Ideally located in the town of Saint-Aignan, it is close to shops, the Beauval Zoo is only 2.5 km away.
The castles of the Loire are nearby within a radius of 30 to 45 minutes (Cheverny, Chenonceau, Chambord).
Possibility of water activities on the Cher, a swimming pool in the town also await you.
The attractiveness of the Centre Val de Loire region can lead you to the troglodyte cellars and discover the local wine.
You can arrive by train as the SNCF train station is 2.5 km from the cottage. The city of Blois with its castle and the museum of magic are 1 hour from the cottage.

The cottage has been labeled "Accueil vélo / Cœur de France en vélo" since September 2025, the bike route is accessible 1.7 km away to travel remarkable sites by bike along the Cher and why not reach the Loire (specific room for lockable bikes, small repair equipment, laundry, rental companies nearby, documentation).

For information, the Grandeur Nature gîte (capacity of 13 beds) can accommodate 21 people with the 2 gîtes side by side if necessary.
