NEWLY RENOVATED POST HURRICANE
Island is continuing to rebuild, there is some construction.

Park your car in our free mainland lot and ride the free ferry Little Gasparilla Island, offering fantastic beaches, sunsets, and much more. This island offers a unique experience that is fun for families, snowbirds, and fishermen alike. There are no restaurants on the island, no high-rise condos, and no traffic. We leave all of that behind and come prepared with lots of food to cook, a book to read, and fishing poles.

The boat dock accommodates boats up to 24 feet. The dock has water and electricity. Dockage is on a first-come, first-serve basis.

THE SPACE:
Our condo is three stories high. The ground floor is a garage holding all your needs: charcoal grill (bring charcoal), beach chairs and umbrellas, toys, and paddle boards. The unit is stocked with quality amenities that we personally enjoy, including two inflatable kayaks (SUPs).

The second floor (main living area) includes the living room, kitchen, master bedroom, bathroom, and screened-in porch.

The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, blender, toaster — everything you need to cook a full meal. Plenty of seating with round table and banquette.

Living room has couch and love seat. TV with Roku. Ceiling fan.

The primary bedroom has a king-sized bed. Ceiling fan and blackout curtains. TV with Roku. Full primary bath with tub.

The screened-in porch has two love seats and a ceiling fan. Enjoy your coffee here and watch the sunrise. Full-sized washer and dryer located behind folding doors. LOTS of beach towels.

The third floor is a loft with two queen-sized beds, two twin beds, and its own bathroom. TV with Roku.

GOLF CART ACCESS INCLUDED

For added convenience, a golf cart is included with your stay as a courtesy to help you explore the property, travel to and from the dock, or simply enjoy the scenery. It’s ideal for transporting beach gear, groceries, or taking a relaxing sunset ride.

IMPORTANT GOLF CART TERMS:
• The cart is provided as a courtesy amenity — not a guaranteed feature.
• In the event of a breakdown, a $75/night refund will be issued for each night the cart is unavailable.
• Use of the golf cart is restricted to the Hideaway property only. Driving the cart outside the property or through flooded grounds (such as after heavy rain) is strictly prohibited.
• Failure to comply with usage rules may result in immediate revocation of cart privileges without a refund or credit.
• Drivers must be at least 16 years old and hold a valid driver’s license.

Please treat the golf cart with care and respect so that future guests can enjoy it too.

SOME RULES AND ADDITIONAL INFORMATION TO NOTE
• This unit is limited to a maximum of 5 persons. No overnight guests.
• PLEASE INCLUDE THE CORRECT NUMBER OF ADULTS, CHILDREN, AND INFANTS IN YOUR INQUIRY REQUEST FOR QUICK BOOKING APPROVAL AND CORRECT QUOTE.
• All persons staying must be accounted for (including infants and children). If you might bring another person, count them in the initial inquiry.
• A correct headcount is required for the ferry pass approval and YOU WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO BOARD THE FERRY if each person is not listed on the pass.
• YOU ARE REQUIRED TO PROVIDE THE NAME OF EACH PERSON, AGES OF ANYONE UNDER 18, YOUR ADDRESS, AND PHONE NUMBER FOR THE FERRY PASS.
• A COPY OF PHOTO ID MAY BE REQUIRED AS AN ATTACHMENT TO THE FERRY PASS AND UPON ARRIVAL.
