Failure to comply with this rule may result in serious penalties, including immediate deportation and legal prosecution.<br><br>-You are asked to be considerate of the neighborhood (quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.) and to respect local customs and traditions. Parties and events are not permitted<br><br>-In the event of non-compliance with good neighborly conduct rules or if disturbances are observed, the agency reserves the right to terminate the stay early.<br><br>-For security reasons and to ensure a smooth stay, only individuals listed on the reservation are authorized to enter the property. The entrance is under 24-hour video surveillance and monitored by security guards.<br><br>-Regarding the use of the pool and balconies, the tenant is responsible for their family and children; the Agency disclaims all liability in the event of negligence on the part of the tenant.
