Located in Cumberland Terrace in Kingston Resort. This split level villa has the living room, dining, and kitchen up half a flight of stairs. There are 2 bedrooms downstair. The 3rd bedroom is a loft above the living room with a day bed. Other features you'll find are dramatic arched windows, skylights, cathedral ceiling, and fireplace. It features free parking, and free high speed WiFi (400 Mbps) and linens included.

This 2 BR villa is located in Cumberland Terrace inside Kingston Resort. The living area is in the middle and the 2 Bedrooms are downstairs. The spiral, wrought iron staircase takes you up to the loft with a cozy daybed (considered the 3rd bedroom). Other features you'll find are dramatic arched windows, skylights, cathedral ceiling, and fireplace. It features free parking, and free high speed WiFi (400 Mbps).

Embassy Suite's pools and SPLASH PARK Not Included (Embassy does not sell pool passes).

Weekly and monthly discounts available. $500 security deposit held.

Kingston Resort is a 145 acre community on the beach. The gated entrance provides 24/7 safety and security in this family friendly environment. The community has a number of walking and biking trails around a series of small lakes and ponds and the ocean. Cumberland Terrace is a subdivision within Kingston Resort. It provides a resort living with beautiful landscaping, multiple swimming pools, and a winding sidewalks with a 10-15 minute walk to the beach.

Always a pleasure

This is our 4th time staying at the community and we enjoy it more and more every time. The quietness of the area, close proximity to the beach and entertainment, available amenities of the community, all top notch. Highly recommend any site in this area. You won't be disappointed.

The place was sooo clean.The neighbors where very nice to me. The location couldn’t have been in a better place. It was 5 minutes away from the outlet and grocery store. 20 minutes away from broadway at the beach and so very very close to EVERYTHING. This is a five star place and I highly recommend this property

Holiday vacation

Beautiful grounds, we wasn’t expecting the it to be as big as it was. Got to the condo late so it was lit up very well. The home was beautiful and clean! My kids felt like it was a castle. LOL! My oldest and friend walked to the beach that night very easy to find! Walmart and or stores was very easy to find. Hand down amazing community!!

This property is priced a little high but has plenty of room for a group of four.

Amazing

To say we had a great time is an understatement! I did not realize that I was not only staying in a beautiful unit but an incredible community. There is so much to do here without leaving the premises. Rent you a golf cart and live your best life! We will 100% tell our friends about this place and plan on returning in the very near future. We were blown away by how awesome not only the actual Airbnb was but everything about this private, breathtaking community 5 Stars.

GREAT PLACE- GREAT VALUE- BEST COMMUNICATION I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED

The condo was fantastic and absolutely as advertised. We travel ALOT and the issue we normally have is communication with the owners/management companies. We were super surprised with the level of communication and flexibility we had with Navin and Chanda. We booked the hotel for my parents because my son was getting married at the beach. My dad showed up WAY before check-in, but Navin called me back immediately and allowed him to check in early. They followed up daily and were SUPER accommodating! We travel ALOT for conferences, etc. and we will be using them for all future bookings in Myrtle Beach. Additionally, this was about 20% less than the condos we booked directly though Hilton. I would recommend B2 vacations to anyone that is looking for property in this area! 5 stars!

Cumberland Terrace has everything our family loves. For the kids, it has beautiful surroundings and direct beach access. For my husband, the golf course is just a few miles down the road and fishing right off the pier. For myself, I love waking up and enjoying the quiet, park like setting while doing nothing and sipping a beautiful cup of tea.

Kingston Plantation is one of the nicest places to stay in Myrtle Beach. Its private access makes for a fun family environment.
