This home has undergone a complete makeover with all new décor, furniture upgrades, linens and a new efficient pool heater! The spacious kitchen comes fully equipped with all the necessities to prepare meals and is adjacent to a beautiful dining room to enjoy them. The huge family room is perfect for family gatherings and has access to the inviting, private screened pool, spa and deck.

A terrific feature of this home is its' wonderful split bedroom floor plan that offers ultimate privacy. There are two master suites with King Beds and enclosed baths, located on different sides of the home. Two additional bedrooms with two twin beds each share another bath.

All four bedrooms and the family room feature new flat screen TV's with cable. Wireless internet service is available throughout the home. Local telephone service is also available. The home comes complete with laundry room, washer & drier for use during your stay along with plenty of extra towels and linens should you require them.

Regularly updated by the owner and fully equipped with plenty of linens, towels and all the equipment you would need in your very own vacation ‘home away from home’.

1st Choice Property Management also manages the home next door at 2017 Morning Star Drive. Combining the homes allows the accommodation of large family groups . Two homes next door to each other doubles the fun!

Required to sign the rental agreement form. 2. Check-in to Villa: The official Check-in time is 4:00 pm unless the leasing contract has specified another time. 3. Check-out of Villa: The official check-out time is 10:00 am unless the leasing Agreement has specified another time in advance with fee. If there is anything damaged or you have anything to report, please call the management firm before you leave. Please be sure to check out on time with all furniture and villa finishing in a tidy and original location 4. Pool/spa heat is additional fee if available. The pool/spa heater is set up automatically between 9.00am and 9.00pm. But it might take up to 24 hours for the pool to reach the desired temperature depending on the outside conditions. Pool/spa heating temperature in winter/colder months cannot be completely guaranteed. Pool heat is only available for the entire stay and must be requested and paid for at least 24 hours before check in. 5. BBQ Grill rental is available for additional prices. The grill comes ready to use with a full tank of propane. 6. Garbage Collection: All Trash must be placed in 13-gallon trash bags, all cardboard should be broken down, please avoid placing liquids inside the bin, do not leave loose trash inside the bin. Trash will be collected according to the community set up. Please use only sealed trash bags and take garbage out to a collection bin near front door to be taken away by local Service. 7.Villa phone service is provided to you with unlimited calls to the United States and Canada. This will be a self-catering house.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
