This beautiful 5-bedroom home is perfectly nestled between the championship golf courses and the slopes in the Reserve at Boyne Mountain. Kitz Retreat accommodates up to 15 guests with 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and a bonus room! Whether you are looking for a quiet getaway or for an outdoor adventure, this home is perfect for your next Northern Michigan vacation. It's a beautiful location for all seasons. Featuring granite countertops, slate tile floors, floor to ceiling stone fireplace, wet bar, jetted tub, and more!
The main floor is designed with an open concept living room, dining area for 8, spacious kitchen, and laundry room. The master bedroom is adjacent to the living room, with an ensuite bathroom and king bed. Alongside with a guest bedroom featuring a queen bed and a full bath.
The lower level is perfect for your additional guests, one room with a queen bed with a full bathroom, an additional two bedrooms with a queen beds with a shared bathroom, and a bonus room with two bunks with twin over queen beds.
Enjoy 2 large decks, one located on the main level, and the other on the lower level. A firepit is available for your convenience, along with snowshoes and yard games.
The paved walk/bike path outside of the front door will take you all the way down to Deer Lake or over to the Boyne Mountain Village.
Guests staying at Kitz Retreat are welcome to drive to Kitz Cabin to park for the day which offers ski-in/ski-out access to Super Bowl, Escape and Cold Springs runs. This is a private ski lodge for Reserve owners and while guests do not have access to the ski lodge they can park and ski without fighting the masses at the base of the mountain.
*This property requires a 2 or 3-night minimum stay.
**4WD or AWD are highly recommended to access this property during winter/snowy months.

The Area:
Boyne Mountain is a golfer and skier's paradise offering the top-rated skiing and snowboarding and golf courses in the Midwest. Boyne also has one of the largest water parks in the Midwest, tennis courts, Deer Lake/Beach, and several dining options. Golf, skiing and snowboarding lessons are available at the resort. We highly recommend purchasing lift tickets, ski rentals and booking tee times for golf in advance. Deer Lake is a public lake for you to enjoy, and 7 miles away is Lake Charlevoix in Boyne City.
