Village House 108 is a lovely condo located in the complex of The Village House in Port Royal Village. This end condo is well maintained and decorated with a light and airy touch. This well-appointed and tastefully furnished home away from home creates a comfortable and relaxing environment for either a vacation or a long-term rental. Great location only a few minutes walk to the beach, pool, and Westin. This gem of a condo boasts a private rear exit from the balcony that allows for accessing the courtyard directly from the villa.

Enter the building through the lobby and take the elevator to the first level. The keyless entry system on the front door of the condo makes direct check-in and check-out a breeze. You are greeted by the tasteful décor, comfortable furnishings, and TVs in every room! The living room has a sleeper sofa and loveseat, a TV, and balcony access for enjoying the serene sounds of the village. The fully-equipped kitchen has everything needed for preparing daily meals. The dining area is just off the kitchen and has a table and six chairs.

The main bedroom has a king bed, a TV, balcony access, and a bathroom with a tub/shower combo. The guest bedroom has two queen beds, a TV, and access to a hallway bathroom with a tub/shower combo. This condo offers endless entertainment thanks to the cable TV and free WiFi available. The Village House is a multi-story building with lobby entry (lobby locks after hours for security) and offers an unassigned community parking lot and access to a shared community pool.

Pleasant and refreshing

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The space was perfect for our family, comfortable beds, fully equipped kitchen extra towels and very happy with the cleanliness. Pool access was also perfect with bathrooms right there and beach is walking distance. Loved it!

The size and layout of the condo. All rooms were spacious and welcoming. Particularly liked the corner first floor location. Also location to beach being walkable.

The Good, the bad & the ugly

Location is great-walking distance to beach! Building is super clean & beautiful. Unit is spacious however kitchen is ill-equipped as far as dishes, flatware etc. Whole place needs a paint job. Oversized deck too bad the sliders were too difficult to open & close to use the deck. Vertical blinds broken or missing slats. Sliders need repair or replacement.

Property manager a disaster

Pictures do not represent the property. Two queen beds in guest bedroom sheets were not changed and both beds had small particles all over the sheets. We notified rental agency and on that first night and they did NOTHING but said they wanted to help. We took pictures, washed the sheets, aired out the bedding and it was ok. Rental agency NEVER DID A THING . I gave them my # and 11 people said they would help. The unit was nice but the cleaning people need to do a better job. I have pic of our encounter if interested in fixing the problems.

The location was nice and a short walk to the beach. On first arriving place looked clean but when we went to use dishes several were very dirty. Coffee cups looked like they had been used then just put back in the cupboard. Furniture was new and nice but over all unit could use a good cleaning and an update.

Great Location! Comfy unit!

We had great time here. The sofas are new, which was different from the listing. Everything fit us perfectly. The location is great, we could walk to Islander beach park which has a bathroom, and nice board walk down to the beach. The deck is huge, we enjoyed many meals out there and morning coffee!

108 Village House

Nice place but very dated. Appliances need updated. The living room tv did not work, but that’s on Hargray not the condo. We eventually went to Target to buy more forks, because we were needing to wash them too often. I would stay there again.

Pictures are Deceiving... Not worth the Money !

The pics are very deceiving. I don’t think this place has been updated since 1970 . Appliances are all old , bathrooms are old and not maintained Blinds are all falling off in the bedroom some are even taped ..Definitely not worth. 1700. We have stayed a lot of places since 2000 and this was the worst by far .Vacasa was somewhat helpful. The place was not cleaned especially during a pandemic that’s when u want to clean extra .. we went out and bought bedding because it was so disgusting .. We came on vacation not to clean .. but we did .. Very disappointed...

It was a nice location. The condo itself needs major renovations. The hall way to the front door has an amazing update but then you walk in it looks like the condo hasn’t ever been remodeled since the whole building was built. Things need replaced as in blinds, a towel rack that fell off the first day we were there, etc. We did have all of the amenities that were needed and no problems checking in or out! We look forward to returning sometime in the future!

Close to beach and spacious!

Great property that is spacious and close to the beach. Renovations in the hallways and lobby are going to be great. Condo furnishings are not the newest but very clean and kitchen is well stocked with cups, glasses, waffle maker, panini maker, and other amenities. I would stay there again for sure considering half of our party stays at the Marriott across the street. Hoping to rebooked for next year.
