We had such a great stay at this property. Jim (our host) was so easy to communicate with and the property was clean, comfortable and in such a great location! We were steps from the boardwalk and the beach was just a short walk. We will absolutely stay here again!

Great place! Across from the Boardwalk easy access to everything! Host was very responsive for anything we needed. Only suggestions is I wish they had more TV’s only one and it’s hard when you come with kids. Overall awesome spot!

Nice getaway

We stayed at their condo in Seaside. It was one block from the boardwalk- very convenient. 3 BR/2 BA and a parking spot- plenty of space. It was a nice getaway for us!

Great Stay at the Shore!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Jim was great and very responsive, the unit was clean and spacious, and just across from the beach & boardwalk. We would definitely stay here again on our next Jersey Shore trip!

The location of this property was awesome. My dad is elderly and has a hard time walking but has enjoyed many years at the Jersey shore for vacation so we needed somewhere close to the boardwalk.The space was very clean and had everything you need. We were in a bottom unit so you do here folks above you but that is to be expected. Great place and would stay there again for sure!

Close to everything!

This was our first time in Seaside. The property is in the center of it all. All you need in walking distance. The unit was large and clean! Very happy with our stay here.

Great Time and Great Location!

Family of 4 stayed for a week (Sat to Sat). So close to the beach, places to eat, amusements, etc. Unit was very clean and had everything we needed for an enjoyable vacation! Was sorry we had to leave! The week went by too quickly! Property Manager was very friendly and helpful!

Overall it was wonderful. There are no supplies so we had to buy clothes soap, trash bags, bath soap.We needed a few more bath towels. Recommend Blackout shades in the bedrooms the street lights shine through all night. It was nice to be so close to the beach but noisy all night til the boardwalk closed. We were on the 1st floor and the people upstairs were banging around at all hours of the night.

Trip cut short

We were pleased with our short stay. Unfortunately, someone in our party became ill and we had to leave early. The condo was exactly as advertised with plenty of room and equipment/supplies. Other than the floors, the condo was neat and clean (the floors were a bit dirty). The condo is conveniently located for access to the boardwalk and the beach. There are plenty of restaurants and a supermarket close by. The most impressive thing about the property is the property manager/owner - Jim. He went above and beyond to address our concerns. We plan to return to the Jersey shore next year and will definitely stay at one of Jim's properties.

Brand new property right on the beach, but some details to be mindful of

Our stay at this property was primarily very good. The location was very convenient, essentially across the street from the beach/boardwalk. Our family of 6 plus an infant stayed for 3 nights during Father's Day weekend. The unit was clearly brand new, all new appliances, fully stocked kitchen with dishes, utensils, etc. I will breakdown below some things to keep in mind. 1. Check-in wasn't too bad although there was some confusion initially about the unit but that was cleared up with a call 2. The posting originally stated 2 parking spots which was one of the reasons I selected it since we had 2 cars. After we had already booked, the owner indicated that there was only one spot available at the property and that we'd have to drive a few blocks to find street parking. I see that he has now updated the posting to reflect this, but that wasn't the language when we booked and was inconvenient. 3. There was plenty of activity on the street/in the neighborhood - but the noise did not get into the apartment which was great 4. Unfortunately while there was no noise from the outside, inside the unit there was plenty. Between the plumbing pipes clanking, the A/C unit and the constant noise from whoever was occupying the upstairs unit, it was somewhat disturbing. 5. The host, while reachable by phone/text, wasn't very pleasant. He did not check in once during the time we were there to see if everything was ok, and the day we were checking out, even though we crossed paths, he struggled to say good morning. 6. Check-out: the night before checkout I get a long list of instructions from the host telling me we needed to remove all of the bedsheets and used towels and put them into separate bins in the laundry room, and rinse all the dishes and put them in the dish rack, etc. etc. I have never received such a requirement from any host in the past - that is what we pay the cleaning fees for. These tasks added unnecessary stress the morning of checkout. 7. The two beach passes are NOT for seaside heights beach, they are apparently for an adjacent beach called "Fun Beach". That wasn't clear/obvious since we were from out of town. Our family went to the Seaside heights beach, purchased passes for 4 since we assumed we had passes for 2, and then at the entrance we were told the beach passes are for "the next beach"; by that time we had already bought 4 passes so I got 2 more 8. Floors were actually dirty - my infant's feet were black after one pass crawling
