathroom and there was a live roach near the toilet. We saw a couple more downstairs while there. My daughter had to eventually come upstairs and sleep in my bed the remainder of our stay. Lots is maintenance issues. One of the bedroom lights didn’t work. Mayra’s son initially came the first day and was unable to fix it. We found a desk lamp in the primary bedroom and used that for light. The next morning, the husband came by and he also couldn’t repair the light. Two of the upstairs televisions didn’t work. The husband was able to get them fixed. The proper remotes weren’t in the rooms and one wasn’t even connected. Things like the door handles weren’t secure. Found long hairs on the bed sheets and towels. The sofa bed sheets were disgusting and not clean. The floors were filthy. Our white socks were black after walking on the floors for 30 minutes. Dog poop and cigarette butts were left behind from the previous stay. The beds that did have a frame had stains on the bed posts and frames. There were rips and tears in the downstairs bedding comforter. I will say, they were quick to respond and tried. But this place is clearly not being cleaned by a professional service.

No normal needs. We had to go buy paper towels, towels face and hand. Only one bath towel person, no floor towels not kitchen towels no sponge for kitchen and it realy needs a deep cleaning. About 50,000. In repairs and lots of maintenance. It's like they are ready to sell for junk. Trash couches and stuff out side of the pool.Everything is just ok. If you want a party house this is it. This house has not had any maintenance in the past. I realy don't think they care. On another note they were kind enough to let us drop off our suitcases in the garage.

Great Home

We attended the Kelly Clarkson concert and stayed at this nice home. The location was convenient to the venue. We enjoyed the pool very much!

Huge house, great for gathering

The house was clean and had plenty of space for gatherings and sleeping. Just some small maintenance issues and lack of little things like kitchen towels for drying dishes keep it from being 5 stars.

Weekend reunion

We were going to Dead & Company at the sphere & lucked out finding this house to stay for the weekend. The heated pool was the highlight of the property for us. The house was clean & had plenty of space for us. The yard backs to a busy street but it wasn’t an issue.

Accommodating

Our host was very willing to adjust our check-in and check-out times to line up with our flights. We were traveling with 3 small children, so this was wonderful. We had 6 adults and 3 kids 4 and under and the house was perfect.

Weekend getaway.

3 families cane to Vegas for an extended weekend with kids. Perfect house to accomodate 3 to 4 families or 10 - 14 people if kids are young. Mayra was an amazing host, with an amazingly beautiful and clean home and a heated pool that made our weekend extra special. We will absolutely be back here again. Thank you so much Mayra. Highly recommend.

Good location

This property is a good size house for a large family and at a good location, not too far from the strip. However, the home was not very clean. One of the beds had hair and dirt as if the sheets were not changed and there was no toilet paper in the home. I had to go buy toilet paper. Home is 3 minutes from a shopping center with a grocery store and plenty of restaurants.

Clean home, comfortable beds

Home is very clean. Beds were comfortable. We didn't spend much time at the home, really just a place to sleep between days at a Convention in downtown Las Vegas. It was easy to get to from downtown. If you are a light sleeper, I would recommend bringing a white noise machine or earplugs as the street behind the house was quite noisy all night long.

Very unclean

Host was very easy to communicate with and met our travel needs. However, the place was very run down and dirty. We could tell it had not been cleaned well for a very long time. The windows, floors, rugs, and chairs were stained and gross. We didn’t feel comfortable sitting on the couches, using the blankets, or the furniture inside or out.
