This unique vacation rental is perfect for large groups or families reunions. This is a great all-season property on 5 acres of land with a private pond, located about 10 minutes away from Saugatuck and South Haven downtowns. You have the best of both worlds to unplug on a large, very private property and create memories of a lifetime. Winter or Rainy days will call for hours of board games, ping pong and foosball matches, cooking, movies, or snuggling with your favorite books by the fireplace.

INSIDE THE HOME
Lily Pond Haven is set up in a true B&B style, each bedroom has its own bathroom. The lower level features two bedrooms, a seating area, and an entertainment room. The entertainment room has a foosball table, ping pong table, and a flat screen TV. Upstairs you will find another living area focused around a gas fireplace. This will lead you into the newly updated open kitchen and a large dining room table with room for everyone to sit around. The other three bedrooms are on this level as well. Lily Pond Haven boasts space inside and out.

When you choose to stay with us, you will enjoy exploring the serene private 5 acre grounds, hike around the pond (or bring your kayak and/or paddleboard (local rentals available), relax in a hot tub, gather around the fire pit, enjoy screened-in gazebo outfitted for dining and lounging.

-Summer enjoy the pond, beaches, and U-Picks.
-Fall - enjoy the beautiful foliage and apple picking.
-Winter brings skiing and snow-shoeing that can be topped off by hot cocoa by the fireplace and a soak in the hot tub.
-Spring brings migrating birds, early flowers, and great hikes.

THE LOCATION
The property is just a short drive to several public beaches, hiking trails, golf courses, dunes, horseback riding, an outdoor ice skating rink, skiing, and a sledding hill. Enjoy gourmet meals at local restaurants, taste local breweries, browse art galleries, treasure hunt at dozens of antique stores and boutique shops. South Haven and Saugatuck are both a 15 minute drive away, you are literally in between two great towns giving you the best of both worlds.
