"The Love Shack" For Couples - Private Hot Tub, Meals, Pampering, Pet Sitting!

Designed to be the ultimate couples getaway!  This small cottage is located on our 20 acre farm, newly remodeled, and comes with a ton of extras designed to make your stay relaxing and private.  And because we're local and live on the property, we can save you time and money by providing things that you don't have to stop at the store to get, or bulky items that are hard to travel with.   This is also a great option for couples traveling with an infant, as we have all the necessities to make things easy.

Arrive to a fully stocked kitchen with drinks, snacks, local produce when in season, fresh eggs and items to make your own breakfast. Condiments, coffee, cream/sugar are also provided.
Meal prep and grocery shopping available for additional fee (although I love to cook for people, so I'm usually always willing to make you a meal for free)

The kitchenette has a coffee maker, microwave, full size fridge/freezer, air fryer, toaster oven, griddle, and convection stovetop.  There is also a small gas grill for outdoor use.

Couples focused games and books

Private beach patio with hot tub (seasonal) fire pit, outdoor table and chairs.  We supply wood, and will even start your fires for you in the evening if you want (smores included!)

Beach gear, baby gear, bikes - can all be borrowed, along with any kitchen needs you don't want to buy.

Need to work or work out?  The neighboring building has a small gym and desk, as well as a smart TV, A/C and heat.

There is a large pool and another hot tub next to the main home that can be used by request.

Our farm, named for our 4 children's Eight Bare Feet that are often running around, is located halfway between South Haven and Saugatuck, making it a great location for visiting either city.  We are surrounded by wineries, farmers markets and u-pick farms, and just a few miles from several beaches.  Our farm faces the west, so the sunsets over the fields are incredible.  Our farm field is currently planted with soybeans, and we have indoor dogs, indoor/outdoor cats, free range chickens and local bees. 
Although it is a busy place, it is incredibly quiet here and you will have the best sleep of your life!

We are local to the area, and can help you plan anything you want to do here, and even give you a ride if you are in a pinch.  We are happy to provide anything extra you need for your stay - if we don't have it, we probably know someone who does!
As parents of 4 children under 10 years old, we understand the need for parents and couples to get away and focus on themselves.  We want your stay with us to be relaxing and for you to have all the privacy you want.  We are looking forward to sharing our property with you!
