We have completely renovated these two houses to make them our family and friendly haunt. The splendid Valentin beach is an 8-minute walk from the house, as are all the shops of Batz sur Mer. Lovers of the village of Batz, we have chosen to rent them out when we are not staying there to share this little corner of paradise with you. The capacity of 10 people allows two families to meet while having 2 independent accommodations joined by the garden.
The accommodation
The main house 120m2 has a bedroom on the first floor with its en-suite shower room, 3 bedrooms upstairs with a large bathroom with bath and double sink.
The rooms are very spacious and decorated with care. A very bright new kitchen will allow you to get together together.
A separate toilet with washbasin on the first floor and upstairs.
The 44m2 garden house has a new fully fitted and equipped kitchen, a bedroom, a sofa bed in the living room and a bathroom with shower and double sink.

Traveler access
Travelers can bring their car in if they wish in the driveway along the house or park in the alley of the avocets or in front of the house, it's free.
Please do not park in the garden.
The train station is a 5-minute walk away.

The access for trips is through the white gate, you have to lift the zipper, block the doors of the gate with the systems offered, if you want to enter your car in the driveway, along the house.

No sand or shoes upstairs please we care about our parquet flooring
Bed linen and towels are not provided but you can rent them:
- 15€ double bed (duvet cover, 2 pillowcases and fitted sheet)
-10€ single bed (duvet cover, pillowcase and fitted sheet)
- 5€ towel
- Dish towels and bath mats provided
