This is a luxury 4 bedroom villa is located on the Legacy Golf Course with a backyard heated saltwater pool and hot tub. The house has 3 king beds and 1 queen in each of the four bedrooms and 2 queen pullout sofas located in the upstairs and downstairs living rooms. Large Master bedroom with king bed and bathroom suite located on main level. The house offers a host of other amenities including surround sound, wifi, cable TV, air conditioning, board games, a fully stocked kitchen, an outdoor patio dining table that seats 10 and lounge furniture, an outside bar and grill area in the backyard.

Situated on the 4th hole of the Legacy Golf Course – rated the #1 public course in Phoenix. This house is in gated community and is 15 minutes from Sky Harbor and 30 minutes from Phoenix Mesa Airport. It is 20 minutes from Phoenix Suns Arena and Diamondback stadium. Grocery store, shopping and restaurants nearby, and it is close to downtown Phoenix.

Fabulous Vacation Property!!

Our family just spent a week in and out of the pool at this beautiful South Mountain house! We have rented several homes in this neighborhood, and this one is by far our favorite! Huge bedrooms, comfortable beds and furniture, well-stocked kitchen, heated pool, hot tub, golf course and mountain views.....It's the best!! We plan to return as soon as we can!!

Amazing property

This place was delightful! Easy check in, pool and hot tub heated, close to places for quick eats and groceries, quiet at night, golfers during the day to people watch, 10/10 would stay here again if needed for another quick trip away from the cold of the north! Phoenix treated the 6 of us well!!

Great location with lots of space

We stayed for a week along with friends -four adults and three kids ages 7-11. The house had a ton of space to spread out and was well stocked. Fantastic location to watch and play golf and close to restaurants and shopping. Owner was very responsive and helpful!

Good location. Lots of room. Back yard is great. Pool and spa are tricky at first but it does not take long to figure it out. Quick drive from the airport.

This is a very nice, clean, well kept home . With an awesome location for some golf...and other things im sure. Everyone was great to work with from start to finish. Great trip even though mother nature threw us a couple of curve balls.

Great house for golf group

This house was as advertised. It was well stocked with everything including items past renters had left. It is centrally located and easy to get to from the airport. A nice shopping center is within easy walking distance. Casey was easy to deal with and responded immediately to several questions. I would definitely stay here again.

Great House for a Family (or Two)

Rented this house the week before Easter with my wife, 7 month old, sister- and brother-in-law and their 2 year old. We would definitely look to rent this home again. Everyone had plenty of space; we might even invite a 3rd couple next time. The kitchen had everything we needed, there were plenty of bath and beach towels and bed linens. The intersection of Baseline and 24th has all the stores you could need. The heated pool and hot tub were great after a round of golf or day spent exploring local attractions. Highly recommend playing and dining at Legacy; Arizona Grand, not as much. Also, Cocina Madrigal Tacos & Tequila is only about 10 minutes away. (Rated in Top 100 nationally.)

Beautiful Location

This house is drop dead gorgeous, perfect for two couples (or a family...three couples might be a stretch cuz only 2 full baths). The house is nicely designed and the property looks out on a golf course and the south mountains...beautiful, inspiring view. Hot tub is amazing and big! We only had four folks but I imagine six could fit easily. I thought the golfers might annoy me, but they were fun to watch and pretty far away. Loved the location and did a lot of south mountain hiking. Don't miss the Hidden Valley trail to Morman Loop and Fat Man's Pass—cool rock formations and a moderate hike. The house is 15 minutes from airport and about 20 from downtown phoenix. There are a few high end restaurants nearby, but for the most part we went into Phoenix or Tempe for less expensive but still interesting options. One reco—JL BBQ which is very close. Incredible takeout, def get the ribs. And one caveat—this is not a house that has a big book of instructions that allow you to be completely independent. When things are funky, you need to go through the property manager. He's wonderful and super responsive, tho, so we didn't have a problem with that. Great place and we loved Phoenix in the winter!

Like borrowing your friends house on a golf course for a week

The house was 'as described' and although there were only three of us staying there, it had four separate sleeping areas, 3 of of which were completely private bedrooms so it could accommodate many more. The title above was how the house was experienced. Everything we needed was there. TV worked with access to cable channels, smart TV apps that you could log on to for your Netflix, Apple TV binging etc. Siri speaker for music. Basic spices for cooking, toilet paper, paper towel, soap for the washing machine. We rented it for a week and it was like the owner moved out for a week while we moved in. The host was fantastic answering my communications by VRBO email or by text very quickly. Enjoyed watching golfers play the #4 hole with the green right behind the house. The owner set the house to 74 degrees and it was perfectly comfortable although the outside temps were pusing 112! I only had two criticisms and they are small. First, outside this gated community, the quality of the neighborhood drops off quite a bit. We interacted with homeless people at the local Starbucks, Target, Circle K gas station etc a few times over the week we were there. No harm was done, just some awkward and sometimes aggressive conversations. Secondly, upon first entering the house there was a faint smell of cigarette smoke. (we are both lifelong non smokers). It seemed to dissipate or we got used to it after we got in an opened the sliding door to the back yard for a bit and turned on some overhead fans. It never negatively impacted our stay. I would highly recommend this rental for those looking for a fair price on a complete home in a gated, golf course community with a pool and hot tub for their family. The host is superb and the house itself is fantastic.

Green Reader’s Getaway

This property was better than advertised! Made a great home base for our family’s activities over a 4 day period. Really enjoyed the vantage point of the Par 3 4th hole at Legacy. Great outdoor patio layout with pool, hot tub, Bbq & lounge areas. Inside is much bigger and open than the pictures show. Very responsive host and owner of a great property in a gated community…. highly recommend.

Family vacation

The area was perfect

It was me & my bf and our baby girl with his mom & sister. The house was great. Had everything we needed. Everything was fairly close to go and do things. Loved being on the golf course and used the hot tub a lot.

Nice stay

Great house and backyard. Very clean and spacious. Lots of living area. Only minor issues were workers putting in new front lawn first 2 days of stay and some issues getting hot tub temp right. Owners nice and responsive. Would stay again.
