Home sits on the Caloosahatchee River w gorgeous sunrises and sunsets- you can watch the dolphins and manatees swim and play. Beautifully decorated fully furnished with 4 bedrooms - 3 king size beds, 1 queen size bed and 3 baths/ pool bth, small office, TVs, WiFi, streaming on all tvs, gas grill, washer/dryer, fully equipped kitchen, linens and towels, quiet upscale neighborhood close to Horton Park w boat launch, close to everything, 25 minutes to Southwest Airport/Ft Myers RSW AND 45 minutes to Punta Gorda Airport.

We were unable to navigate the hot tub which was barely warm for the entirety of the stay. This was the only issue as everything else was amazing. Perfect location and awesome host. Will stay again.

Gorgeous property convenient to everything!

We loved our Christmas stay! Donna was a wonderful host and the property was gorgeous and very convenient to everything. The open water view was breathtaking.

Lovely Cape Coral Waterfront

The home is lovely, exactly as in the photos. The owners are very responsive, and kept me updated in the wake of Hurricane Ian so that I felt comfortable renting. The pool and views are gorgeous.

Beautiful Property

We had a great time in Cape Coral at this beautiful property. House was just as described. Clean, updated, spacious, and excellent view of the water. The pool and dock were great as well. We enjoyed fishing from dock, swimming in pool, and we visited several of the area beaches. Communication with owners was fantastic.

The best

We enjoyed everything about this home. We visit family in Florida often and this home is simply the best. I knew from the pictures that the view was going to be great. I was still surprised how much we enjoyed watching the sunrise and sunset, wildlife and boats. The home was set up well and very comfortable. The pool and hot tub was well appreciated. The hosts were wonderful too. Thank you so much

Beautiful home!

Everything about this home was perfect! The house was nice and spacious, had anything and everything you could need. The location was close to the beaches, dining, shopping, etc. The view was amazing! We enjoyed so much time in the pool and outside area. The kids enjoyed seeing the iguanas daily. We will definitely look into using this home again! The owners are very quick to respond and were very accommodating for us.

Great Location and beautiful views

The house is in a great location with beautiful views of the river. House is very clean and looks just like the pictures online. Owner communication was great and the house was even ready a couple hours early. Only downside was that we love to fish and have had a great time fishing on previous stays in cape coral, unfortunately this time not much activity. On the bright side we got to enjoy some surreal views of sunrise and sunset. Overall beautiful home, great location, with wonderful homeowners. Recommend!

Simply the best....

Have stayed in properties all over the world and this was the best. In a quiet neighborhood on the water close to everything. House fabulously decorated and immaculate. Latest in appliances and tech. TVs everywhere. Views from lanai of sunrise and sunset were unbelievable. Pool was well heated and enjoyed even on cool evenings. Owners- Donna and Peter were always available from booking forward. They could not have been more attentive or friendlier. They are proud of their slice of paradise and it shows. Absolutely nothing negative to say about this property.

Amazing Views & Location!

Loved this property! You open the door and there is that million dollar view! Incredible! Takes your breath away! No beach, no problem! I didn't miss the sand at all! We spent so much time on the lanai with large table for all our meals, the pool, the spa and the comfy Adirondack chairs enjoying the relaxing breezes all day/night. It was a much needed relaxing trip celebrating me being one year cancer free! The hosts have thought of everything. Fully stocked kitchen with comfy beds, chairs, and couches. I've stayed at some pretty nice properties but this one is by far the BEST. All on one level makes it easy to get around the property. I hope to return again. Thank you Donna and Peter for sharing your awesome house with us!

AMAZING!!!

My daughter and I had a great get-away! This property is incredible!! Beautiful home with AMAZING views!!! Place was very clean and beds super comfy! Pool and deck a plus! Tenants before us had an issue with the stove and homeowner made us aware and communicated well! They purchased a new stove, and it was replaced within a few days! Never was an issue for us! Couldn't ask for better owners to deal with! Donna was awesome!! The home was everything we had hoped for and SO MUCH MORE! Such gracious hosts!! House had anything and everything you could imagine needing!! We enjoyed watching the dolphins and manatees off the deck outside. Beautiful sunrises and sunsets every day! A definite vacation spot to create wonderful memories! We are already planning our trip for next year! Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Disappointed

Pool and spa had not been cleaned. Neaither had lani area. It was unfortunate that this lovely home had some major lani and expensive boat and dock damage, but I still payed a premium price.. every evening we would come back from being out to 82 degrees in the house😡😡 quests they had it set on some timer??? Was told pool was going to be useable put as previously said was not. I had also asked to have my time end on Friday and was denied.. having owned many condos and homes on ft Myers beach previously since 1998. I know that mold also starts at 78 degrees, so could never understand why they would have the a/c set at 82🤪

Susan, we appreciate your review. I went back to our original emails and I fully disclosed to you that we were unsure as to when the pool would be repaired, you were asked to acknowledge the email which you did. You also originally reserved our home for ten days and requested to shorten your stay to 5 days after the required notification period. I allowed your request to 7 days given that is our minimum; you responded that you were fine with that. With respect to the thermostat, all guests can change temperature to their liking; it is not locked. We wish you well.

From the start to the end a great experience. The house was well kept but the view WOW, fishing was a little slow but I could just sit there and look out over water. Love to rent it again

My husband and I live in MA surrounded with our kids and grandchildren. Our home in FLA is our slice of paradise we use as often as we can, especially during the winter months. While there, we wake to gorgeous sunrises and in season we watch the dolphins play outside. Having access to our boat and jetskis steps from our home makes it easy for us and our family to enjoy boating at our leisure. Some of our favorite places by boat are Ft Myers Beach, Ft Myers Historic Downtown, Sanibel/Captiva Island and of course Tarpon Point and Cape Harbour.
