Situated in a quiet residential area on a fresh water canal this recently constructed home is within minutes of Sun Splash Family Waterpark, Yacht Club Park, Lovers Key, Four Mile Cove Eco Preserve, Tarpon Point Marina and more! A great place for family and friends.
This four bedroom luxury home includes a fully equipped kitchen with everything you will need to prepared meals. The great room is wonderful for family gatherings and dining. Bedrooms are comfortably furnished. Two smart TVs with streaming services - Netflix, Prime Video and others. free high-speed WiFi, private lanai and dock patio and keyless access.

We are a family of four adults with each of 'the kids' in thier late 50's. Of which, one is an accomplished professional chef. Just say'n, we ate well simply because 1409 had every kitchen utensil a chef could want.For us old folk, we had other priorities: the electric king bed in the Master was delightful. We also loved the enclosed screened lanai for the chilly morning early coffee starts - in the sun. We also needed a fenced in yard for our furry pooch: Done. We wanted to enjoy the waterway from the spacious dock: Done. We wanted to fish from the dock: Done (caught lots of turtles on live bait) then switched to peas, string beans and or carrots to actually catch fish as the turtles turned up thier noses (litterally).There is one kayak and there should always be two as we all use the Buddy system to enjoy new areas. Lastly, It would be shortsighted of me NOT to mention the fact that there is no outdoor grill. I personally was looking forward to BBQ grilled babyback ribs which is difficult to do without a grill. All things considered, this is a fine rental unit.

Great Stay

Enjoyed our stay even though it was short. The home was spacious, clean and felt like home with everything provided. We enjoyed spending mornings on the lanai with the beautiful canal view.

Cape Coral stay

Stay was good but after living in Fort Myers proper for 12 years, the location seemed far away from friends and sites we knew. However, we found a great restaurant, The Twisted Lobster. We were there four times in a month.

Really Nice Property on a Canal

One of the best equipped rentals we have had. Very comfortable living room and beds. The dining room and the screened in porch have a nice view of the canal and we often dined at the large table on the porch. Our dog loved the fenced back yard and the safe neighborhood for walking. We will be back.

Beautiful and quiet

First of all the house is like brand new. It is absolutely beautiful inside and out and it is stocked with more amenities than you will ever use. The neighborhood is central to everything and very peaceful. We spent a lot of time in the screened porch in the back listening to the birds and staring out at the canal. Elizabeth the host is great. She is very responsive and easy to work with. Thank you SO much for a wonderful stay!

Vacation at Hancock

The stay was fantastic. Everything was furnished beautifully. It was immaculate when we arrived and everything was in "like new" condition. We immensely enjoyed the screen porch, especially the pets. While just a little hard to initially find, its location was central to all facilities. The neighborhood was very quiet. It will definitely be on our wish list again when we visit the area in the future.

Wonderful house in central location

We rented this house for a group of 8 friends in their 60s who spent a week kayaking on the Calusa Blueway. It was the ideal place for us. Spacious rooms, well equipped kitchen and located in a quiet neighborhood. The owner was very responsive and accommodating, and our overall experience was wonderful. We’d come back any time and highly recommend the place. Beautiful location right on a canal.

New pristine home, excellent location

We loved this spacious, well appointed home. Beds and furnishings were very comfortable. We found it convenient for exploring both the off shore islands and also special inland sights like downtown Fort Meyers and the Edison and Ford Estates/Museums. Host was very responsive and welcoming.

EIizabeth we enjoyed your home very much, your decor is amazing, I didn't like the white shutters next to the TV in the living room! I thoroughly enjoyed your jacuzzi tub, and your shower and bathroom is beautiful! I love the beds, but my husband said he didn't like the no box spring 😒, your kitchen is very well stocked with very nice dishes and utensils! But I love to cook and everything sticks to your skillets! Much needed new ones! I made fettuccine one night and I love you stainer pan! We loved sitting on the dock, but maybe a lounge chair for the ladies! We just loved that you put in the variety of fruit trees 🌳! And we totally enjoyed the bikes! Thank you so much for your home! Just one more thing, Do you have any plans for putting a heated pool in?

Great House

The house was absolutely amazing. The canal out back was great for fishing. My teenage son absolutely loved fishing at the canal. The house was spacious and well organized. Everything we needed was readily available. The bunk bed with a trundle in one of the bedrooms was perfect for my three sons. We visited several beaches in the area but Fort Myers Beach was my kids favorite although it was a little drive to get there. We figured out if you were there before 10:00 parking was fairly easy to find with a fee. My kids ages are 18, 16, 15 and 13 so we traveled to the beach and also went to a waterpark that was about 1.5 miles away.

Great house!

Very clean, well decorated, good central location in the Cape. Stayed just over a week while moving to the area. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone visiting.

Low-Cost Luxury

Beautiful home. It was so hard to leave! Host is very attentive. Great communication. Home is extremely comfortable and is equipped with anything you might possibly need. We hope to be back again soon.
