Stunning views of the bright blue water against the pure sugary white sand. Our guests rave about the beachfront water views, 8-mile long coastline view, and the views of the golf course from this condo. You walk straight out to the beach from this unit. This is why the same guests come back to this unit year after year.

Our condo is located on the 11th floor and has the best sunrise and shore line views! All of this is visible from the balcony or the living room! Due to the location within the building, our balcony is very private!

Imagine yourself relaxing on the beach with a good book and the white sand between your toes. If fun is what you're looking for, try renting a wave runner or flying high with the para-sailing.

The condo is clean and professionally decorated in a BEACH theme. It features two new smart TV’s. It has a full Kitchen that is fully-equipped with microwave, dishwasher, blender, and Keuig coffee pot. (Pods or a full pot) It has 'easy to keep clean' ceramic tile throughout the entire condo. Everything has been completely upgraded and enhanced to make your vacation fabulous. Including new plywood balcony furniture and a brand new Serta Simmons Pillowtop mattress!

This family-oriented condominium complex has three pools (one heated) overlooking the gulf, off street gated parking. This complex is next to the famous Pineapple Willy's Restaurant, and conveniently located near attractions and other restaurants. The Sunbird Condominium feels like a boutique property that you never want to leave. The location on the beach is so convenient to everything!

Great place to stay!

Everything was great for our stay! The decks around the pools had just been redone and were very nice. Easy access to the beach. The unit was great with beautiful decor and very clean. I would recommend others to stay here!

The view is absolutely gorgeous. The condo was clean, had everything we needed, convenient to restaurants and shops, the owner was wonderful about communicating. Couldn't have asked for a better stay.

Awesome Place

Love the view from the patio, its on the west side of the building, so its in the shade most of the day. Parking was a bit crowded due to the construction. Easy beach access and friendly staff. We will stay again.

40th Anniversary

We've stayed at the Sunbird several times during our adult life. We decided to stay there for our 40th anniversary. We had a lovely stay. The condo was extremely clean and accommodating. We had everything we needed. Being next to Pineapple Willy's was a plus too! The location is very convenient to everything.

My daughter and I spent a month here and had a blast! The condo is gorgeous and up to date. We had everything we needed plus some! The host is amazing and is so sweet when I had any questions. We loved this space and highly recommend!

The room was over the top clean!! All linens were clean and the floors were spotless. The kitchen was well stocked with all essentials dishes and cookware. 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐+ I hope this property is available for our stay next year.

Great location clean and cute!

Our family of three really enjoyed our stay at Casa Azul. The details right down to the little library were perfection. Balcony view allows you to see so much beach including the sling shot rides. When sitting in the living room with curtains drawn you practically have a 180° view outside. This condo did not disappoint.

First time Vrbo

The Condo was very nice, better than expected. Location cleanliness size view and amenities were as advertised or better. The host Derenda was upfront about the construction which wasn't any intrusion at all. Derenda was also helpful with places to go and things to do when our weather forecast looked like rain, and she texted us part way through our stay to see how we were doing. The weather turned nice and our stay was great. My wife and I would definitely recommend Derenda's place and we will check out Vrbo on future vacations. Great beach and nice shower!

Beautiful property

First of all, WOW! This condo was AMAZING! It sits directly on the water and the view is STUNNING! This condo is beautifully decorated with very modern finishes and appliances. Miss Derenda was absolutely wonderful to communicate with. She was very responsive and made sure our stay was great. She checked in on us multiple times to see how we were doing and if there was anything we needed. Her recommendations were fantastic and I cannot say enough good things about Miss Derenda and her amazing property. 5/5 Stars, highly, highly, HIGHLY recommend!

The Perfect Getaway!

The place was perfect for what I wanted in a trip. The instructions were everything I needed to get in and out and be comfortable. The owner even texted me after I arrived and asked if everything was okay. It was clean when I arrived and I hope I left it like the owners expected. 2 of the pools weren’t open due to some type of construction which was explained to me before I booked so no problem. I was there just for beaching it anyway! At the check in the staff was very nice and got me everything I needed in a very timely manner. Only issue I had was……I didn’t want to leave!! I would hope that the owners approved of my visit and will allow me to visit the same unit again in October. Respectfully,

Beach Time

The overall experience was great! The access to the beach was wonderful and it never got really busy. Any time of day was a great time to be out and the balcony was nice to have when taking a break from the beach. There is a clean off area just inside the beach access for resort members which made getting the sand off nice before heading inside. You are about a mile or less from several places to eat as well as a half-mile from Walmart for those last minute items. The pedestrian gate was broken while we were there, so you had to use the main gate and go through security each time. Hopefully this will be fixed soon and will not be something future vacationers have to deal with. Communicating with the host was easy and she was kind and had feedback/ideas/recommendations for eating and activities. Be sure to bring your own laundry detergent and coins since the card pay feature is spotty and there is no detergent or dryer sheets on site. My wife and I loved our time at Casa Azul and we would stay here again if back in Panama City.

Wonderful & Relaxing!

This condo was fabulous- looked exactly as the pictures! Beautifully decorated, clean & perfect for two. My husband and I had a wonderful, relaxing week and Derenda was extremely responsive, both before & during our visit. The condo had everything we needed and wanted. Would DEFINITELY recommend!

This property was bright and inviting. Great views. Friendly staff on the property. Easy driving to dining locations and right next door to Pineapple Willy’s. Owner made sure we had everything we needed. This was a nice, clean and welcoming place for our stay.

Outstanding!!

I just wanted to take a minute for a review on the Condo my wife Abbie and I had the pleasure of staying in the last week. Everything about the Condo was fabulous from the communication to the cleanliness of the entire condo. This was by far the best VRBO experience I have had. We received a pre-message the week before we arrived, were checked on via text message while we were there and ensured the check-out process was great. Location was right in the center of all attractions within Panama City, and the overall cleanliness of the condo was immaculate. All furnishings, bedding, couch, chairs, and kitchen were spotless. We felt like we were in our own home. Thank you Derenda and Donny for an awesome experience, we will be booking again next year without a doubt to stay at Casa Azul!!

Perfect location for all ages to enjoy beach time and fun events!

Wake up every morning to an incredible view of Florida’s finest sunrise! This condo has an amazing view of the beach with a super close beach access. Shopping? The pier is only a 7 minute drive with shops and treats to make a whole day worth your while! Hungry? In any direction chosen to drive (or walk) you’ll find the tastiest food everyone will enjoy! I recommend Pineapple Willies!

Owners were great, left us a little gift for check in, emailed us during our stay to ensure everything was going well and if we needed anything. Cozy condo, never any wait for elevators and terrific security. Pools were clean. Will be booking again with Derenda again.

The condo is very well decorated and clean. Derenda was a life saver (new owner), communication was awesome and she helped with everything we needed. The east tower patio/pools are still under construction. Which wasn’t a huge deal to us, however you do have to walk a little extra to get to the beach. On the plus side, you have a gate connected to the open pool that goes straight into Pineapple Willys! That came in handy for a quick lunch and drinks while your on the beach. Needless to say we loved our stay!

We love to travel and explore new places as well as try new dining experiences. Although we work full time we still find time to explore as much as possible. We love the beach but also are avid hikers. We enjoy backpacking, diving, gardening, reading, sewing, stain glass and try to live a healthy life style that includes daily movement!

Donny's military background shows in his attention to detail and desire to have Casa Azul be the best it can be. He demands organization, modern accessories and utensils and cleanliness! His daily responsibilities of Quality Control for a local homebuilder assures that he has a keen eye for details and perfection.

Derenda has spent 32 years in the homebuilding industry and loves Real Estate. As a licensed Real Estate agent for 19 years she enjoys people and seeing families and couples experience a wonderful vacation. She has created a space that provides comfort and the feeling of "home." Engaging with each guest and ensuring they have a great time at Casa Azul is her goal!

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

Owning a little piece of heaven at the beach has always been a dream of mine! PCB has been my families vacation destination since I was a little girl. When we toured and stayed at the Sunbird we knew this was the place for us. We fell in love with the Sunbird!

The location within PCB is perfect. You are close to everything needed to have a wonderful vacation. The proximity to local restaurants, shopping and grocery stores makes this a very convenient spot. We love the size of the Sunbird as well. Being a smaller complex means it is less crowded at the elevators and the beach! In addition to that, situated between Pineapple Willy's on one side and beach homes on the other side means unobstructed views of the sugar white sand and emerald water! Speaking of views, this was our number one reason for buying 1101E! The views down the coast and the sunrises are spectacular!

We hope you enjoy our home away from home as much as we do! We are excited to share our home with you!
