South Padre Island Beach House retreat is walking distance to beach public access and popular bar and grills, convenience stores, and other tourist attractions. This beautiful beach house has just been totally remodeled with upgraded lighting, flooring, kitchen, showers and air conditioning. New furniture and smart TV's with wifi throughout the house with internet live streaming. Plenty of parking for guests and entertainment. Fishing or enjoying the beach is great since you're only 50 yards from public beach access. Its the perfect cozy beach house with original cedar wood. Upgrades include storm resistant windows and privacy window shades for your convenience. Kitchen has new and upgraded cabinets, stove, refrigerator and microwave. This particular unit is downstairs and has a separate upstairs unit available for large parties as an additional rental. Both units rent independent of each other. The upstairs unit is the larger of both. Please call 253-229-1287 if you have any questions.

First Texas Winter vacation in a beach home

Enjoyed staying in Ernesto's beach home. Well furnished and equipped. We especially enjoyed seeing three pink conch shells which were absolutely pristine.

Perfect Spot

The property was perfect for my family and the location is amazing. It literally took me two minutes from the door to being on the beach. Will definitely be back to stay again.

great location just across the beach. you have evething around the house that you could need in walking distance. the house has everything you could need and it is very homey. I would love to stay here again.

Great Location Near Beach

Property was as described and very clean. We spent most of our time doing activities outside so didn’t spend much time in the house. The only downside is it was a little cramped for 6 people but that didn’t bother us too much.

Wonderful location

The only issue we had was the couch was so low my tall husband couldn’t easily get on or off it. It wasn’t comfortable for him. Everything else was good.

our spring break vacation

my family of 6 went during spring break and the weather wasn't pleasant but we still made it fun. Very close to the beach walking distance. The only thing is it was very small, it had everything for you too cook. Maybe a chance It would be changing the chairs in the kitchen, the couch as well, we didn't really sat on it because we started to itch, it look wear out. But it was doable.

Nice property!!

Beautiful small property at a great price and quiet location. Everything needed to cook and beach accessories are provided. TV’s with hulu and other apps a plus. Beach is across the street and we were able to see fireworks from the porch. We had a great time. Thank you!!

Highly Recommended

We traveled to South Padre Island for the 4th of July with some friends & found this cute property to rent during our stay. The house was very clean & within walking distance to the beach. The owners were quick to respond with any questions we had. The only negative to this property, is that it only has 1 bathroom. But with our group, it wasn't a big deal. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a place to stay in South Padre Island. Looking forward to going back again, hopefully next summer.

Clean & Comfortable

My family and I were so pleased with our stay. Check in was easy, super clean, and was a short walk to the beach and convenience store. Smart TV's were a plus for movies at night. We can't wait to come back.

Spectacular stay!!!

We loved every last bit of our stay! Contact was always at a 100% with the owner never had an issue with trying to contact them! The house was supplied with everything needed and extras! We stayed a week and it was the best time we have all had! I had a range of all ages and everyone fit perfectly! Our views were amazing! So was our beach experience! It was so close to everything ! The shower was huge and relaxing! They even had a outdoor shower to rinse off before heading in! The beds were extremely comfortable as well! Would recommend to anyone. And definitely coming back soon!

Summer Fun!

This condo is absolutely beautiful. The beach theme made the stay more enjoyable. The rooms were nice and smelled clean and fresh. My girls enjoyed the bunk beds and their own room with TV. I absolutely loved that it was close to a beach access and very easy to walk. We will definitely be returning!

We will be back!

Such a great place. Ernest was seriously amazing and very accommodating with special requests. He communicated back quickly. The beach access was great. It was so close which made it nice to go to and from when my son needed his nap. The porch was a great size and nice for hanging out on. The only thing I wanted that we didn’t have was a second mirror. Getting ready for dinner was a real task with only one mirror and three of us needing it! I would 100% come back to this place. It was updated and had good decor. Lots of light from the windows and even a little shower to rinse all the sand off before going inside.

Great spot!

Fantastic property with great beach access. Literally a two minute walk across Gulf Blvd. The place was clean, cute and roomy. Ernesto was super easy to communicate with. Our upstairs neighbors were not as considerate as one would hope, but that is in no way a reflection on the property nor the owner. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely return!

Winter Escape

Ernest has an amazing house close to the beach. My family's stay was amazing! The check-in was soooo streamlined that It was like we simply lived there! The inside of the house had everything one can ask. Even a washer and dyer! I would totally come back to this house!

Newly remodeled by previous owner, it offers classy, stylish, and cozy accommodations for your comfort. Wake up refreshed with the sounds of the waves and enjoy majestic views of the Gulf of Mexico from our deck, kitchen, and living area. We love that its right across the street from the beach access and steps to the sand. We enjoy sunset walks on the beach and late night crab hunting with our son. There is an array of different things to do on the island, your family will surely enjoy! It melts away the stresses of daily life to carefree days at the beach.
