One of the unique touches of the home is its beautiful rustic flooring, both indoors and outdoors, which enhances the authentic beach-style atmosphere and adds warmth and character to the space. Its natural texture perfectly complements the coastal vibe, though we recommend walking carefully to fully enjoy it and avoid any slips or trips.
Enjoy your stay in this peaceful, comfortable, and beautifully designed first-floor retreat, perfectly suited for relaxation. With no stairs at all, the space is easily accessible and ideal for all guests. You’ll find excellent restaurants within walking distance, and just a short 3-minute stroll will take you directly to beach access, where you can enjoy daily walks and breathtaking sunsets. The property features a shared private pool, a barbecue grill, and an outdoor dining area—perfect for spending quality time with family and friends.
For everyone’s comfort, and in accordance with local regulations, we kindly ask that noise levels be kept low between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
We also ask guests to please take care of the TV remote controls. In case of loss, a replacement fee of $20 USD will apply. Thank you for your understanding.
The use of bunk beds is permitted only for guests over 8 years old who have the motor skills required to safely climb up and down. Adult supervision is required at all times, and use is at your own responsibility. For safety reasons, the top bunk is limited to a maximum weight of 165 lb (75 kg) per bed.
Please note that both indoor and outdoor flooring are rustic in style, so we recommend walking carefully to avoid slips or trips. Use of all facilities is at the guest’s own responsibility.
The barbecue grill is available for guest use; however, please handle it with care and ensure that all burners and the gas tank are properly turned off after use.
Glass containers are not allowed in the pool area. If any glass items are broken anywhere on the property, please notify us promptly.
