100% renovated with new LVP flooring, new appliances, new furniture, new bathrooms, and new TVs. Located in Cumberland Terrace in Kingston Resort. This split level villa has the living room, dining, and kitchen up half a flight of stairs. There are 2 bedrooms downstair. The 3rd bedroom is a loft above the living room with a trundle. Other features you'll find are dramatic arched windows, skylights, cathedral ceiling, and fireplace. It features free parking, and free high speed WiFi (400 Mbps).

Kingston Resort is a 145 acre community on the beach. The gated entrance provides 24/7 safety and security in this family friendly environment. The community has a number of walking and biking trails around a series of small lakes and ponds and the ocean. Cumberland Terrace is a subdivision within Kingston Resort. It provides a resort living with beautiful landscaping, multiple swimming pools, and a winding sidewalks with a 10-15 minute walk to the beach.

Fantastic property!!

Overall an excellent place to stay! We stayed for four nights and it was in a quiet part of the Kingston Plantation campus. Hardly any traffic which was great. The inside was better than we expected! It was very clean, spacious, and relaxing. We highly recommend this unit and will definitely stay here again in the future! 10/10 recommend!

We had an amazing time! The house is beautiful with updated furniture and decor. The kitchen is fully equipped for all your needs. It's a short walk to the beach. Minutes from the outlets, Kroger's, and Walmart. The gym was a great bonus and close by. Minutes from barefoot and Broadway. Great location. Definitely will return!

Space for everyone

The unit was bright and clean. My teens had their own sleeping space thanks to the bed in the loft. Super short drive to the beach. Easy parking. Had everything we needed to prepare meals and morning coffee. Also included shampoo, conditioner and bath gel as well as laundry detergent for washer. Would stay here again.

Overall good besides the urine on the couch

The unit itself was a nice place, however when we checked in we all unloaded and my wife sat down to feed our baby and she noticed a smell on the couch. When she got up she noticed her pants were wet and when she checked what it could have been she realized it was someone's urine. I contacted the host and they sent someone out but 2 days later. When the person came he said he was going to do a light cleaning of it so hopefully it would dry faster. Later that day we can back and realized the smell was still there. So i contacted the owners again and asked if the person could come out again but they never did. We were only there for 4 days and because of the urine we only had 1 couch for my wife and I and our 3 kids. Also we were told there was going to be some reimbursement for the inconvenience but have yet to hear anything from them besides asking to review our stay even after sending them an email asking about the reimbursement. Again the place was nice but due to the whole experience we will not be renting from them again.

Thank you for your review and feedback. I apologize the previous guest had an accident on the couch unbeknownst to us. We did get the upholstery cleaned twice during your stay. We also proceeded a reimbursement please check your credit card. Hope you will give us another chance in the future.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

Cumberland Terrace has everything our family loves. For the kids, it has beautiful surroundings and direct beach access. For my husband, the golf course is just a few miles down the road and fishing right off the pier. For myself, I love waking up and enjoying the quiet, park like setting while doing nothing and sipping a beautiful cup of tea.

Kingston Plantation is one of the nicest places to stay in Myrtle Beach. Its private access makes for a fun family environment.
